Un très bon séjour. Nous avons très bien reçu par notre hôte. Le studio est équipé d'un micro onde et frigo, idéal pour préparer et garder au frais les sandwich pour les visites aux environs. Bed and breakfast à 2 km de la gare accessible par les bus 256 et 15. Arrêt Koiipark. A very nice place to stay. Far from 2 km from central station. Need to take bus 15 or 256 Koiipark stop if you don't want to walk.

Très bon weekend, personnel disponible et souriant, excellent rapport qualité/prix, très propre, lit très grand, balcon, frigo dans la chambre, douche et baignoire... je ne regrette pas, je le recommande fortement!
Situation
A Amsterdam, l'établissement Hotel Casa 400 Amsterdam se trouve dans le quartier des affaires, tout près de Oosterpark, Artis et Magere Brug. Les sites Heineken Experience et Place Rembrandt se trouvent également à proximité.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'hôtel casa 400 à Amsterdam et nous avons été séduit par sa propreté, son confort et son calme! De plus, l'hôtel est situé à 2minutes de la station de train/métro/tram d'Amsterdam Amstel et avec les facilités proposées par la ville en matière de transport en commun, le centre ville est joignable en quelques minutes seulement […] et ce, à toute heure! Bon hôtel, très propre. Personnel compétent. Chambre assez bien insonorisée. Quelques bémols quand même (la perfection n'existe pas...): -une seule carte -pass pour 2, qui sert à prendre l'ascenceur, accéder au parking, ouvrir la porte de la chambre et alimenter l'éclairage de celle-ci, pas très pratique quand on a oublié quelque chose dans la voiture […] et qu'on doive priver sa compagne de lumière dans la chambre et/ou la salle de bains. -un plan du centre ville d'Amsterdam que l'on se sent un peu obligé d'acheter (8,50 euros ) proposé au guichet à notre arrivée. -éclairage trop faible dans la salle de bains, pour se raser ou se maquiller, on voit pas grand chose... Très bon hotel avec un excellent acceuil. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et lumineuses. Petit déjeuner excellent (attention a ne pas venir trop tard sinon il ne reste pas grand chose)...

Si vous venez a amsterdam pour raison professionnelle, cet hôtel et PARFAIT ! Wifi dans la chambre, numéro de ligne direct, placé juste a coté d'une station de métro également desservie par le train. On rejoint le centre ville en 15 minute par le métro. Les chambres sont très très propre, tout est neuf ou presque. Un super hôtel !

Hotel récent et très propre. Accueil très sympa. Le p'tit dej est bon même si un peu cher (15 euros). Même si c'est éloigné du centre ville à pied, on y est très rapidement par le métro (10 minutes) et il y a une ligne de tram directe pour le pôle des musées.

Très bel hôtel récent, notre chambre était grande et très agréable, avec un grand lit de 1.80 m et la salle de bain attenante était spacieuse également et très bien agencée. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts, du salé au sucré. Il y a un parking souterrain où nous avons pû garer notre véhicule le temps de notre […] séjour (4 jours). Il est situé à 3 stations de métro du centre historique d'Amsterdam. Very good hotel not far from the city center. Rather big one (a caravanserai of 520 rooms) but, once on your floor or in your room, you don't feel it any more. Rooms are clean, comfortable (including good acoustic isolation) and well maitained though it may due to the fact that the hotel is practically brand new (opened its doors in May 2010). Hotel trés sympa, tout neuf, quartier encore en construction, séjour de 6 jours. Les plus : la propreté, les chambres, la connection en wifi gratuit dans les chambres. le personnel assez sympa dans l'ensemble et parle francais pour certain. Les moins : la distance 25 min a vélo ( se que j'ai fait pour 34 euros/6 jours) ou 4 station de metro pour 2,80 […] euro par voyage (Perso sa ma pas gêner). Everything about the hotel is great! The location is fantastic. Going to Amsterdam Central was so easy as this hotel is so close to the Amstel station. "Good value for money - next to Amstel"
Close to Amstel Station to reach quickly the city centre, otherwise, the stroll along the Amstel is a beautiful one for those who have time. The TV did not work but we were not so interested in having it fixed either.

