Either their washing machine was not working well, but my towels didn't look clean. Hotel needs updates. Front desk clerk was never at his desk & when they were, they were busy watching movies on their PC.

Would never stay at this property again. Hole in the floor and wall. Would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

This is a budget priced hotel, not fancy, but very adequate; needed for a few nights during home renovation work...bring your own breakfast (juice, english muffins and coffee etc) as the continental breakfast is late and slim, but a good toaster comfortable room, manager accomadating to mobility challenges (got a first floor room, near side entrance, […] as there is no elevator) and pet friendly...nice yard in back, well maintained, for walking dogs location handy for us, also near I35E for easy access to Dallas/Denton...30-40 minutes each way, depending on traffic of course Lisez la suite

The room is very dirty.During the night,these was a noise might made by air conditioner.I changed room because the first room's refrigerator wsa not work,but the second room's refrigerator was not work too.

I booked this hotel as a place to stay on my way from point A to point B. It was a simple room, but it had everything I needed, and it was clean. The people at the front desk were helpful. They helped me with my stuff. The continental breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it was food, and I didn't have to pay for it.

Hotel is older and desperately needs up-dating Room was very small and I kept waiting for the TV to fall off of the top of the wardrobe closet. The bathroom was spacious and the room was clean.

good stay for a great price!

There isn't enough space to list all the problems with this hotel, but here goes. Air was completely turned off in room and it was 105 outside and took 3 hrs to get room even semi-cool; frig didn't work; hole in wall with wires coming out; uncomfortable bed. Also, went to front desk and after ringing bell multiple times desk clerk came from next room […] and it was obvious had been asleep! This happened twice in a 2 hr period! Security issue as well - all the receipts with credit card info, names and addresses were out in the open in a pile next to the computer. No excuse for leaving customers personal information out for anyone to see. Please avoid this dump and spend the extra $20 and go to the Hampton Inn next door. Lisez la suite

It wasn't bad, or didn't smell or anything. But I had my 10year old daughter with me and they set us up in a room where the air conditioning did not work. Around 2 am I finally went to the office and they set me and my daughter up in a room that had great air. So, not a horrible experience but I just wish I got more sleep. Overall..we couldnt really expect more then what we paid for. However, not only werr the beds extremely hard (and I like firm), the continental nreakfast consisted of waffles and toast. When I got up at 830 for breakfast, there was none left. There are no sign posted in the room as to what time breakfast is served. Also, the coke machine was empty. […] When asked if it was going to be refilled, we were told it would ne latet in the evening, that didnt happen either. Granted, these things are a plus with any hotel you stay at but if they are going to advertise these things, the least they could do is have ample supply for yhe number of guests they have or have things stocked for use. I wont't be staying here again. I would recommend paying the extra $20 a night and getting a bettet experiance elsewhere. Lisez la suite

Besides the urine/Mold smell as you walk in the hall. Everything else was tolerable. Cigarette burns in both comforters (non-smoking room) Mildew on the fridge, I decided not to Iron my shirt after the Iron they gave me would only do more damage than good. The bed had a bend. they were shapped as a "U" when looking at them. The room was hot and took most of the night to cool down with the air on high very uncomfortable with the temps outside over 100

Location was great- right off the highway and easy to get to. When we checked in, there was a shattered light bulb in the bathroom so the hotel clerk moved us to a different room. We basically just dropped our stuff off in the new room and left for the evening. When we returned around midnight that night, my boyfriend went to turn the tv on and it wouldn't […] work. It started smoking and smelled like it was about to blow up, so he unplugged it. Then I pulled the covers down on the bed to get into it and found a dead junebug on the supposedly clean bedding. Since we were only staying that night and it was so late, the hotel clerk didn't want to move us again. Unfortunately, we were exhausted and hot and ready for bed so we went ahead and slept in this room. The staff aobviously needs to be more attentive to the rooms. Lisez la suite

