Hotel vieillissant la poignée de la fenêtre est restée dans mes mains. La piscine n'est pas chauffée et n'est pas super bien exposée donc l'eau est froide malgré 35° dehors. L'accès au reste des infrastructures est payant. Il était indiqué que le petit dej était offert mais ce n'est pas le cas. hôtel médiocre, je ne sait pas pourquoi on attribue 4 étoiles a un hôtel comme sa, je ne suis resté dans cet hôtel que 10minutes!!! alors que j'avais réservé 2 nuits, un accueil vraiment pas terrible, aparament, j'ai eu la meilleur chambre, mais croyez moi c’était pour moi le pire hôtel que j'ai fait, n'y aller que si vous n'avez pas le choix. la piscine […] même les personne de l’extérieur peuvent y accédé a mon avis a moindre coût. si je doit mettre une note a cet hôtel se serait un 2/10!!! C'est l’hôtel le plus étoilé que l'on a fait et pourtant c’était le moins bien. Tous est nickel sauf un personnelle pas très bavard et une grande avenue juste a coté associer avec des fenêtre sans double vitrage, résultat on a pas dormi de la nuit..

Hôtel bien situé mais sur des rues bruyantes. Piscine extérieure pas très grande. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et la propreté est très bien. Quelques rafraichissements de cet hôtel seraient nécessaires.

Hotel bien situé pres de la gare routiere mais a 10 minutes du centre de Gueliz.

l'hôtel est superbe, accueille , entretien des chambres, service du personel, avec une vue superbe face à Opéra qui est joliment décoré et de couleur jaune ce qui la fait ressortir du décor de Marrakech. l'hôtel est à 5min à pied de la gare de train ONCF où il y a un Mac Donald's et un KFC. l'hôtel est situé dans les belles rues de Marrakech et c'est […] un plaisir que de prendre le taxi pour environ 25drhms pour aller à jamaa el fna en passant par la mamounia. We were upgraded to the Ryad Mogador Menara when the Opera couldn't fulfill our reservation. It's a "5-star" hotel, but two hours after dropping our bags in the room we came back to find that someone had tried to break the locks. We'd left the Do Not Disturb out, so there was no reason to come into the room except to specifically steal our things. The […] neighborhood is fine, but unless you're just staying for one night before a flight, as we were, I'd stay in a riad in the medina where you will be cared for, and less likely to be a victim. This is a very pretty hotel and it is kept clean. I found the location ideal as we could walk to the medina and the new town without being in the middle of either. The staff were very helpful. I should advise that this is an alcohol free hotel although there are locations near by where you can purchase alcoholic drinks if you require.

A nice hotel, nice big room, modern furniture but very small balcony u can not sit outside there.

Good deal from hotels.com for this hotel. A couple of minutes to the train station and about 30 mins walk into the main square. Room was clean and comfortable although the bed was noisy. Staff were pleasant and agreed to extend our check out although it did cost us around £20 but was worth it. Also had an issue with the safe which was resolved immediately. Small […] pool but area was clean when we used it. About 50 dirham to the airport (we negotiated this). Supermarket about 10 minutes away which also did alcohol. Lisez la suite

My wife and I stayed only one night, but we loved it. Friendly bi-lingual staff. My wife speaks Arabic, so there was no issues for her, but when I had to go to the desk myself, the staff were comfortable with English. The room and bathroom were clean. There was no toilet paper, but I was able to get some upon request from the front desk. When we were […] checking out, the room service caught us before we signed the receipt to let me know that I had left an article of clothing in the closet. That was awesome. I didnt see our luggage after I signed the receipt because it was outside being loaded into a cab by the concierge. Awesome stay. In fact, we'll be there for 2 more nights on our return trip home. I would definitely recommend this hotel. By the way, if you're a Westerner/American... this place is not the Marriott. It's not the Radisson. If that's what you're looking for, go to the Marriott or the Radisson in this city. Tired of seeing all of the negative rants about relatively good places to stay the night. Lisez la suite

nice hotel, a little far from all the sights.

