Very clean, nice location. The beds were very comfortable. The staffs were friendly. I would recommend this hotel especially when you are traveling with kids.

Rooms are clean and comfortable.Easy walking distance to Carlton and City areas.Car parking not so convenient.

the hotel is central to all main attractions. the room was very comfortable except that we could have done with 2 chairs instead of one and having to sit on the bed to relax after a long day. staff were very friendly and very helpful. overall a very pleasant stay.

We arrived early and the hotel manager arranged an early check in for us. The location itself is central and within walking distance to the city and the famous Queen Victoria Market and tram stops. House keeping is exceptional and staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend Ibis to my friends.

The hotel is well situated for tourists who are exploring Melbourne. Also close to the University of Melbourne. The hotel staff are average - no proactive customer care. The rooms are just about ok. The bed was TOO soft and gave us a back ache

Awesome help staff helped me with face paint for a fancy dress up costume, great option with prepaid breakfast, good rooms and overall experience. Well done, keep it up.

The hotel is located excellently - within walking distance to Victoria Market. The CBD is within walking distance of just 10 mins. A taxi ride to Southern Cross Station costs about AUD10. A very pleasant stay, the room was very comfortable and perfect for a short stay, close to Victoria Market and a short walk to the CBD. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very good.

This is a budget hotel and was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is on the edge of the city so it wasn't convenient to retaurants but it is only a 2-block walk to the free City Circle tram. The on-site restaurant had a limited menu and did not cater for vegan diners at all, which was extremely difficult as there […] were two vegans in our party. Reasonably priced on-site self parking is available. I would stay there again as it was very comfortable for the price. Not very convenient to theatres or night-life. Lisez la suite

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The room is exceptionally cold and either they deliberately turned off the heater to save electricity or they are just discriminating against Asian. Also, when I left a credit card size to replace the room card as I was charging my iPad and need to take my dinner. When I came back the card disappeared. Conveniently […] the manager or the supervisor claimed he has no knowledge of the affair and said my card is with the admin office. Somehow my card has legs and crawled into his office. I told him taking anything out of my room is theft and he agreed but he has no clue how it came into his possession. Also, there is never any parking lots in the hotel. And you can't really leave your luggage with the concierge because there is no concierge and they charge by the hour. In general, it was a really bad experience. Lisez la suite

Stayed for 3 nights in June 2011 to attend Tutankhamun Exhibition at Melbourne Museum. Hotel is within easy walking distance of Museum and close to Victoria Markets and cheap public transport to all of Melbourne. We also walked easily to Lygon Street restaurants. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was asked to wait for almost 2hrs. with an explanation that they had not received any mails from Hotels.com. Though I having given the booking Ref. No; they insisted on a print out, which I was ready to access on the Hotel computer, which I was denied. Hence I had to go searching around for a internet cafe with […] printer facility and only after presenting them, with the printout, did the front office, provide me with a room. A typical Ibis in many ways. Front staff is generally knowledgeable and helpful with directions. Room was a standard 'Ibis' room. Not 5 star, but reasonable value. Coin operated internet computers in the lobby are a joke! Expensive and not enough to handle the need. In addition, the desk staff said that printing was free and could be picked up at the […] front desk. In reality, the cost per page of printing is deducted from the value of the time purchased on the computer. Hardly free. Neighborhood will be greatly improved when construction is complete. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Melbourne. The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. And the hotel was very quiet, there was no street noise at all. 我知道的有两家宜必思在墨尔本，另一家位于南十字星车站，总体来说服务基本符合需求，但并不十分热情，并且缺乏建设性建议。设施涵盖了基础需求，但并不使人有喜出望外或者超值的感觉，较价格来说，甚至有点普通的感觉，满足商务便捷酒店需求，并不高档，因此价格显得较贵。地下一层有餐厅，用餐人不多，开放时间也很有限。前台可以出借转换插座以及开瓶器等小物件，但数量有限。附近最方便到达的就是维多利亚市场。
