Bon rapport qualité prix, impératif d'avoir une voiture, piscine et jacuzzi, salle de sport, après une journée de visite, c'est toujours sympa. Petit déjeuner continental compris

L'hotel est tout a fait correct. Attention!!!! pas de cacao, ni de micro onde (il faut allez dans la station service attenante pour faire chauffer son lait) au petit déjeuner. En ce qui concerne les lits, si vous avez une suite, le matelas du canapé est vraiment a proscrire, alors que la chambre avec deux lits est tres confortable.

hotel sur l'extérieur de la ville, mais pas trop mal situé pour aller soit aux chutes du niagra soit a toronto. Déplacement en voiture uniquement, pas de bus a proximité. Bon accueil. Chambre très correcte et aucun problème pour se reposer. Petite lacune concernant le bruit excécrable de la climatisation et de la chasse d'eau dans la salle de bain! A part ce détail qui à quand même son importance, vous pouvez y séjourner sans aucun soucis et cela pour un très bon rapport Qualité/Prix!

L'hotel etait propre ,le service moyen mais tres mal situe,tres mal decervie par les transports et loin de tous centres d'achat ou un point de service ,pas de restaurant juste un depanneur de l'hotel!!!!! .en ce qui concerne le personnel,acceuillons et serviable .

On a pas utilisé la piscine car l'eau ne nous semblais pas très propre. Mais en général l'hotel est très silencieux, très bien situer et le petit déjeuner bien fournit tout simplement ce qu'on recherchait en allant là bas. GOOD THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

Good location, 3 seconds off major highway. Very quiet for sleeping. Lots off shopping just 5 mins drive north of hotel. Decent breakfast and served until 11am (did not have to stuble in at 9am like most places. Noon check out time. Very friendly house keeping staff

Our original room was to be a basic two double beds, but the room they gave us was not made up. Called down to the front desk and they upgraded us to a suite for no extra charge! Other than that, breakfast was great and hotel was clean and nice!!! Would go again!

1) bathroom fan to noisy 2) buffet breakfast is open to late 3) when arriving it is not a comfortable feeling when there are 4 police cars outside the main entrance door

In the transion of moving, I am staying in hotels which are close to World Vision Canada. This was a comfortable, and affordable motel. I used the pool, hot tub and exercise room, all worked well and I enjoyed the perks. Thanks, I will be staying again soon. Paulette

Comfortable to live if you are going around in Toronto If yo have your own means of commute.

the staff at the front dest were very friendly and polite. The room itself was ok although it smelled like urine in the one corner. I' was the "breakfast" that was the most dissapointing. I don't get the toast apples 2 cold ceral coffee aand juice were of any benefit to anyone but if you wanted the hot stuff on the other side of the area it would be […] $12.00 per. There was no steak or fresh made omeletts no chef on stand by just a help yourself trough. I had 2 teenagers with me who had to go away hungry because iI was not willing to pay 36 bucks for scrambled eggs and bacon. It was worth the walk across to T H across the street. Lisez la suite

and that's about all i have to say. This is NOT a family hotel, as I had read in some previous reviews, nor is it a hotel for anyone else, seriously: it is FULL of truckers, as there is a truck stop right next to it, with all their trucks parked there. Being a singe professional woman, I felt out of place and even scared there. PROS: Its in a huge industrial warehouse area, but lots of stores and dining within 5 mins drive. It was very quiet to sleep except for banging noise (see below on 5th floor) Timmies across the street. Fairly clean, Nice staff. The room was good for the price paid, Continental breakfast was great, bagels, toast, cereal, waffles, fruit cocktail, all […] that anyone would need, pretty good coffee too, no complaints there. Good TV channels. We found a great scottish Pub "UP YER KUILT" 7 mins northeast of motel, mostly for drinks & also Mandarin Buffet. CONS: window was covered with hair gell from people leaning out to look around. No fridge or microwave in the room, that’s ok I guess. There wasn’t even a microwave available in the lobby; I was told there was one for guest use when I booked. Yes there was! It was in the back office and the front desk guy (very helpful) had to pop my micro pop corn for me in the 700 watt micro, i got about 2 cups out of the bag. I had Chinese food left over’s that we were going to reheat for diner as well. I am not going to ask someone to reheat 4 plates of food while trying to check in other guests. THE REASON for no micro I think,” on site restaurant” and they even had a sign at the lobby entrance “NO OUT SIDE FOOD DELIVERY’S ALLOWED” I have never, ever seen a sign posted to that effect anywhere I have stayed and would ignore it!! Bathroom fan and the light are on the same switch, fan is really noisy (goes quiet if grill is pushed) at night, would wake other people in the room. We were on the 5th floor (top floor) it was windy at the time and something was banging by the sound of it on the roof. Ice machine on the 5th floor makes a horrendous noise when first starting up, really loud buzzer noise, right next to room 512 do not stay in 512. Luckily we did not. Lisez la suite

The price was right. The room was clean and quiet. It's in an indutrial area not very close to shopping but all we needed was a place to sleep. The satalite TV kept cutting out with a light snow coming down but it was fine in the morning. Check out wasn't until 12:00 and we had the breakfast next door complimentary with the room.

