super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Très bien situé à l'entrée du Parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont au calme... Gatlinburg étant extrêmement touristique (beaucoup trop pour nous) et engorgé de voitures, de monde et d'attractions diverses. On peut se faire faire une omelette à son goût pour le petit déjeuner (ce qui n'est pas très courant et ma foi, fort agréable), et la piscine intérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée) est de belle proportion. Seuls bémols, le réceptionniste n'était pas super accueillant et n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts pour se faire comprendre de nous qui ne sommes pas d'ici et les places pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour que l'on puisse tous s'asseoir au moment où tout le monde, justement, est prêt pour le prendre!

Emplacement magnifique, tout à fait solitaire dans la montagne. Nous avons eu une jolie chambre, peut-être un peu sombre, mais il faisait mauvais temps. Diner très bien, petit déjeuner médiocre.
Situation

"It was OK, not great"
We got to breakfast just after 9:00 and they had run out of many things. Only had one person working a very busy morning, had to keep asking for things. Overall it was OK. Not the marriott experience we are use to , but we felt safe and clean

"Good cheap alternative to others"
Clean rooms and very busy lobby in the am. Staff is tremendous, towels, facecloths and hand towels are a little bit low quality. Tub/shower was uncomfortable to use, but the room was fine otherwise. Did I mention the friendly staff? Great breakfast in the am, but a busy place all around. Traffic is lousy outside at times, even in the off-season.
My family & I spent Christmas there and we had a wonderful time. The hospitality and service eas great. I would recommend this hotel.
"Nice for a hotel but not for Fairfield"
If you are used to Days Inn or Super 8 you'll enjoy this place. If you are expecting the Fairfield inn by Marriott...you'll be disappointed. No wifi in the rooms. Only available in the small lobby. Also the towels are quite thin. Toilet paper is cheap and very thin as well. Nice lady at check in desk. Fast check in. Breakfast was good too

I read previous reviews/viewed the pictures and decided to take a chance since it was conveniently located across the road from a huge outlet mall... BOY was I surprised! The pictures and comments don't do it justice. Newly renovated, clean, friendly, and the best hotel we stayed at for our trip. Our trip included one night at the Inn at Christmas Place, […] and one night at Biltmore Inn.... the beds at the Fairfield were the most comfortable by far! And you can't beat the price... The other two places were fun and of course we went for the atmosphere and views, however, I spent more time waiting for anyone to wait on us there then at the Fairfield! Honestly, my check in took 1 1/2 minutes! Awesome! Highly recommend. Lisez la suite
"Hotel in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee"
Convenient to many events, shopping, sights, free continental breakfast. However, room did not have a refrigerator or microwave.
My wife and I celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary at our stay in Pigeon Forge on September 25th. We had a wonderful experience and will stay at this location again. Great Job.

"Great Location w/Tanger Outlets Across the Street"
Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and housekeeping quick and friendly. We were on the 3rd floor and obviously the air conditioning was not working on that floor. It was very uncomfortable walking the hallways. The room air conditioner cooled sufficiently but was very noisy and once it reached […] it's desired temp it could only stay at that temp for about 10 minutes so we had sleepless nights listening to the air conditioning cut on and off 4-5 times each hour. "VERY convenient to shopping and restaurants"
My husband and I GREATLY enjoyed our stay!!! The rooms were large, beds were comfy, etc. There were three things that our room did not have, 1) wireless internet connect, 2) refrigerator, and 3) microwave -- these are things that we wish the room had for the price we paid each night.

The only dissappointment we had with our stay was the breakfast. There was not much there to be offtered. Other than that we had a great stay an would recommend it to our friends and would stay there again.

"Very nice motel on Parkway across from Tanger Mall"
This Marriot is nicely located on Parkway in Pigeon Forge across from the Tanger Outlet Malls. You are 10 minutes from Sevierville and about 20 from Galtinburg. The facility was clean, and the staff was very helpful. We would stay there again, and recommend it to friends.
"Odd Balconys"
Rooms have no view onto balcony, instead you have to walk out a metal door onto the balcony. Strange for a place with great views.

We only stayed 1 night but had no problems. The hotel was clean and quiet. My boys really enjoyed making waffles at breakfast. They also had cereal, muffins, toast, bagels and biscuits. We would definately book this hotel again!
