The exterior of the hotel was old but the rooms were newly renovated. The location of the hotel was a ways from the main city and was nestled in the cove where the weather was always hot (no ocean breeze). I have a 70% travel schedule for buisness. Although this was not a buisness trip, this was one of the first times I was suprised that the accomidations were actually much nicer than advertised! The staff, the room, the free perks and the fact that EVERY room faces the sea, made for a very magicial and relaxing respite.

Why I am leaving such a bad remark. after 5 nights at Marriott Renaisaance and coming here I just want to cry, and wish it was different. Change room three times due to sewage issues, smells feces from my suite. Then second room jacuzzi had no hot water and maintenance guys stood here for one hour trying to fix and then told me that this particular […] sections hot water was not working. instead of just telling me they turn off hot water, they took the time off just to lied to me, and told me truth later. even telling me how to properly filled hot water, what a joke. There is no NO hot water. check in was bad from start and I had to tell manager that new customer should not have to wait for them to be free without any reason and no greetings at all. Just overall poorer experience . DO NOT Do Not come for any reason, Food quality, service, is not known. Location is too far from anything. We wanted quiet and peace, all we got was all three of BAD, Room, Service, Food. Never, NEVER will I return for any reason. Honey moon, vacation, or Work. This is my first review that is BAD for a so call 5'star hotel, but felt like a truckers motel with better furnishing, Wish It wasn't so bad, but it is. Our stay at Cape Panwa hotel was fantastic. We stayed with our 7yr old in a Cape Suite, where there was ample room for all of us - the rooms are very spacious. The furnishings are modern and clean and comfortable, although I found the bed to be quite firm. But the stand out feature of our stay here was the friendliness of the staff.

If you eat the seafood ask them to clean it first, we ordered a seafood platter and it all came out whole including the crab! Food and drinks were a bit expensive although good except the seafood and our spa didn't work properly - having said we didn't actually complain to get it fixed, they probably would have - but the room was beautiful and the staff […] were awesome! I am flabbergasted Expedia sold us this hotel advertised as 5 star. This hotel is not 5 star. On check in we were taken to a room overlooking a building site of a new hotel with workers asleep on the grass under our balcony. When we asked to get a better room we were told you could but it would cost £200 which we were so tired after travelling for 16 […] hours we took it. The better room was overlooking the beach and was in reasonable condition however the mirror was never cleaned the whole time we were there or was the balcony which was flooding after rain and was really filthy. Breakfast was ok food was but was repetitive every day for ten days serving the same stuff. Three things this hotel need are Disinfectant, Bleach and Paint. Cape Panwa Hotel has quite and isolated location with nice privet beach. Great place for families with kids and elder people. Most of hotel suff don't speak English (even if they say "yes yes", they don't really understand). Romantic beach Thai restaurant, good food in main lobby restaurant. Beautiful sea views. When we arrived we got a room that was very very dirty! the smell in the roon was horrible, nold or something, the bath smelled really bad and we also found a big spider in the closet. When we asked for another room they moved us to a better room but without the sea view that we ordered. The manager told us […] that they are fully booked and thar he will write a report and tommorow they will move us to another room, clean and with sea view. The next day we went to the reception, but unfortunatelly, they didn't know anything about it, this manager didn't write anything and they sayed thet they have no rooms available. When we complained and insisted to get a clean room with the sea view, suddenly they had a room, and they promised to send someone to help us with the suitcases. We waited for an hour, and nothing happend. We had to call 2 more times till they sent someone. Simply amazing! Stayed in the Cape Suite for 6 nights! one of the largest hotel rooms i have ever stayed in. The suite had a very comfortable king bed, a lounge area, walk in wardrobe, his & hers sinks in huge bathroom (rain shower & seperate bath) and a big balcony with a Jacuzzi and a day bed! We had a wonderful traditional Thai dinner at the Panwa House a beautiful & romantic location. The shuttle service to the bottom of Cape Panwa is excellent as it allows you to sample local restaurants (we at lunch and dinner at Sawasdee most days -such a beautiful view) which are very reasonably priced. Sunset Bar and in particular Bert who works at the Sunset Bar was amazing. The hotel has an excellent spa. This hotel provided exactly what my husband and I were looking for. It is quiet and secluded. The private beach was beautiful. The hotel food was not great and you can get better and cheaper by patronising the local restuarants like Sea Breeze down the hill and Sawasdee by taking the hotel shuttle. The local restaurants serve the same menu as the hotel […] and it is fresh and good..and like I said much cheaper. At the hotel you pay a 10% service charge and a 7% VAT on all food plus the higher price. Our cape suite room had a great view. The hotel spa is also very nice. All the staff were nice and spoke pretty good English or could find someone who could. If you are looking for a party spot close to the city this is not your place. They do offer shuttles and tours that will take you into the city and club scene but this place is About relaxation. Got surprised when asked for upgrade. We were upgraded from Superior room to Cape Suite for very nominal sum of 500 BaHT per day. Cape Suite was great and much better than my anticipation. Perfect get away location. Its out of the way, private beech, clean pools, nice restaurants in the Hotel. The cape panwa resort is a beautiful quiet getaway, the beach is beautiful with coconut palms and presitine white sand. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und dies sieht man. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Aussicht super. Doch unten lief eine Klimaanlage den ganzen Tag und das Sitzen auf dem Balkon war nicht angenehm. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und nicht motiviert. Schade, denn der Ort an und für sich ist schön.

