The friendliness aNd helpfulness of the staff was very impressive. The hotel has pleasant patio gardens and a lovely sunny lounge. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. My particular dietary needs were well catered for.

The owner is great - provides an excellent breakfast and was extremely flexible in terms of our check out time.

What a finale to our three weeks in NZ - a beautiful vintage Botique hotel in the center of Christchurch - just across the street from the Arts Center and a block from the Botanic Gardens. One fantastic B&B with great service and location. Never had complimentary port and sherry in the hallway ever before. Breakfast was fantastic. Great value overall.

A wonderful oasis of peace. Our host Peter was helpful, attentive and made a wonderful breakfast.

Arrived at 8:30 in the evening on Sunday. there was no one at the reception. the internet does not work not in the room and no where in the hotel. had to look around ChristChurch, post earthquake for internet connection no one at the hotel to ask. otherwise room is nice and breakfast is very nice though starts at 7:30 only.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations, a beautiful guest house with service that's above and beyond. You arrive in a large living area with a kitchen and checked in, plus given a tour of the living area which is fantastic and very comfortable. The Classic Villa turned out to be a delightful stay--We were welcomed warmly, and very impressed with the living room/dining room and totally pleased with our room. Dark woods on the walls and floor were mated with top of the line modern bathroom facilities. The Classic Villa is within easy walking distance to the CBD and lots of restaurants.

Location was excellent as we could walk to the centre of town. Being opposite the Arts Centre was another bonus with the Sunday markets and shops. Breakfast included a great variety of fresh fruit, breakfast cereals, different toasts, croissants and "real" coffee. As we went skiing and had to be have an early breakfast there was no problem as the […] host was already setting up and so we were able to have the same selection as other guests. Rooms very comfortable, my husband especially liked the under floor bathroom heating! Hosts were very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. This hotel was fabulous. We could not have asked for a better location. It was beautifully maintained and the owners/staff made us feel very welcome. The included breakfatst the next morning was terrific as well. The only drawback is that our room was quite small but inviting common areas didn't make this a problem.

家族旅行で利用させていただきました。全く英語のできない家内に親切にゆっくり英語で話しかけてくれ、家内の発音の修正までしてくれました。帰りには、オリジナルチョコレートまでいただき食べずに残しておき記念にします。東北も同様ですがまだまだ復興とまではいえない状況でした。４月には見物できる範囲が広がるそうです。

ついた日は直前にマグニチュード6ぐらいの地震があったそうで、ホテルにいる間ずっと余震が・・・。そのためレストランが閉まっているところがほとんどだったので、ホテルの人がかなり気を使ってレストランを探す手伝いをしてくれました。ホテルはイギリスのバスのついた高級Ｂ＆Ｂといったかんじ。小さいけれど素敵に手入れされたお庭。お部屋もセンスがよく、居心地も良かったです。ベットに寝て上を見ると窓から木々の緑が降りそそぐように見ることができたり、窓の配置も外の景色を楽しめるようにできていたり・・・。久しぶりにこういうこじんまりとした素敵な宿に泊まりました。クライストチャーチは地震からの復興がまだまだ進んでいませんが、ボタニカルガーデンの散策など、それなりに楽しめました。

利便性、清潔度、朝食の満足度が高い。 歴史博物館、植物園のすぐ前。 近隣に美味しいレストランがあり食事にも便利。 何と行ってもキーウィーハズバンドの御主人の朝食時のサービスが　かいがいし。 部屋は　床暖房　浴室のアメニティーも良かった 寝具も清潔、インテリアも　知り合いの家にいるような くつろぎを感じる。 大きなホテルではなく　高級家庭にホームステイしたような感じでした。

Lamentablemente la ciudad estaba en reconstruccion luego del terremoto asi que no pudimos visitar el city centre etc.El hotel es muy bueno y atendido por su dueno en el estilo hotel boutique.

ガーデンと大聖堂の中間にあり静かで快適！シャワーしかないが使いやすい。

excelente hotel tipo bed and breakfast mejor situado no puede estar

2ダブルベッドの部屋を予約していましたが、案内されたのは２シングルベッドの部屋でした。 翌朝気がついてフロントに部屋が予約のリクエストと異なっていることを伝えましたが、昨晩言ってくれれば希望の部屋と交換できたのに残念と言われておしまいでした。 コーヒーメーカが壊れていたり（これも交換してもらいました）、全体にオペレーションが不慣れな感じでした。それ以外の点では清潔で快適な滞在を楽しめました。
