L accueil est sympathique et le concierge fait des efforts du fait que nous parlons seulement l américain basique. La chambre est correcte propre et calme, au rez de chaussée. Arrivés tardivement nous avons pu aller boire un bière et prendre un snack à un bar grill tout proche qui nous a été indiqué par la réception. Accueil sympathique là aussi. Le rapprot qualité prix est excellent.

I was in Atlanta overnight. This hotel met my basic needs - gym, business center, close to airport, reliable shuttle service, clean rooms. The surrounding area has basic dining options. I've stayed in two other DoubleTree Hotel before and was very pleased. (LaVista & Cobb) I Checked in on 2/22 and had a smoking room with no ash trays. Had two people in the room but only one towel. 2/23 Was woke by a woman hollering and kicking the door (30 minutes) right across the hall at two in the morning and no one responded. Ran out of tissue […] and had to get some my self out of the custodian closet. For $100/night I expected better, and to top it all off I had to pay $10/night for parking. "Shocking for a Doubletree"
I frequently stay at Hilton Hotels because they're always well kept and clean. This hotel was noisey, dirty, smelled of marijuana, bathrooms had so many cracks in the shower that we didn't want to take a shower. The person that checked me in was nice. I came in alone and then an hour later my husband came in. She gave him my room number without calling […] me first. She had no way of knowing we were related because we have different last names. Needed a hotel in short time and booked the Doubletree on line from the Airport. Did so because of a very positive experience at a DT in Tampa next to the airport. Arrived late and retired to the room. Tired using the land line phone but it did not work. Awoke in the A.M. and could not get the heater to work. Found the hair drier also not working. This hotel was so difficult to find we got lost twice trying to find it. The immediate neighborhood was okay, but just a few blocks away was quite "iffy." Not reassuring when you're lost. The driveway is off of what feels like an alley. The hotel is located between two interstates, which can be confusing when trying to get anywhere and back again. Take […] a GPS! ALL was excellent - this was for an overnight stay when I was shafted by the airline, The ONLY gripe I had is that the driver to pick us up at the Atlanta airport never showed up.