The hotel was clean and nicely appointed but: 1. The room was in a run-down state. 2. The curtain wouldn't close fully. 3. The tv remote didn't work. 4. Many tiles in the bathroom were broken or poorly repaired. 5. The bath tap was hanging out of the wall with broken tiles all around. 6. The WIFI only worked in Reception or the 1st Floor Balcony by […] the pool. Never Ever in the room. 7. There was no Bar! No alcoholic drinks. 8. In the early morning only the far corner of the pool area was not in the shade. You must be one of the very first to get down to the pool. 9. They did not provide towels for the Loungers. we arrived to good staff but poor rooms and were charged extra tax when our receipt satated fully paid. good building and decoor but standards could be improved to get it up to 3 star

Very swanky and lovely hotel - good location, helpful & friendly staff. A bit far from the centre of town, but stil really lovely. The first room we were given was at the front, which can be very noisy, but we requested another and were accomodated straight away in another room to the back - very peaceful.

This is a great hotel that is located just opposite the train station and about 5 minutes walk from the CTM bus station. Stayed in the hotel twice on a recent visit, first stay for one night and second for two. On second stay, welcome bottle of water and pasteries left in the room which had been nicely presented. They shall be careful to meet the custemers special needs with bigger care and to be super honest also in the restaurants.

The hotel is a short walk from the new train station--which is convenient, and is within walking distance to the medina and other attractions. Check-in was quick, and we were easilly accomodated when we requested another room with a balcony instead of a window. We were also advised that the local tourism tax was not included in the Hotel .com price […] and we were properly informed of the tax per person which we would need to pay upon check-out. The staff appeared to be genuinely interested in making sure that there were no complaints and/or problems upon our departure. The room was large and spacious, there were some minor cosmetic issues in the bathroom, but this can be a problem anywhere in the world. The maintenace person arrived promplty, within minutes, in order to set-up our in-room safe. The breakfast buffet was ample; however, the was a smell of smoke in the room which appears to be from the moroccan pancake station, but after a while you got used to it, and that can explain why the employees do not notice it. We requested that they open the window, and the problem was solved. The hotel is in a great location, and it is nice to be away from the excessive activity and crowds of the Medina. Speaking some French and/or Spanish will definitely be an asset, as not everyone knows English The location also allowed us to interact with more of the middle class locals who live in the Gueliz area. The hotel does not serve alcohol, but there is a supermarket within a 10 minute walk, and they had an alcohol section. The hotel was a great deal for the price. Lisez la suite

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. However the manager needs some interpersonal skills to engage with the guests. Hosain the restaurant manager is probably the best member of staff they have.

This hotel is right alongside the Railway Stn and the public Airport shuttle picks and drops off right outside the door! Moreover the centrallocation places the hotel to a brief walk over to main high St and entertainment. Breakfast was not much of selection however and service was passe. We did not wish to stay within the Medina Walls so chose this hotel for its location and reviews from previous guests. Hotel is very well located if you happy to stroll 30 minutes to the main square and Medina/Souks. Hotel is on a very busy road but our room was located at the rear so we did not suffer from the constant traffic noise which would have […] been the case if room was on the front. Our king bedded room was a very comfortable size but did not have the tea and coffee making facilities as detailed in the hotel spec. This was not a big issue but could be to others. TV was a little hit and miss. Breakfast was fine with eggs and hot fresh pancakes available. Staff were helpful and overall the hotel was just what we required for a 2 night stay in the manic but wonderful and interesting City of Marrakech. The new modern city area with restaurants, shops & a couple of bars is located about 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. There are a number of Ryad Mogadors - make sure you're taken to the correct one upon arrival. This is a pleasant hotel, close to the train station, but a good walk (1/2 hour) from Place Jemma el Fna and the 'old town'. Much closer to the 'new town' of Gueliz and it's interesting restaurants. The breakfast was nice, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, juices, […] ham, cheese and delicious hand made pancakes. Room was pleasant too, nice size, very clean, nice decoration and ours overlooked the pool. Bathroom was clean, with a bidet, and a bath and shower. Sadly, I couldn't always get very hot water, but it could have been the time of day (23.00) - however it was warm enough to shower in. The hotel has free internet, but only in the reception area and breakfast room. I suspect if you were closer to these areas, you would be able to pick it up in your room, but I was the last room at the end of the corridor. All things considered, I would stay again if I wanted to be near the train station, otherwise it was a bit tedious walking (or petite taxi) home. Lisez la suite

Perfectly clean, inexpensive hotel near the train station, but not near much else. Perfect if you just need a place to stay overnight when taking the train.

