Hotel correcte, petit déjeuner servit de 6h30 à 9h30, avantage de cet hôtel est son emplacement, à 5min de la station de métro "Sutphin Blvd" qui mène au coeur de manhattan en 40min ou à l'aéroport JFK en 20min. Néanmoins, attention au environs qui ne sont pas très sûres...(trajet hotel au métro uniquement).

Cet hôtel est très sympathique, mais il faut éviter de rester le week ends . Parceque les gens sortent et les aller et venu de l"ascenseur c'est vraiment l'horreur.. Sinon au niveau trasport c'est l'idéal, et le personnel est assez sympa; .

Chambres très petites mais confortables, La situation de cet hotel est intéressante pour celles et ceux qui ont besoin de se rendre à JFK Airport. Il se situe à 5 mn à pieds de la station Air Train.

En général, l,hôtel était proche des points d'intérêts intéressant. en voiture environ 25 minutes. de manhatan et 20 minutes de brooklyn sans aucun péage. les chambres étaient propres et il y avait une machine à glace sur l'étage. Je suggère qu'il y ait un petit refrigerateur dans les chambres.

The bedsheets had many sigarette burned holes in them. The hotel itself in located close to a metro station and thus getting to downtown and other points of intrest is very easy. Free parking is a plus. Felt safe in the neighbourhood even at night. Breakfast is very basic. Overall not a bad hotel if you travel on a low budget

The neighbour hood was the worst I have seen. The taxi driver insisted that we should find a different hotel. We heard a gun shot in the middle of the night. The room stank of Urine. The customer service was a joke. location was not easy for the city. The TV was set on permanent sub-titles. The phone did not work. This hotel was clean and close to JFK. Parking on site is limited. Room was very clean and cozy.

The hotel is conveniently located to JFK airport.

The hotel location is superb; to get to JFK or take the train to Penn Station or Brooklyn. I often taken an early morning flight out of JFK, By staying at this hotel, I can just walk 5 minut.s to the Air Train station, and the Air Train is running 24 hours. It was a nice clean and friendly hotel stay

The location of the Quality Inn Jamaica can't be beat if you have an overnight at JFK. It is a 5 minute walk to from the Jamaica AirTrain station. From the AirTrain station, you can get back to JFK in 15 minutes or get to Penn Station @ 34th & 7th in 20 minutes on the LIRR express train. Very convenient. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast included […] was basic. Room was good size and the bed was very comfortable. Linens on bed were excellent. Bathroom large. The neighborhood is older and may look sketchy, but didn't prevent us from walking from Inn to train station day or night. Overall, I choose this because of location and price. Sent my boys to ny for new years eve...Of course I was concerned for my son..He was with his friend who was a very responsible young adult. I was able to talk to the hotel about any concerns and they even check up on my boys for me.. It was awesome!! They loved it and will be back next year! Thank you Quality Inn

It was a pleasant experience although my reservation was dropped the clerk made it his priority to find a room for me. I was very appreciative

Very nice hotel and very clean. The service was great. Excellent location, right across the airtrain terminal that takes you to the JFK airport.

The distance from the Hotel and the Air Train to JFK made it very ideal for quick travel. Within walking distance, about half a block away. Personnel were professional, was a nice quiet trip. Will definitely stay here again if I'm coming in from the JFK Airport

It is one block from Subway, Long Island RR, AirTrain stations. Has fine facilities and a very good staff. I recommend highly.

Courteous staff, located close to the Air Tran and LIRR terminal. Room size smallish but very clean and comfortable. Excellent for an overnight between flights.

After looking desperately for a reasonably priced hotel either within the vicinity of JFK or easy to get into Manhattan from JFK, I decided to go for this hotel. The location couldn't have been easier and after landing late and spending over 2 hours queuing at customs it was a relief to just get off the Airtrain at 1am and walk only a few minutes on […] a well lit street to reach the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful but the hotel was full and the room i ended with had a problem with the air conditioning so the room was really cold. He did move me to the only other room left; where the air con -if super noisy- worked and i was warm fine and could sleep on the very comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. For a 2 star hotel; there were really good amenities. The complimentary breakfast was good enough but there was a waffle maker available and so i had my first freshly made American waffle, which was delicious. The hotel is located by Jamaica station so one can get the LIRR train into Manhattan in about 20 minutes. I chose to use the subway, which was slower but another option as there are several lines available which will take you as far as the World Trade Center. I'd also like to mention that I am a young woman travelling on my own and I did not find the surroundings particularly shabby. The area is certainly undergoing some works but that was it! I was bit scared with this hotel, but it was great. Only 5$ and 12 min for airtrain and you are in the hotel. Hotel is very good if you have a few hours in JFK. Subvey is close to airtrain and hotel. 2,5$ and 30 min and you are in the Manhattan (instead of 45$ for taxi) I would really recommed this hotel

