Idéalement situé au nord d'une des principales artères de la ville, non loin du marché et du quartier chinois. Laverie à côté, c'est commode.

Bel hôtel, bien situé avec tram et bus gratuits vers le centre de la ville en 10 mn. Possibilité de laver son linge et de le sécher. Moderne, propreté des chambres et lieux communs, personnel de la réception compétent et aimable, petits déjeuners continentaux très bons et copieux, rien à redire si ce n'est que la chambre était un peu juste en taille pour les 3 lits une personne. Malgré tout je pourrais y retourner et je le recommande !

L'hôtel est très bien situé à Melbourne, à 5 min à pied de Central Station (gare), le tramway passe juste devant (dont la ligne gratuite). L'aménagement est moderne et l'accueil professionnel. L'appartement studio est vraiment grand avec une partie cuisine et une partie salon dans la pièce principale, la chambre à part avec salle de bain attenante. Cette dernière est immense avec une grande douche (adaptée aux personnes handicapées). L'équipement est très complet avec machine à laver et sèche linge, planche à repasser, cuisine tout équipée (dont micro-onde). Le petit déjeuner est en revanche plutôt décevant : il consiste en un bon pour une boisson et un plat au café attenant à l'hôtel. Le choix de petit déjeuner sucrés y est limité.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The only downer was the bin truck emptying the bin in the car park across the road at five oclock in the morning!! I will definitely stay here again.
Excellent location, construction work didn't bother us, but room itself was dirty - mold in the shower, stains on sheets and mattress protectors. Just generally grotty, and I am not a pedantic person!
"Not as advertised"
We had booked a room which said that it had a queen bed and a sofa bed init which I intended to use, however the room had a double bed and no sofa. They did provide us with a rollaway but the room was very small and tight then.
"Room clearing"
Not satisfied that is no clear up for a week, unless have to pay. This not our expectation of the apartment, we thought it will be like hotel treatment daily do clear-out. However, we satisfaction of the location bring us saved a lot of time.

Great location slap-bang in the middle of Melbourne. Convenient to all shopping, transport and sights. Very spacious 2 level apartment. Only drawback was air conditioner downstairs in lounge room, so had to use a floor fan in the bedroom as nights were very hot.

Quaint hotel in old building that the small badly decorated foyer did not show off the good quality loft room we had on the top floor. The room was spacious and in good condition. No remotes for the air conditioner and TV were the only issues. Given the usual high temperatures in hotels, the lack of an AC remote was a problem. "An anachronism - a city hotel with no Internet!!!"
This hotel is in a great location and loved that the room had a kitchenette. But suffers from no broadband internet access. The cleanliness of the room (eg the Phone) also signalled a not very good cleaner - indeed it is one of the ones where you pay extra for cleaning unless you are staying over a week. Hotel was in a good location but disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen. Bath had crack in the base and generally not hygienic. Kitchen pretty much the same, crockery and cutlery, sink and bench tops not cleaned. Renovations going on in neighbouring building and sound of jackhammer and demolition work could be heard all day and […] commencing again at 7.00am in the morning the following day. Excellent location, right in the heart of the shops of Melbourne City, right across the road from Myers and David Jones stores. Room was good, bed comfy, shower not that easy to work out how to use but we got there in the end. Bathroom needed some attention around the bath but it is not rated a 5 Star Hotel so you get what you pay for. We were happy […] enough with it for the price we paid. Staff very friendly and helpful. "BreakFree Heritage on Little Bourke - Mid City Gem"
It's not The Ritz, but for the money, it is a gem! Central to everything in the CBD, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is adequate and the kitchenette is a bonus for longer stays. I love that is an older style hotel with its own quirky character...and still has a lift!!!
great location of hotel but the view was a brick wall and if you opened the windows the place stank frying onions!
"Poor service and cleanliness"
Location of the hotel is great - very convenient. Quality of the room was terrible. It was not cleaned once during me stay, there was a strange sewrage smell, the toilet ran and the staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. I would not recommend.

A nightclub located above our room kept us awake until 3.00am. If I would have known I wouldn't have stayed particularly considering the price we where charged Also the floor coverings where in really poor condition and needed to at least professionally cleaned ,preferably replaced. "great location"
right in the middle of everything. close to all shops, bars , trams, trains. My only problem was our 1 bed appartment hads no natural light as it was at the side of the building. Make sure you ask for a room with natural light, a bit like staying in a box. the appartment was very comfortable and clean. No complaints

"Heritage on little Bourke cleanliness poor"
We enjoyed staying at this hotel, the front desk service was good, the environment was great, however the cleanliness of the apartment let our experience down. Specifics:Lack of Cleanliness 1. It's very convenient at the heart of the city centre. The room is spacious. But can't really be "2" bedroom with one of the bedrooms being open in the loft. The room is clean but the corridor is not. There is cooking facilities but strangely no water boiler.
