Ce motel a proximité de l'aéroport d oakland , est tres bien , il bien entretenu , les chambres sont propres , disposent d un frigo et d'un micro ondes. Il est un peu proche d une voie ferré et l on entends passer certains trains.Tres proche d un grand outlet avec marque a foison et notamment abercrombie ce qui est assez rare

Bonne experience hormis les appels a 9h du matin pour demander si on a besoin du service de chambre pour 12h.

L'hôtel est bien . Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de service de restauration à proximité .

"Front desk/room"
Front desk person Karina was the best! She managed to resolved the hussle that hotel.com gave me with regards to my reservation. Hotel is ok but exhaust fun in the bathroom is not working. So when we use the toilet it stinks the whole room. Those 2 ladies at the breakfast counter were fabolous too. Good customer service.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Everyone can handle routine, but this wasn't so!"
I had a 2 room reservation for my party of 6. Prepaid room configuration wasn't available upon arrival. Front desk was a bit hasty, rather than empathetic in offering a full refund of money so we could find alternative accomodations (at 2 AM!). We took the only available room confiugration for 4 people instead of 6 instead. One person in each room slept […] on the love seat (that's a sofa for 2, to the uninitiated). Our first 2 attempts to enter these rooms were rebuffed by the presence of other hotel clients there. Not once but twice we were given pre-occupied rooms! Finally we were in our rooms but rest was not to be. There was a loud banging pipe noise in one room. It required another room change, before getting sleep at 3:30 AM. After making the unsavory visits to hotel front desk and a long conversation with hotels.com hotline, hotels.com has refunded my stay. Hotel is partially under renovation, and their computer system was down. Front desk did not meet its duty in representing the Marriott brand. They kept advising myself to bring up the problems to the day manager's notice. It appeared that night staff was not empowered to take any decisions regarding this mess. "Don't be a Christmas guest!"
The room was the best part of our stay, plus the fact that we were basically across the street from the huge Orchard Mills Mall. Everything else was downhill from there. Some guest rooms got the newspaper delivered to their door in the morning, some did not. We asked for a wake up call the evening before and it never came the next morning. The supposedly […] buffet-style complete breakfast could only at best be considered a continental breakfast on Christmas morning. Apparently, they kept their labor costs down on Christmas day by not doing regualr breakfast. Then, while breakfast was supposed to be included with our stay, we were provided with a check to sign for inclusion with our bill on the morning of Dec. 26th. No way to run a motel. "Escaped the heat wave"
My gf and I ran off for the day to the Rancho Cucamunga Courtyard by Marriott because of a mini heat wave and we didn't have AC at home. We found it to be affordable option that provided great value. Since it was a Saturday in what I imagine is mostly targeted toward business travelers, we had the run of the place. We used the fitness center (2 treadmills, […] 1 elliptical, one adjustable bench, a selection of 10 pairs of dumb bells between 5 and 40lbs) and swam in the indoor pool and hot tub without seeing anyone. "weekend getaway"
So my gf and I wanted to get away and spend some alone time together. We went out to rainforest cafe for dinner and then to dave and busters for some drinks. After that we came back to the room a little buzzed we continued to drink in the room. Ill admit we were dancing around and had music on. But by no means were we extremely loud to bother other […] people. Well guest services knocks on the door saying they had received a noise complaint. And for us to keep it down or we would have to leave. Im thinking to myself she was very rude about it and she gave me a b**** stare down. So yea never staying here again. "Very Good Hotel in Great Location"
This hotel was very good overall. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Only real problem was that front desk staff did not tell us about time change for breakfast - brochure in room says breakfast until 11:00, but they really mean 10:00 - even on weekends. Also the Fitness Room only had cardio equipment and a few dumbells - no weight machine. […] Great location with many food and shopping options very close by. All the staff was great. Room was what I expected. But the TV was bolted to the dresser in a way that made it difficult to watch from the bed. Maybe the bed is in the wrong place. And there was a problem with the volume control in the second room (406). Check it out.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Good trip through Expedia. Hotel was beautiful, comfortable, clean and accomidating. Beautiful mountains, pleasant temperature and weather. Newer Hotel, very nice and clean. The room was well soundproofed with no noises from outside and general quiet when air conditioning off, which is important to me. Across street from Ontario Mills shopping complex, including restaurants, 2 cineplexes, vast array of shops. I will definately reserve another stay. Rooms were clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. Bed was always made when we returned to the hotel.