2年前に滞在した時に、ケープスイートに滞在。バルコニーにはジャグジーバスがあり、部屋も広く、DVDプレーヤー付きでものすごく快適だったので、リピートしました。前回同様快適で、もう、このリゾートから一歩も出たくない状態。雨季でありながら、プライベートビーチでは、スノーケリングが出来、魚影もまあまあです。朝食も豪華だし、言うことなし。ルームサービスも安いです。ただ、ちょっと施設は古く感じる人もいるかも知れませんが、それなりにリフォームされているので、気にならないと思います。ホテル周辺のマッサージ屋さんも安くてオススメです。宿泊金額を考えると、かなりお得なリゾートです。ただ、空港からも街からも遠いので、出かけるのが好きな人には向きません。

家族3人（3歳の子供含む）でケープスイートに６泊しました。 雨季でも海が穏やかということでこちらのホテルを選び、今回天気が良かった事 もあったのか海も十分楽しめました。 パトンなどの海も車の中からですが、見た感じかなり波が高く、赤い旗がたっていましたが ケープパンワはやはり穏やかでした。 シーカヤックやスノーケリング、ウィンドサーフィンなど無料で貸していただけます。 事前に予約しておけば空港まで片道１０００バーツで送迎してしてくれます。 部屋の広さ、ベランダのジャグジーシャワーも固定と可動式と 両方あり満足でした。 6月1日から7月10日くらいまでメインのプールとカフェが工事中で使用できず 子供用の浅いプールがないのでカンタリーベイのプールを使用しに行きました。 朝食のビュッフェはほ […] ぼ毎日同じ感じでホットミールのタイ料理が２，３品 ２，３日に一回違うくらいでした。 子供がいるので辛い物を警戒していましたが、洋風なものが多く 辛い物はありませんでした。 工事中ということでか？毎日無料で観光プログラムの提供があったり、 パンワハウスでミニバーベキューがありました。 日本人遭遇率は０でした。 スタッフの方は皆さん親切で感じが悪い事はありませんでした。 日本人のスタッフはいないのか出会いませんでした。 スパも利用しましたが、ホテルにしては安いと思いました。 アンチストレスのアロマ70分で1000バーツでした。 日によってタオルの枚数が違ったり、清掃が部屋の隅々までは行き届いていない、と言う点 では５ツ星としてはマイナスです。 でも値段からするとそれも許容範囲ということで我が家はリピートしたいくらい 満足でした。 Lisez la suite