The entire hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. The location was perfect for our needs, close to everywhere we had to be. It was incredibly convenient to have the Husky gas station right there. The only issues are that the area for the continental breakfast is not really set up for more than one person […] at a time, a little more room would have been nice. having the toaster and the waffle maker further apart would have helped. The other issue is the fan in the bathroom. The fan and the light are on the same switch, which is fine, and understandable, but the fan is incredibly loud and leaves someone using the bathroom at night to either go in the dark or risk waking other people in the room. The elevator is filty. The floors were very sticky. The rooms is clean otherwise. For the price it is to be expected.

Stayed in this hotel at the beginning of our trip to Canada & again at the end as it was really nice & modern with all the things you need, a laundry, emergency food (Chinese buffet) swimming pool, free parking etc aswell as a spa bath tub in your room! At first glimpse, looks like a motel for a truck-stop. While it does house a lot of trucks and drivers, the hotel itself is very nice. Great rooms, really nice restaurant with lots of seating and a really good complementary breakfast buffet with the option of getting a diner style breakfast for a few extra bucks. We liked the pool as well- clean and […] well maintained. There is also a convenience store on the first floor. We were traveling with 2 seniors and a 6 year old and all of us enjoyed our stay. service was poor and apathetic at the front desk the location was heavy industrial - trucks all over not convenient to where I wanted to be sorry to have made this choice

Everything was ok, my only complaint is having to put $100.00 down a night for deposit which I find is a little extreme for which I believe is only a 2 star hotel!

We have stayed here on previous trips and decided to stay here again. We had a good stay. The room was clean and quiet. The only draw back was the hallway was REALLY cold from the cold air given off from the ice machine. A door blocking it from the hallway to keep the cold air in the room would be great. quiet, clean ,friendly hotel

I was disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. There wasnt even a microwave available in the lobby for guest use. The hot tub in the pool area was full of suds and water was cold in it. When approached about it, the front desk staff said there was nothing that could be done about it. Was not pleased that breakfast was not permitted […] to be brought upstairs to the room. I personally do not feel comfortable eating in the company of strangers so when I was told I could not take my breakfast to my room, I left and went to an outside establishment for my breakfast (thank you Tim Hortons) I think it is terrible that they dictated where you were permitted to eat. Great room, nice and clean, very easy to find. Very nice surprise to find a jacuzzi tub in our suite. The only negative I found was their customer service was quite poor. I am satisfied with service,clearliness and fee.come and enjoy the hotel.

The hotel was good for the price. Good deal. The only thing I didn't like was when you look out our window all we saw was the roof... not very nice scenery but a good deal.

If you don't mind trucker the place is perfect. Very clean. Quiet. The brekfast was inbeatable. Enjoyed and will recommend.

I stayed here about 1 week ago,i was in town for the Canadian Gift show which is at the international expo....this is a easy 5 min. drive from all the main convention center and directly next to the airport. Safe,secure,clean but nothing fancy . There is a pool and hot tub thats shared by guest at this place. Nice pool and hot tub, clean, quiet even with all the trucks around, and good breakfast. Jetted tub, comfortable bed, and a nice shower. However, they should move the free continental breakfast for guests away from the paid buffet. There is a 2-sided table with food on it. One side is complimentary, the other side is for paying customers. Several guests […] came in and started serving themselves sausages and eggs from the paid side, and then the waitress came and took the food away from them, and then threw it away! What a waste of food! There were signs posted, but people don't always read them. Another problem is the hours for pool, fitness room, and breakfast. Affordable & nice/accomadating staff

Very good budget hotel ,good for family with kids too,the only things bothered me only two pillows and the very loud noise from the washroom fan ,other than that it's very good especially their complimintary breakfast,i do recommend it .

The rooms are very well kept and the bathrooms are extremely clean and up to date. It is located close to the highway so you can get going rather quickly to your destination.

Not happy with the hotel stay. Pool was closed due to a power outage in the neighborhood that same day. The bathroom has a fan that runs constantly when the light is turned on and it is very loud! The breakfast was not very good and the dining area for breakfast was horrible. Truck stop for sure.

its obvious they never change the sheet. They were some stain and pubic hair in the sheet very unsanitary.