I booked this hotel solely for the reason that It's conveniently located right next to the Airtrain Jamaica station. Checked in at 1am and the receptionist was nice and prompt. Not the most professional looking one as he was wearing jeans but he did his job well so that's all I care for. The surrounding neighborhood did look a bit iffy during the middle […] of the night as I had to head over to JFK to visit a friend but luckily the Airtrain station is just a short walk from the hotel. The room was quite small but sufficient enough for its price. Everything was clean, no bedbugs, and the stay was comfortable. Free breakfast was simple. There was a selection of cereals, milk, juices, waffle maker for waffles, hard boiled eggs, bread, and coffee. No big meal here but it was good enough to keep me full till the later in the afternoon. Checkout took 5 seconds and then I was on my way. If you need a hotel to stay in for a night, stay here. Very convenient. Lisez la suite

I RESERVED THERE FOR THE EXCELENT LOCATION TO GO FAST TO JFK AIRPORT BUT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PARKING. I LEFT MY CAR IN A PARKING PLACE AND OTHER GUESST LEFT HIS CAR IN A NOT PARKING PLACE AND I COULDN'T. GO OUT. Great hotel, doesnt look much from the outside but its clean and comfortable in the rooms with nice bathroom fixtures and comfortable bed. Nice big TV but not too many channels, enough for bedtime viewing though. location is good, 40 minutes into manhattan on the subway (opposite the hotel) which means its a cheap and easy alternative to staying in […] the city. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, probably only negative was rude breakfast attendant, also a few things ran out by the time we got there, like the juice. Single or couple okay but not for family with kids

Fire Alarm went off and the sprinklers flooded one of the floors. I was stuck on the 6th floor (top floor) with two suitecases and needed to check out and leave immediately. After they realized it was not a real fire none of the staff did anything to help me get my suitecases downstairs. Had to drag them down myself. From any JFK Terminal to Jamaica Station by Skytrain in 10-15 minutes. Then a 5min walk (outdoors) along the street to this hotel. Very fast, friendly checkin - especially with Hotels.com prepay. Small but comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms and good aircon. The Front Desk Manager was very Unprofessional, dress like laundry day with a dirty sneakers. He gave a room key that unlock my room & the room was occupied with a female guest. Three other guests was complaining of this same thing. The Pillow in the room was dirty. Breakfast staff was rushing People at 09:15 Am. Refused to serve more OJ.

Not a bad hotel for the area that it was in. The hotel staff was friendly. The girl working the front desk warned me about the limited change that the JFK train would give. The room was decent enough for the cost.

Surrounding neighborhood is not the greatest.

Nice, comfortable hotel for a low price. Friendly & helpful staff. Conveniently located across the street from JFK airtrain, LIRR & subway, easy access to manhattan! Cintinental breakfast was included. Small workout room in basement. Will be staying here again on our next trip to NYC.

Good for and Overnight stay.

No smoking, ice machine is to far, should be one on every floor.

Very close to JFK airport, just a 5 minutes walk from AirTrain. No noise from planes, trains or trafic. Not the nicest neighbourhood, but that's ok.

Got stuck unexpectedly overnight at JFK, along with about a million others. Found this hotel literally last minute with a good discount. Was so happy to find a comfortable, safe place to stay overnight. The (VERY SHORT) walk from Jamaica Station to the hotel was a little scary at midnight, but fine the next morning.

Very impressed with room. Marble countertop and glass shower stall. Flat panel tv. This hotel has definitely spent money to renovate hotel rooms. My second time back and room was even better than before.

Not a bad choice to crash if your in the area. The neighborhood has many things within walkin distance such as restaurants and the Airtrain to JFK as well as the subway (easy access to the city). I stayed one night here and for the price (very low) the stay was well worth it. Location at end of JFK Airtrain at Jamaica station is great! Walk toward 94th st exit (vs Sutphin). Look for tall red brick building about two blocks down. Location is great compared to other airport hotels such as Holiday Inn Express that give you shuttle since you have to stop at Federal circle instead. Not convenient if you have plans to go into […] manhattan. Agree with neighborhood looking shady but never felt threatened and only stayed along 94th or Sutphin. Agree with not much places to eat (at least staying along 94th or sutphin) Room was small (but comparable to what I expected for NYC hotels), but was impressed by the comfortable mattress and quality furniture, clean bathroom and flat panel TV in room. Room smelled like smoke, but turning on A/C helped. By New York standards, the hotel was fine: reasonably clean, desk attendants helpful, and convenient location (near end of JFK air train). But it is not the best neighbourhood and cabbie didn't want to take us from Terminal 7 (he proceeded to get lost). Hotels are very expensive in New York and this one represents good value near JFK.

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the AirTrain from JFK - particularly useful for a late night arrival into JFK.
