hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

Agréable moment pas de désagréments majeurs , bien que nous n'y ayons passés que deux nuits séparés , c'était correct idéal pour les gens qui doivent faire une escale d'une nuit s'ils doivent partir en croisière !

"bon rapport qualité/prix"
à condition d'avoir une voiture (ce qui est important à Miami si l'on veut vraiment découvrir la ville et ses environs), on est à 5-10 minutes de Bayside, du port et de Miami Beach accès par les 3 principaux ponts. Sinon l'hôtel est moyen mais tout à fait correct, nourriture pas cher tout autour, 2 parkings gratuits et clim!!!Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Parfait pour les petits budgets"
Un motel confortable, bien situé (proche Miami Beach et de l'aéroport), proposant un parking gratuit si vous venez en voiture, chambre correcte et équipée (clim, frigo, micro-onde, seche cheveux, télé, etc.). "Hotel très très sale"
L'état et la propreté des chambres sont déplorables: moquette dégueulasse, draps sales, poussières, baignoires immondes. La télé ne dispose que de quelques chaines inintéressantes, les grandes chaines habituelles ne sont pas disponibles (ESPN, TNT, CNN, ABC,...). Le mobilier est cassé: table bancale, chaise cassée, frigo en panne,.. La piscine est insignifiante […] et le long de la grand route, je n'y ai vu personne en 3 jours. Sinon, l'hotel est bien situé, tout proche de downtown (5 minutes) et de miami beach (10 minutes). It was terrible. Even though the booking included transportation from the airport, I was told to get a taxi by the OWNER! I had emailed and called ahead w/ my flight information, and still had the pay the $26.00 plus tip to get to this dump. "Overnight stay before cruise"
My husband and I stayed the night here before leaving on a cruise the next morning. Room was nice & clean, surrounding neighborhood was ok (there is a nice outdoor shopping mall nearby) & the shuttle to & from the cruise port was nice. The negatives were that they didn't have our shuttle reservation when we first checked in, had to speak to the manager […] the next morning & she straightened that out, but I was told through Hotels.com that the parking was free while we were away on the cruise & the hotel says it's not. They only charge $7/day though which is way less than what the cruise port will charge you. We didn't eat their breakfast buffet either, just wasn't our style. To start with the age of this hotel tells a story. It is one of the oldest hotels in the Miami area. It was easy to get to from the interstate that runs about a block away from it. This hotel was perfectly located to my needs, the staff was friendly and accommadating. The room was clean and had fresh towels and linens also. If there were a reality […] show dealing with Hotel Makeovers, I would definitely sign this hotel up for one. The electrical outlets are so old that anything plugged into to them would fall out. The table lamps would come on by themselves from the vibrations from the traffic passing by. The decor could stand to be updated, fresh paint and wall pictures. And the 32" television should have had a remote control with it. Overall, I would rate this hotel with a high end 8.5 because it was close to my business appts., it was clean, and there was no loud noise from any of the other guests during my 3 night stay. We wanted a cheap hotel room for one night before a cruise, and we got what we paid for. The bed was comfortable, but there was no remote for the TV, no alarm clock or clock of any kind, and the bathroom had hair everywhere. The people at the front desk were overall quite helpful, but there was an obvious lack of communication between shifts. If you […] are booking transportation to the airport or cruise terminal, it would be best to double or triple check at the desk to make sure you are really booked. The 'breakfast' consisted of two kinds of cereal, a half gallon of milk, and an empty coffee pot. Fortunately, there is a Denny's a block up the street. However, on the day we arrived, the shuttle didn't come, then we called the hotel and were told that there would not be shuttle to pick up us that time... but the shuttle did drive us to airport when we leave.
