The hotel was very clean, staff was very kind. This hotel was recommended by a fellow friend. The location is a lot better than O'falon or in St. Louis, MO. it wasnt too far from the zoo. The accommodations were excellent. Kids were provided a cookie treat each evening! The only downside was that there were no movies or television programs for young children except 1 channel with cartoons.

Great clean and quiet room. The beds werent as soft as id like them to be but werent bad. Check in and check out were quick and easy, just the way i like it, convenient. There was a free breakfast in the morning but didnt try it. The Hotel is close to the interstate for smooth transition back to your travels. I would reccomend this hotel.

room was nice although the view from window was a sight to sore eyes.. ( it was an old junky wooded area) pool was very small and not appealing at all. Jaccuzi in room was only a one person jaccuzi it was not mentioned upon booking that you had to specify a 2 person jacuzzi and this was disappointing. The room was nice in general. The room was on 3rd […] floor and quiet warm and we turned the a/c on 65 but it didnt cool the room much at all. Lots of potential for a decent company but next time we will try one in another city. Hotel is in a great location just of of I64 in a shopping center with immediate access to several stores and restaurants. Hotel was clean and quiet. Would recommend.

My daughter and I stayed at the Comfort Suites and we really enjoyed our stay. The ONLY drawback was the over-chlorinated pool. Just the smell irritated my daughters eyes. The staff was VERY friendly, the breakfast was good and our room was very clean and spacious. Would go back with daughter if they cut back on chlorine.

We searched for what seemed like ever to find a hotel that was affordable and would allow 6 people to a room. We had a large group of 12 people in our group visiting the area for the Mardi Gras celebration in STL. We were so happy to find this hotel. It was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the rooms was a great size. The large closet gave us plenty […] of room to store all of our luggage. The staff was very nice and made it possible for us to have two rooms at the end of the hallway right next to eachother. We had a very enjoyable stay at the Comfort Inn Suites in Fairview Heights. The room was very clean and comfortable. The whirlpool tub was definitely a hit with the whole family. The breakfast was very good. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back and would recommend it to anyone.

We reserved a larger room with a whirlpool, and it was great ! Very nice check in clerk, room was clean and put us in a quiet area of the hotel. Breakfast area was very clean and whom ever made up the breakfast to go bag, that is a fantastic idea…Highly recommended.

The service was excellent, from the maids to the front desk to the breakfast servers. The hotel room was clean and adequate in size for a two double bed room. The hotel is nearby many chain retail stores and restaurants and a short drive from St. Louis.

Traveling in a large group is sometimes hard to accommodate at a hotel. But Comfort Suites was able to make sure our entire volleyball team and the parents of all of our players were taken care of. The front desk staff was fast, efficient and some of the most friendly folks I have dealt with at any hotel (I do a lot of booking of travel for our teams). […] They even made sure to have extra food on hand for the breakfast that is provided. Very pleased with my room and the breakfast. Was in town to visit family, so I wasn't at the hotel very much. Close to the highway, but I never heard the traffic noise. If I were planning to visit all the shopping spots in Fairview and O'Fallon, this hotel is ideally located. Brought my pet, and was surprised to find there was a small additional charge. […] Perhaps I didn't see this information when I made the reservation. The clerk did arrange it so I would have a room on the first floor for easy access to the outdoor area. Lisez la suite

We flew in and out of St. Louis and this hotel met our one night hotel need for 6 people. Room was comfortable, breakfast was the hot waffle one and well stocked. Access to a computer and printer was a plus. The only draw back was the pool was over chlorinated. We would stay there again if we were flying into St. Louis.

Very convenient. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Nice neighborhood. Attractive furnishings. Large heated pool. Great value.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Me and my wife plan on staying there next month! Def. worth the money!

The hotel was very clean and rooms were very spacious. We did not have time to use the pool but went in to look at it and the water was cloudy. Other than that we was very pleased with everything else and will stay there again.

This was a very nice hotel. Very clean, and friendly staff. Pool was awesome. Continental breakfast was very good and fresh. I'd definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast selection, nice staff and affordable rates. Definitely worth staying at again! Close to St Louis and all of the attractions there.

If you have to attend conferences at the Regency Center outside of Scott Air Force Base, this Comfort Inn Suites is conveniently located just a couple of freeway exits away.

The staff was very helpful. Loved the breakfast, which had many choices. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were stains on the rug that weren't very pleasing.

The hotel personnel were very nice. The room was quiet and on the first floor near a door. We had our dog so this was very convenient . There were stains on the curtain header and numerous stains on the carpet. These were the distractions to an otherwise nice room. It was a bit overpriced. I don't care where you are going in Illinois you have to stay in this hotel. The staff was great, the room was Epic in comfort. I would have stayed an extra day, but I had a long drive. Wake up call was right on time. It was very close to the places I wanted to go. I plan on going back next year around the same time, and staying at this same place.

Everything was good. But not great

Great location, everything else was good. No real extras. But a solid 4 out of 5.

We had wonderful service and caring people wherever we went in the hote. The pool was great for my grandchildren, the breakfast was wonderful and our room was terrific. A great place to stay and close to all we needed...

We enjoyed our stay. Room was very nice. Close to several restaurants and shopping. Pool was quite small but served the purpose for our daughter. Would definitely stay here again for our annual shopping trip!

It was just outside St. Louis, and it was easy to access the city. My son loved the drive in at night a the first sight of the Gateway Arch!

Very nice staff, repaired a couple things in the room without interfearing with us. Great breakfest and cookies. Room us great.

Only stayed one night and this hotel was perfectly adequate for a short stay - efficient, clean, easy to find, close to the freeways, St. Louis, stores and restaurants - although a little 'dated.'

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine. The pool was very murky and really strong with chlorine.

This hotel was excellant in every way from the great breakfast to the very nice room as well a the hotel employees, who were very friendly and helpful.
