Parfait pour les personnes en transit à l'aéroport de Mexico. Une navette de l'hôtel passe toutes les demi-heures en porte 4 du terminal 1 et également en terminal 2. Ayant réservé cet hôtel pour sa proximité immédiate avec l'aéroport, ce n'est pas pour son prix que je l'ai sélectionné, le tarif étant tout de même assez élevé. Si l'environnement immédiat de l'hôtel laisse carrément à désirer, l'hôtel par lui-même est excellent. Nous recommandons a 150%. Pour une famille de 7 personnes en transit, la solution est ideale: proximite de l'aeroport, chambres spacieuses et comfortables, restauration simple et rapide. Le plus simple apres une longue journee en avion. Pas besoin d'affronter le trafic de Mexico!

Très bon rapport qualité prix (nous dormions à quatre dans la même chambre), chambre très propre et confortable, le seul bémol : la fenêtre en verre opaque. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, c'était le meilleur de toutes nos vacances, un buffet d'enfer !

C'est un tres bon choix d'hotel pour depanner quand t'es pris pour passer une nuit a Mexico parce que t'as manquer ton avion. Tres bon raport qualité prix. Tres propre et tres bon service. Ca inclus meme l'excellent petit dejeuner style buffet. Y a pratiquement rien a proximité a part l'aeroport.

I needed a good hotel located close to the airport and was not disappointed at all. Location is perfect, shuttle to the airport is convenient (because Terminal 1 is maybe at walking distance but the new Terminal 2 is on the other side of the airport, a good 10 minutes drive away). Only negative experience was that I got an inside room with no outside […] view. There is an opaque window with artificial illumination that gives an illusion of external lightning: you would need to go downstairs or to the fitness room on the fourth floor to see how's the weather like and if you need to take your umbrella ! Simple, clean, quiet, very close to airport when AeroMexico cancels another flight. Used Hotels.com to find it at 10PM on a Sunday night.

Simply needed a place to rest my head for the night between flights. This worked out perfectly except that breakfast began serving at 7.30 which was after our check out time of 5am. The restaurant was very good. We arrived late in the evening, and were still able to get a very nice affordable meal-- I had chicken stuffed with shrimp and spinach. The breakfast buffet was filled with good options, including fresh cooked. The wiri worked well. Speaking English worked fine. Shuttles to an from the airport offer very personal service. Rmada has an office right at ground transportation level, where they have comfortable chairs, cookies and juice for you while they page your drive, guaranteed no more than 15 minutes. then you are escorted personally to their van and delivered to the hotel. Nice treat after a long flight!

There was a shuttle available, from the airport to the hotel and all the staff was extremely friendly and wanted to help. A wonderful buffet breakfast was included in the cost of the hotel. Free WiFi. What more could you ask for.

Walking distance to Airport terminal 1and Metro. Our room in the front had a view of the airport and runway. Air conditioning did not work in our room but the staff was quick to switch us into another room. Airport shuttle is very convenient. I would recommend it if you want to stay close to the airport. Great breakfast.

Conviently located hotel minutes from the airport. Nice room, friendly staff and delicious breakfast buffet included in price. I would definitely stay their again.

The shuttles leaves every 15 min. a short trip at least late in the night when I arrived. The hotel is pretty and clean, very comfortable bed. The area around the airport is not nice

Good hotel. Very close to airport. Clean and had all the basic facilities. The best part was that it was just a night stay for us (a group of 4 adults and a kid) and we were leaving Mexico City the next morning and needed a place just to spend the night. The rooms are too noisy! You can hear everyone in other rooms.

The hotel is located near the airport so that is very handy. The hotel rooms were very average. The bedding was old, in fact the sheets did not fit the mattress!! Seriously needing new linens. The room was reasonably clean. As rated about a 2 out of 5.

Nice, clean and not too pricey. Shuttle bus to the airport works perfectly and very timely, every half hour.

The service and accomodations were nearly perfect. The location, right off the Benito Juarez airport is exceptional. The shuttle service from/to the airport runs every half-hour, 24 hours a day which is extremely convenient. My only gripe, and it's the same gripe I have with many large hotels, is that the air handlers are way too noisy. I stayed there overnight for an early trip out of Mexico city airport, shuttle was there on time and the stay was nice and confortable.

I only stayed there for one night but the service was excelent! They help me with my accomodation very quick and were very courtegous. I had questions about sites and events and they were very helpful. I went to visit the Basilica de Guadalupe and the driver was even acting as our guide without pressing for time so that was very nice. The breakfast […] (free) was excelent. Good value, great staff, and convenient when arriving late or leaving the city early. Nothing to see in the area, but a nice comfortable place to relax before or after flights.

Great hotel to stay in close to the airport. The staff was helpful but there were power shortages with resulting problems. The hotel offered proven safe cabs for quick tours during our limited time left in Mexico, enabling us to see things that we would have otherwise missed. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. First - the Pros: Clean and attractive hotel located within just ten minutes of the Mexico City Int'l airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport that ran every half hour on-the-dot. The rooms appeared to be clean, were well appointed for the most part, and were quite quiet given that a major international airport was not much more than […] a stone's throw away. The restaurant served good food -albeit a little on the pricey side. Service was good and friendly. The Cons: We were a party of four(two couples) and made our reservations far in advance of our stay and upon check-in were disappointed to find out that they were not able (as per our request when we made the reservation) to situate our rooms (two couples) in close proximity to each other - how difficult is that?! And...although the bathroom was quite lovely (huge tiled shower and oversized bath towels) there was absolutely nowhere to hang the towels - no hooks or rungs anywhere which seemed really strange! We ended up having to drape our towels over the backside of the chairs in the room. We had a layover in Mexico City and needed a hotel close to the Airport. This was good for the price. Getting the shuttle is a little tricky if your Spanish isn't great, but we were able to manage it. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, but the pillows were hard. We had an overnight stay with a early afternoon return to Canada. Pick-up from the airport (at Puerto 4) took less than 10 minutes with about a less than 10 minute ride. Room was small, but had all the amenities including free Wi-Fi. Evening meal in the dining room was fine, but fairly expensive. Buffet breakfast (included in the room price) was excellent […] and well worth it as we found food prices at the airport very expensive. Convenient, courteous, comfortable, clean and efficient accommodation for the air traveller.

It's about a ten minute cab ride from the airport. The hotel is spacious and full of nice marble. The rooms are reasonably comfortable and there's a nice gym on the fourth floor. However, the food in the hotel restaurant and for the continental breakfast is not good. It's either prepared incorrectly or with substandard ingredients. (For example, I ordered a caesar salad that came with four large pieces of romaine covered with a buttery oil mixture and some sort grated bland white cheese and two pieces of toasted bread with cheddar cheese on top. The continental breakfast - not free - was mainly heavy meats and sausages with ersatz bisquick-type pancakes). This was a very good value for a place next door to the airport (albeit across the highway). Right at the airport, good shuttle service. Pleasant room w/coffee maker and good beds. Super clean! Wings restaurant next door. I would stay again.