The first room we were placed in was in a hallway that smelled like animal urine and cigarette smoke. We were going to try to make it through the night since we were not going to be there for long but when we turned on the AC it made a horrible noise and did not stop after 20 minutes. The room was practically falling apart and the comforter had multiple […] cigarette burns in it. We requested to be moved and were given another key. When we walked into this room the bed was not made and there were beer cans all over the room. We informed the receptionist who was very kind and put us in a room back in the urine/cigarette hallway but that did have a working AC unit and only 2 cigarette burns on the comforter. Management was very accomodating, however, the building is far from acceptable in terms of appearance on the inside and upkeep. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone who does not want to wake up in the morning being unable to breathe because of lingering cigarette smoke. Lisez la suite

It was in the middle of the afternoon around 4pm when I arrived. There was no one at the desk and when I called out for someone, the guy looks like I just woke him up. The rooms were clean but the handicapped room I had so that I could have an adjoining room the shower head was broken and so you had to hold it with one hand to shower and I was so looking […] foward to standing under the water. Not cool for a true handicapped person. There was no coffee maker in the rooms....one of the confirmations said there was no, one said there was breakfast included. There was one mini roll left, and bread to make toast, carafe of coffee and a plastic pitcher that had a crack in it of orange juice. My sister and brother in law stayed in the Hampton Inn just in front of the hotel I was in and it was much better of a price for two rooms for two nights, and had iron, hair dryer, nice breakfast, nothing broken and it was $50 less. It was ok but there was no air in the room will never stay there could have paid 5 dollars more for a better hotel... look like a jail cell I really don't like the atmosphere...

Very disatisfied. Dump!!! Checked in 2 hours later left. Desk clerk not he;pful,wanted money back and to cancel. Said i paid ahead and already checked in. How else is it done or how do you see the room before you check in ? Dah! Very disappointed.

The front desk clerks were very nice. The room was large enough for a family which was nice. We requested a microwave and frig which the room had both. We didn't have outlets to plug in the frig and had to move the microwave to plug it in. When we moved the microwave off of the frig it was very dirty underneath the surface. The beds are hard. The location […] is hard to get too once you're off the highway. Overall you really do get what you pay for. This was just for one night thank goodness. If you're tight on cash and you just need a hotel for overnight then this place will do but think twice if you need to stay more than one night. Lisez la suite

This hotel allows pets, and my neighbor had a dog that barked non-stop after he left the room at midnight to go where ever he went to. The hotel was a little raggedy and had holes in the wall. Bed was comfortable, but was a little hard to find, even with a GPS.

The room was really clean and comfortable and definitely worth the price. The breakfast selection could use a little expansion though. It was also a little confusing to get to where the hotel was at from the interstate (if you have a GPS you should be fine). People at the front desk are helpful. You can get pretty nice breakfast compare with the price you pay. Location of hotel is weird but once you find it its okay.

Hotel is a nice bargain for the price! Room was spotless clean and staff was helpful.

Me and my husband have no complaints about this hotel. Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable.

I had a great stay at this stay at this hotel! It was quiet my room had fridge and microwave. Free wifi that was fast and a free continental breakfast in the morning, plus a staff that was VERY accomadating!

I had a great stay. The bathroom was very clean, which is a pet peeve of mine when staying at hotels. Was surprised the room had a microwave and fridge for the low rate I paid. Hot Waffles for breakfast were great!

Basic room, no frills. We only needed a room for one hotel night stay and the price couldn't have been better. Might not want to stay here if you have an extended vacation, otherwise if you need a simple bed to stay in with bare necessities-you've got it.

I have paid more for rooms that weren't as nice at this one.

This is a good hotel. I was suprised all the amenities they had for the price i paid. Free Wifi and free breakfast including the best waffles i've ever tasted

We stayed here because we were visiting friends that lived near by. When we first arrived we could not find the hotel because you couldn't see the sign from the interstate and the directions they gave us were wrong. Then we stayed out a little late one night and when we got back to the hotel we couldn't get inside, the door was broken. The hotel was located not that far from where we were visiting. The room was good and the price was not bad.