As I was travelling with euro lines and had a backpack, I wanted to stay close to Amstel station. This place was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the hotel, they let me check in early as there was a room available. 5 stops to central on the metro- easy as! €12 euro cab back to the hotel at the wee hours of the morning from town. This is a new hotel, so it is very clean and stylish. Poor location near Amstel station in an area without restaurants or tourist attractions. Area deserted at night. Would not recommend for a woman alone, although I did not see anyone menacing hanging around. No kleenex in room or hair dryer (although you could borrow a hair dryer at front desk). Beds […] very comfortable. People at front desk friendly and helpful. Very cheap shampoo and soap (all in one). Heat/AC did not work (front desk said they did and would take 2 hrs to respond, but it never did). Very well lit. Could read in room. Too far from museums, etc. Food is expensive. Breakfast does not open until 7:30 a,m. No alternate food service in the neighborhood. Very little air flow in rooms. No hair dryer in room. One night business trip. Arrived late. Reception service very good, quick check-in. Decent bar with sports TV. Room clean, well equipped for my needs and comfortable. Free Internet in room which is always a bonus. I had meetings 5 minutes away so ideal location for Amstel area and I would definitely use again.

Very pleased with this hotel. I stayed for two nights, on a business trip, September 2011. The rooms looked very new and clean. Walk in shower, good size bathroom. There was free wifi throughout the hotel and a lobby in the reception area, with tables, sofas etc. which would be suitable for working and informal meetings. The staff all spoke English […] and were very helpful. We only ate in the restaurant once, but the food was excellent! The location is not fantastic, but there was ample parking underneath the hotel (€17.50 per 24 hours) and the surrounding roads were quiet and clean. It was only about 15 minutes from the airport and very easy to find. To get into Amsterdam city, we took the train from the local station, 5-10 minutes walk, which was then only one stop and cost around €2 for a single journey. The hotel could also provide a taxi for around €15 into the city. I would certainly stay here again, as I felt the only downside, the location, was a minor point, considering the ease we found in getting into the city and the cost saving staying there. I don't usually leave reviews, but as I booked this hotel based on other reviews, I recommend this hotel to others. Lisez la suite

This hotel was booked for our company working at the EMO Exhibition in Hannover. Good Modern Clean Hotel! The drinks were a lot cheaper than other hotels and bars! Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Hanover.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, clean and comfortable. The location is also conveniently near Amstel station and easy to get around by bike. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel located at the end of the 59 bus route from the train station. You get off the bus at the Amstell station stop. I would highly recommend the Dauphine restaurant across from the Amstell station. The 59 bus gets you downtown in 15 minutes
Nice hotel, clean room. the hotel is not located in the city centre but the area is well served by public transports.

A little bit outside of the main "Centrum" area of the city, it's still just around the corner from Amstel station, and only a short bus, tram, or train ride (whichever you prefer) from the city center. We as a couple spent 3 nights at Hotel Casa 400. It was a smooth drive by Airport shuttle at E 25 , one way to the hotle. I found this a little costly as most visitors took the train which was way cheaper. Wish the hotel arranged some pick up service. The hotel was conveniently located near Amstel station that covered all our sightseeing & fun at Central […] area & Netherlands.Amstel station had reasonably priced good places to eat & a supermkt too to cover rest of our daily needs. Extremely helpful hotel staff. They guided us to travel various places, reconfirmed our return trip to airport thru shuttle service. They wud make any phone calls on our behalf such as pick up for Netherlands day tour. Clean facilities & new construction. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The rooms are very clean and the location is good (two minutes walk to Amstel station) If you want to be just out of the centre then this hotel is a good choice - overall very impressed with the hotel and the service we received.

Nice overall hotel, rooms are basic but clean and very spacious, helpful staff, and a great deal for the price. The only minus of this hotel is that its not centrally located but the metro is very close (3-5 min walk), and in about 5-10 min you are in the amsterdam central. Very good option to stay if you have a conference/work at AMC.

I stayed at the Casa 400 for three nights. After looking at the photos online, etc, I wasn't really excited about the hotel, however, upon my arrival, I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The hotel was vibrant. The room was very clean and modern, with plenty of space. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was ideally located […] within a three minute walk to Amstelstation, connecting to the tram network, the metro, and intercity trains. As a tourist, it was nice to be close to all the sites without having to pay the prices of the hotels inside Amsterdam Centrum. I feel I got a better value for my money. While there were only a few traditional eating options nearby, the nearby train station had a variety of eating options for all meals. While I stayed at Casa 400 on vacation, I would definitely recommend/use the hotel for business. The hotel would have been ideal for a business conference. Lisez la suite
