AmericInn Lodge & Suites - Jonesborough

we stayed because we were visiting family like 5 mins down the road. this was not our first experience staying but it is always clean and comfortable and we are always pleased with this hotel and staff.

Excellent stay.

Had to go up for a funeral. Hotel was quiet and clean. Wish i had time to use their attractive pool. Breakfast offering of yogurt, juices, bagles, English muffins, waffles, cereal, fruit, biscuits & gravy. Very good.

The room looked like they re-did it, but with no thought. They installed a refrig and microwave, but then placed them right in front of the bed so you couldn't get out of the right side. The work table was stuffed in a corner, making computer use difficult. The coffee maker was on that table stuffed even farther in the corner. Continental breakfast, not very impressive. Consider finding a breakfast place somewhere else.

One of the better hotel experiences I have had. Friendly staff and nothing was wrong. I am sorry about my little Papillon barking when I went to Jonesbourgh days and the water park. I was told I had a complaint. But I took her with me after that. It is hot now and I did not want to leave her in the car.

I just love AmericInn! We've stayed at one in MN and in TN and both are wonderful. The staff is always friendly, the pool area always clean and welcoming and the rooms are CLEAN! The breakfast in the morning is a definite plus, as well.

This was the most complete breakfast I have ever received. The indoor pool was very convenient, because my son wanted to learn to swim and no body had their pool opened.

Enjoyed stay...very nice rooms and pool. Breakfast was better than most. Only complaint is entrance to hotel from street is odd. Hard to find entrance from road, appears you are entering a neighboring bank.

My family and I were overall, very pleased with our stay. It's one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in. We requested a no smoking room and were located in a no smoking hallway but the hallway hinted of smoke and came to find out that numerous construction workers were on an extended stay. I'm not sure if they were smoking in their rooms or just […] the smell was on their clothing. Smell was not present in our room. Lisez la suite

Great room, quiet, great location

The hotel was very attractive and very clean. The staff were extremly friendly. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! I loved the fact that the hotel was within walking distance from the Jonesborough historic district! The only disappointment was that the shower temperature was governed and I like a HOT shower!

Hotel was nice and clean and in great shape. We didn't use the pool or hot tub so not sure about that but the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. the price was a bit high for the area I thought but overall I was very pleased.Would stay here again.

The room was clean. The staff VERY helpful,accommodating & friendly.Great value for your money. Tasty breakfast & BEAUTIFUL pool area.It was alittle hard to find in the dark but otherwise no complaints.

The AmericInn in Jonesborough TN is a definite must stay for convenient access to the area's sites. It is within walking distance of the historic downtown area's shopping, dining and the International Storytelling Center. Clean, comfortable room. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Too expensive

I was so satified with the AmericInn this was my the first time me and the family has stay at this hotel. I was just blown away when I went through the lobby door. The comfort of home I would say,the lounge area with fireplace was an evening togethering with the family and the breakfast bar was the best. Can't leave the rooms out nice comfortable beds,spacious,and […] very clean.The location was great. All the historic sites and buildings was lovely. The staff was helpful and friendly. This hotel has a fantastic staff. We arrived Friday evening to fresh brewed coffee and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and the service stayed at that level the entire weekend. Our housekeeper left little notes wishing us a nice stay after she expertly cleaned the room, the breakfast assistant kept everything tidy and full without being in the way. […] There was a full continental breakfast with both hot and cold offerings. The indoor pool is heated and the hot tub is large enough for a big party. There is an elevator to bring you to any floor and plenty of parking. Right off the main road in Jonesborough, you can't ask for a nicer place to stay for the money. Lisez la suite

This hotel is within walking distance of downtown Jonesborough. My room was very clean and had more amenities than I expected. The complimentary breakfast was healthy with choices of fresh fruit, good coffee, and yogurt. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very nice facility and helpful staff. Wide selection on breakfast bar. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay! I wasn't expecting much since I had never heard of this place and it's not a chain that I know of but this place was very nice. Clean. Pretty. Friendly staff. Nice location. We were there for the Nascar race at Bristol and they even had directions to and from the hotel printed out for us. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

I got a great price on hotels.com and was very happy with the hotel for the price. The bed wasn't real soft which I like but was comfortable for a couple of nights! Very clean and quiet.

I was very pleased with the AmericInn in Jonesborough. Newer, very nice accommodations. Nice indoor pool, Jacuzzi. Continental breakfast had a wide variety. Computer in the lobby for checking email, weather, etc. Easy walking distance to historic, downtown Jonesborough.

Excellent location, just off the interstate and not noisy. Room was standard. AC worked great, room had fridge and microwave. Clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent helpful staff.

Really nice hotel and a good breakfast bar. Employees are very cordial too!
