Bon rapport qualite prix pour ce motel. A refaire; nous irions dormir a Cherokee.

The hotel is located on the river with a trolley stop directly in front of the hotel. The service was fantastic! It is an older hotel but for the money we felt we got a great deal. We would stay there again. The maid service was great but the carpets are stained and need to be replaced. Staff was very helpful. Close to downtown. Beautiful view.

We've stayed in some great places but also had our horror stories from previous stays around there and we were pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. Just a bit further from the heart of the Gatlinburg strip than we usually stay but only about 2 blocks more. Nice river view, clean rooms and bathroom. The sign on the mirror asked us to conserve water, yet both sink and tub faucets leaked. Tub was stopped up and would not drain well. It was fixed after we complained about it. Toilet was not a water saving model.

Grounds and room was clean. Location was close enough for us to walk to attractions downtown with easy drive into Pigeon Forge and into the National Park. Staff was friendly and helpful. Balcony over the river was great!

I would book here again!

Went to Gatlinburg Bridge tournament, the largest in the world of its type. Hotel is nondescript from the entrance side. It's an outside entrance, too. But inside is another story entirely. Big room, well-furnished and appointed , spotless, and a balcony overlooking a swift-runninf creek! And at a very reasonable price.

I was bitten in bed all over my foot and showed them to the staff; they said they could not be bed bugs because they don't begin itching until 7-10 days after being bitten. I still can see the many, many bites. The lobby area, and halls really need a sprucing up.

We loved the uniqueness of staying at river's edge and were glad to be on the outer end of the busyness of Gatlinburg. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the warm waffles the next morning before our departure.

Nothing too special about the hotel. Good price and valuem but looks a little run down like it could use an update. Overall clean and comfortable for a night. Also a little off the beaten path but waliking distance to the Hard Rock Cafe:)

The room was spacious but the furnishing was past its best - carpet in the entrance to the room was very dirty. The beds were comfortable and clean and the surface cleanliness of the room was fine. The bathroom was small and the extraction system did not work, something we always find annoying. The redeeming features of the room were the private balcony […] overlooking the river and the effective heating / cooling. The breakfast was basic. The location was reasonable and within a 15 minute walk from downtown (restaurants etc.) if you do not want to take your car. Having said all this we would probably stay there again. Lisez la suite

The front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the entire hotel is non-smoking! The hotel however is in need of some remodeling. Breakfast was decent..waffle machines a plus. Not really within waking distance of the happenings, but the trolley stops in front.

The only thing I can say is that the river was lovely. Breakfast was sufficient. The rest of the hotel was pretty dingy looking and could use some paint. The room wasn't as scarey as I thought judging by halls, stairs, and elevator. Bathroom was disgusting. Very discolored and looked dirty. Great place to recharge after a day of site seeing, close to just about everything. This is the second time I have stayed there andn will stay again.

This hotel is nice enough and the front desk staff is courteous. The bathroom ceiling looked like it could fall in, and was obvious it had previous water problems.

Great price. Wasnt on the main strip but was only half a block away. Within walking distance of all 8 lights. Friendly and helpful stuff. Clean rooms.

With the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg, I found the sound and beauty of the rushing river right outside our room a relaxing welcome. We were still within walking distance to downtown (or trolley) but opened the window at night just to hear the river's music.

This hotel was very convenient.. it's located between Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Fords.. but closer to Gatlinburg in that you could just walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Also the continental breakfast was amazing. All the room have a balcony and ours had one facing the river. The hotel was nice. The balcony over looked the river and it was very relaxing and the parking was great. The only problem was the pillows and mattress. The mattress was so hard I would have rather slept on the floor. I had a back ache the next day. The pillows were really flat; casuing me a stiiff neck. We stayed here for an extended weekend with our family and it was nice. The breakfast they provided left a lot to be desired but with all the pancake houses around that was easily solved LOL! Over all for the value I was very pleased with this hotel!

was a nice little place to stay for the weekend. ony thing that bothered me was that the elevator buttons on the 1st floor didnt work.

Our stay at days inn on the river was quiet nice. The staff was very helpful and our room was very clean and that is what i look for. I had some trouble with the wifi but when we checked in they told us about it but all in all it was good. Would i stay at days inn on the river again? YES!!!!!

THE ROOMS WERE COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. THE BALCONY AND VIEW OF THE RIVER IS ROMANTIC FOR COUPLES AND ENTERTAINING FOR CHILDREN AS THERE ARE MANY BIRDS TO SEE(WE SAW A CRANE AND A HAWK). My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights and were very pleased with our choice of this motel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only problem that we had was the thermostat not kicking on and off on the heater. We called the front desk, they had someone there to our room and it was fixed within 5 minutes of notifying them. Good price on the package deal, room not as shown in picture. Not a bad room but not what I was expecting. No internet the whole time I was there.

This is an older hotel and in need of a few repairs. However, we totally loved the place and its location. We will stay again soon.

Ok, so my new husband (whom amazingly I still love) decided that this was the place to stay while we were in Gatlinburg for our wedding. The motel had an odor that I can't lay my finger on it just didn't smell fresh. The phone in my room was not connected. The room was ugly and the bedding made us all itch,. I went to do a load of laundry and the washer […] was not working and of course there was no sign on it. When I was leaving my room to go to my wedding--with my beautiful dress in my hand...the housekeeper is in the hall smoking a cigarette around my freshly done hair and dress. I had a non smoking room and I would have expected the hall to be smoke free as well. I was thrilled about the location at the time but I would totally give up location to have a better room. If you are going to Gatlinburg and think you want to go cheap on the room so you can spend more on the attractions and shopping. Please rethink that. I will never stay there or at any other Days Inn again. It was a horrible experience. I hope this review will help some other couples learn from my mistake and avoid this hotel at all cost Lisez la suite

My husband and I went for our 1 yr anniversary.The hotel was nice..but they are in the process of remodeling. The rooms arent very up to date. The first room we went to had junks of debree in the tub and on the floor (from remodeling). The next room we were sent too had not yet been cleaned although it was signed off as completed. There were no covers […] at all on the beds and it smelt of smoke from the chimney.The third room we were sent to was perfect...no problem at all except that the knob to start the shower head was broken and I had to use a rag to pull it up....All in all it was worth the money spent....once we were settled into decent room...just alot of walking back and forth for a 9 month pregnant woman Lisez la suite

Very nice for a weekend close to a lot and nice view, the bathrooms were small but had a good time

The price was awesome and the rooms were clean. The only issue was the washing machine was not working when we visited.

Clean room, well maintained. Would recommend to anyone. Great room for the price.

For the cheapest rate on hotels.com a night I didn’t expect much. It’s close to downtown Gatlinburg which was what I was looking for plus low cost. The hotel is outdated. In my room the wallpaper was peeling and the ceiling tiles had water damage. Also the shower changed temperature at random. Not freezing or scalding but enough to notice. Lastly the […] floor wasn’t vacuumed well. I found a gummy bear and none of my kids had them. Despite all this the sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. Days Inn GB on the river was very nice and conviant to area attractions. The room.was clean and well kept. It was cold when we walked in but the heater warmed.it up quickly. We would stay there again.

I had a room with a king size bed. The carpet was a little worn but overall cleanliness of the room was good. Bathroom was small but clean. The fireplace was a nice touch. The sound of the river helps drown out most traffic noise. I htought it was a good value to be located in town.
