Sol Lunamar - Calvià

tres bien situé, hotel correcte, bien pour un mois de juin mais je pense qu'en plein été les nuits doivent-être agitées. Seul point faible l'hôtel et la ville n'est remplie que d'anglais, qui ne font même pas l'effort de parler espagnol.... quel dommage...

The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from the beach. The surrounding area has plenty of bars and restaurants. A big positive is it's a pretty chilled out and quiet area at night. However, if you're a party-goer and crave the noise then the infamous Magaluf is just a 10 minute stroll away. Overall, the hotel does what it says on the tin. July 2011 Just back from holidays and already we are looking at going back next year. Staff initially appeared cold but warmed through the week, they were very helpful. Accommodation was compact but had everything required, rooms were cleaned regularly. The sunbeds around the pool were reserved from the night before which proved frustrating given some […] of them were never used the following day! we stayed at the sol lunamar in june we had a great hoilday the staff where frendly and helpful.the location was great to. all round the hoilday was brilliant

I would recommend this hotel on the basis of its excellent location in palma nova and its easy access to the beach and ameneties through the rear entrance and it is within easy walking distance of magaluf if thats your thing.Price wise it was excellent value,on the down side the beds and bedding where uncomfortable and not much information available […] about the hotel or local trips or ameneties by either staff or printed matter. Modern, spotlessly clean hotel in excellent location. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the absence of free internet.

We had 2 pool view rooms my hubby a few weeks after had a view of a wall so maybe specify where you want your room. Very good value. For the amount of time we stayed there it was perfect for our needs. (3 nights) Spotlessly clean room and bathroom all we needed. (we didnt cook there but there was fridge and 2 ring cooker. TV and balcony. some […] found beds uncomfortable. I found mine fine. Staff were very helpful. We ddint stay by the pool as we went to beach but pool area looked very nice. just 2 mins from beach. Hotellet oppfylte alle krav jeg hadde satt til å være et "billighotell". Aircondition og kjøleskap på rommet. Bra plass på rommet og veranda. Badet var helt greit. Poolområdet var veldig bra, det samme var hotellets beliggenhet. Kort vei til sentrum, strand, butikker og det du ellers skulle trenge. We spent the last week of July in Sol Lunamar. We chose it because it was an inexpensive apartment hotel and had a pool. The room was a bit disappointing, being quite bare and small. We had a tiny TV with 1-10 visible channels. On the upside, the air conditioning worked as expected and the bathroom was okay. The kitchen corner contained quite the bare […] minimum but did ok as such. Hands down the best things in the hotel were the pool area and the location. The arc-shaped pool consisted of a kids pool (40cm deep) and of the main pool (1,3-1,6m or so). During the warmest days the sunloungers were often all reserved but that was maybe resolved by waiting for a while. The hotel is located somewhat in between of Palma Nova and Magaluf, with a short walking distance to both. Magaluf was crazily crowded during the nights so I think it's probably better to stay in the Palma Nova side. Beaches of Palma Nova are also just a short walk away. The hotel was obviously a preferred spot for groups of 20 year old party people, most likely because of the same reasons as we chose it for. As a result of this, there was quite a lot of noise in the evenings and during the night - they quietened down at some point but not necessarily before midnight or so. It wasn't that big of an issue for us as we're only 26 too but I would assume that older people would've been more disturbed. In conclusion, Sol Magaluf was an inexpensive no-frills apartment hotel with good location and nice pool but noisy during the evenings. Lisez la suite

Vi var en ungdomsgjeng som bodde på Sol Luamar. Hotellet passet veldig godt for oss, Siden vi var ute etter et rolig hotell der det gikk an å slappe av. Gang avstand til det meste, og ligger ikke så langt fra stranda heller, ca 3 min å gå. Resepsjonistene var veldig hjelpsomme og veldig greie! Det eneste som var et lite minus, var sengene. Dei var veldig […] harde og putene veldig tynne. Det endte med at vi brettet putene. Hotellet passer for dei fleste, men ikke for dei som er ute etter fest og fyll. Da er ikke resepsjonistene langt unna med advarsler. Vi kommer nok tilbake til neste år :-) Lisez la suite

8 gytter som bodde her i 8 dager, billig og bra hotell! veldig nære magaluf , men i ett rolig område :)

Hotellet var veldig bra, men vi var litt uheldig med plasseringen, ut mot en veldig bråkete og trafikert gate. Fine små leiligheter og flott bassengområde. Kunne gjerne bodd der igjen, men ville helst ha rom mot bassengområdet.

Its a very simple but well function hotell. As long as you expect to get a hotell what you pay for this is a really good hotell. Very nice staff and clean. Book it if you want a cheap and good hotell. Its like 15 min walk to pubs in Magaluf. We also left our luggade for 4 days when we took a flight to Barcelona and that was no problem at all.

El Hotel es barato y suficientemente correcto. Pero la foto del cuarto con cama es engañosa ya que se trata de los 2 sofás camas unidos y parece una cama de verdad. Los carritos de las limpiadoras hacen mucho ruido por los pasillos. Muuucho.

Nice hotel just 2 min. walk to Palmanova beach. The hotel has a nice swimming pool area. The room is OK, has a small kitchen and three separate beds. It is not luxury, but very good for a hotel at this price. Very good value for money. Public free parking in the street outside the hotel.

jeg synes at hotellet er helt ok. Der er kun et par små minuser, i restuangen spiller de for høj musik så man ikke har lyst til at sidde der. I min mit rejse bevis står der at der er 3 tvilling senge , det ord findes ikke på dansk, og der var kun 2 senge vi skulle da heller ikke bruge flere. Ellers var alt iorden.

Fint aparthotel midt i Palma Nova tæt på strand, by osv. med dejlig pool og venligt personale. Godt valg til de fleste rejsende.