Once I arrived at the hotel they had me pay an additional tax fee aside from what was already paid on line. I entered and the air conditioning was not working. They sent a repair person and he couldn't fix it and they never offered me any additional accomodations. Had to sleep with the window open all night which didn't allow me to sleep with all the […] traffic noise from the main street because the room was facing the main blvd. Got up in the morning and had no cold water to shower just burning hot water. I called for assistance and they told me that once the maintenance person arrives they would send him up and when asked when that would happen they had no clue. I went to the front desk and asked for tour information and they had nothing available because they said they didn't know. I asked about the hop on hop off tour bus and where I can catch it and suprisingly they also had no clue.. They couldn't even speak a simple word of English. Later I found out on my own about the hop on hop off tour bus and as you would expect they made one of their stops just in front of the hotel and how would they not know that. sehr gute lage und sehr sauber

Hotel jest polozony w bardzo dobrym miejscu przy Operze, dworcu kolejowym i dworcu autobusow miedzymiastowych Supratour. Korzystalem z tego hotelu przy okazji udzialu w maratonie, ktorego start ma miejsce w odleglosci okolo 2 kilometrow. Bardzo dobre polaczenie z lotniskiem autobusem 19 albo taksowka.

Helt okej Hotel ganska rena rum, äcklig frukost, fanns ingenting som såg bra ut att stoppa i munnen, va där i januari så tyckte att hotel rummet va kallt, låg och frös hela natten. detta kan vara ett bra hotell under sommaren då dem har ganska stor pool med sol läge, men resten va ingen att hurra om. läget va väl helt ok, tog ca10 minuter att ta taxi […] till jema el fena,och ca 5 minuter till stan, Lisez la suite

het was een mooi apart hotel het ontbijt was standaard, maar lekker het probleem met warm water liet wel enkele uren op zich wachten, maar het personeel was zeer vriendelijk grote driepersoonskamer, wel veel te donker (hebben een extra lamp gevraagd) was niet zo handig voor het maquilleren!! voor de rest niets bijzonders, gwn een goeie hotel

We were a young student couple staying in marrakech for one week, and found this hotel to suit our needs perfectly. Staff accommodating and sufficient in English, keeping in mind it's not our mother tung neither. Rooms quite large for the price, but not in perfect condition. Slight problem with water pressure and temperature, but nothing worse than […] in our flat at home. The maid was quick to make up our room, but we are aficionados with the do not disturb/please clean sign as we like to go out early and come back in for a nap:) Busy road close, but not too disturbing, at least not after midnight even tough we had a room facing it. TV isn't worth turning on, but worked o.k., minibar restocked every day, but no alcohol or snacks and of course expensive. Spa looks good, and outside pool is small but not very busy when we were there. Hotel restaurant mid-range price and mid-range food, but just fine for morning coffee or tee, recommend going to the shoddy bakery a bit up the road. 2dhm for pan au chocolat! :-O Walking distance is always relative, but we managed fine getting around the whole city on foot from this hotel, including a back-track mid day. 19 bus stops there, but after going through the city from the airport, not back again, but no proper marking of stops of any kind. Tour buss also stops right in front, as the hotel is directly across from the theater and railway station. We paid 70dhm for taxi to airport for two people. Beware of tax when checking out, but this is only about 16dhm per person per night, and is almost impossible to get away from in marrakech. Tour organizer attached to the hotel is decent and mid-priced, but very convenient. More a three star deal in my mind but a lovely charging station for our tired bodies.
