Très bien situé, nous avons pu profiter du charme et du calme de la ville de Plymouth (Il faut bien entendu disposer d'une voiture). L'hôtel est très bien entretenu et les chambres très confortables. Après un bon petit déjeuner très copieux, nous avons pris la route pour Cape Cod que ne se trouve pas très loin de l'hôtel. Hotel très bien situé près d'un centre commercial avec restaurants proches et proche également du centre ville. Système de navette vers le centre commercial et le centre ville. Clean, friendly staff at check in.....very helpful and pleasant.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was delicious. The pool and sauna were clean and fun for the family. Easiy walk to several restaurants and shops. Short drive to Plymouth Rock

The Hotel is very clean and comfortable, if your looking for views it's not the place for you, but try convienience, a 24 hour wall mart, a whole mall, 4 miles from the beach, lot;s of interesting shopping and only a couple of miles from downtown. Pet friendly and very big. I would go back, but it would be too pricey for me for more than a night or […] two. It's large, the lobby is nice, breakfast, not bad for free. My husband and I chose this hotel because of how close it was to our event. I'm so glad we did. The deal was great and so was the staff. We woke up just in time for the end of the breakfast and the staff was so patient and friendly. This as one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had!

Excellent in every respect. Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants (Chilis, TGIFridays, Taco Bell) and a 1 minute drive to Olive Garden, Walmart, Best Buy and more. Indoor pool was small but okay, indoor whirlpool not quite warm enough but okay. The food (breakfast only) was ample but somewhat bland. The room itself was spacious (1 king […] bed) and comfortable. The hotel itself is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and historical sites (Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower II was about 5 miles away). I would stay here again. Lisez la suite

The room was very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was decent. The only negative thing was the hot tub looked a bit dirty.

We enjoyed our three day stay, once we got the knack of getting to the hotel! Kind of a bizarre maize of roads.

room was surface clean but i dropped an earring in the only chair in the room and came up with a handful of hair and various pieces of food and other things. told girl at the desk and all she said was sorry. breakfast staff was wonderful. also the transport van driver was great. but sadly that filthy chair spoiled the stay as i had been sitting on it […] as my handicapped son also used it. awful!!!!!! . also wi-fi was advertised but was out for the majority of our stay. could not get any work done as i had planned . front desk was no help at all. they just said we'd have to wait. The hotel room was spotless, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the indoor pool/spa was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay and it was located halfway between Boston and Cape Cod. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

The front desk staff were wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. They had a shuttle service throughout the day which was great. They even served an afternoon welcome chowder/soup each day. The breakfast buffet was one of the better breakfasts I had in a hotel. In summary; I would go again and would recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel was very convenient for Plymouth and the surrounding area with ample eating places and shopping nearby. The staff were great and the breakfast good.

This is a lovely hotel, ideal for couples, families etc. There is something for everyone. Great rooms, service, pool and breakfast. Fantastic value as well.

We were very happy with the hotel and its proximity to Cape Cod (half an hour away), to Boston (40 minutes away), Hyannis (40 minutes away) and the shopping nearby. The hotel was a pleasure to stay in. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast that they serve in the morning was a full array of foods. nice hotel plus reasonable

Had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and modern. But the staff was super friendly and the best part of the stay. Made me feel special, and like I was cared for and listened to. Keep up the good work. Very convenient for anbybody wanting to explore the Plymouth sights.

Good family hotel with really helpful staff. Initially was concerned, on arrival, at location adjacent to large shpping development but great shuttle service that takes you into Plymouth. Also plenty places to eat close by in shopping development itself. Staff all really pleasant and helpful. Plymouth itself a really interesting town with lots of history […] and very pleasant simply to stroll around in. Pretty part of the world and lots to do. Overall a very nice place. But the internet was far from "High Speed", even when using ethernet (wired) option. Asked hotel to check it out but no improvement.

The cookies in the evening were a nice unexpected surprise.

I really enjoyed the service at the front desk! The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Plymouth, Mass. :-)

Overnight sat with family members from out of town attending a wedding. Very convenient location, very comfortable beds, and pillows!!!

I would like to give the gentleman by the name of Steven who was extremely helpful and very professional. His assistance with local activities and information provided was above and beyond the basic customer service requirements. He deserves a raisse and a promotion.

Upon opening our room, we got a strong odor of cigarette smoke present in the room. We turned on the a/c hoping it would help remove the smell. It did not. We found that the odor was coming from the comforters on the beds. The room was listed as a non smoking room. I always try to pick Hampton Inn while traveling since the rooms are always clean and comfortable. This one did not disappoint! Large, clean comfortable room, and nice breakfast as always! Good location, not far from down town but also close to restaurants and shopping.

The staff here were wonderful. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. We used the fitness center which was very state-of-the art with an elliptical, bike and treadmill. The pool and hot tub looked very nice. The breakfast was more extensive than most hotels, with many hot and cold options. We'd definitely stay here again.
