The staff and management of this hotel were very accommodating to us, even to the point of keeping the restaurant open for a late meal. They were very, very helpful in many other ways as well, so we appreciate that.

I chose this hotel for a one-night stopover on price and the nearness to the airport. Value/money is very good, but the distance to the airport, 15 min. and 2 taxi bills 15-20 € makes it less interesting for a stopover. However, the very friendly Moroccan owner and his cooking made it worth the while. Exellent breakfast too.

I arived at noon to the Frankfurt Airport to attend a meeting that evening. I needed a Hotel near the Airport for one night but did not want to pay the high prices at the Airport hotels. The place while technically only a couple miles from the border of airport property is actually very far to drive...about 15 minutes and costs about $35 in a cab. There is no shuttle. I receptionist to book me a shuttle service in the morning (they use other hotel's shuttles) which is supposed to be $20 and instead he booked another taxi and I had no […] choice at 6am. Small but comfortable Hotel in a quiet neighborhood near Frankfurt. Staff was very friendly and spoke English. Rooms are clean. The mediterrenean restaurant in the lobby is a real treat; the chef is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

This very clean, convenient hotel handled our late arrival with grace. Excellent breakfast, and fast, easy checkout.

Oh no - don't even think about it. This place is terrible. It's dirty, old, smelly, location is around a bunch of factories. If I could have gotten my money back I would have left immediately. Luckily only 1 night waiting for my flight. Got there early and refused to stay in the room 1 second longer than necessary so we came back as late as possible. […] It was one of those places where I checked the blankets and sheets for bugs before I got in. Parking sucks, no reasonably priced breakfast - 10 Euros for there? - no way. Bathroom was dirty, the soap dispenser they didn't even throw out the old empty soap container and the other one was laying in the shower - too cheap to buy a bracket I guess. Good location, 15 mins to airport. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast. Recommend.

The hotel is undergoing reconstruction. The welders and stucco boys woke us up at 7 each morning with no chance of sleeping in. Scaffolding, plastic and clothes on the floors made getting to our room risky. The elevator broke when we arrived and we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The tiny elevator also broke intermittently during our […] stay so we took no chances and carried our luggage back down the stairs when we departed. My daughters were trapped in this elevator, called for help, rang the bell and received no response. They forced the door open and climbed up to the next floor to get out. The toilet in our room did not function properly and required constant reflushing. This hotel has no attendant during the night hours. The room phones were not working properly when reaching a line outside the hotel. This was because of the renovations we were told. We were assured that the wake up system worked and on the last morning, we received no requested wake up call at 4:00 am. I expected this sort of thing because of the inconsistency of the mechanical functionings in the building so I stayed half awake all night. If we had not awoke on our own we would have missed our flight back to North America. The internet says there is a shuttle to the airport but the shuttle turns out to be an agreement with a taxi company - not really what we had expected. Parking space is very limited so I left my car out on the street to avoid been blocked in by late arrivals. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lisez la suite

Great for a quick, quiet night near the airport.

The rate is okay until you consider that it doesn't have a shuttle like most of the other hotels near the airport. There is a shuttle available for €18, but you need to call the hotel ahead of time to order it or take a cab (approximately € 21 one way). Calling this an airport hotel is a stretch. It's a 15-20 minute drive, depending on how GPS routes you. There is no shuttle, they call you cab. It's an older hotel, our room on the fourth floor did not have air conditioning and it was hot in the setting sun. Staff was reasonably helpful. The hotel is situated in a light industry area with one or two […] other hotels. Other than the restaurant in the hotel (Spanish & Moorish menu) there is nowhere to eat, nor are there any close mini-marts or other retail. I would not stay there again. On the positive note, they did a nice breakfast. Someone had taken the time to do a very nice job on the table settings with pretty china, food was attractively presented and was pretty good. We stayed at this hotel for one night and there were two problems: Wifi did not work most of the time. After many attempts, I was able to log on but lost the connection after about an hour. I was not able to connect for the rest of the night. There was no shuttle service from the airport. We had to take a taxi from the airport. Overall, we were quite pleased with our stay there... had dinner at their restaurant just for simplicity and it was quite good. Our only negative impression related to the shuttle service to the airport. I had read other reviews so was aware that you had to make a reservation in advance and that there was a fee involved. The hotel actually does not have a shuttle bus, they simply arrange to have a taxi there to take you. The hotel desk said the shuttle cost would be $18, so we signed up for it. When the taxi dropped us off at the airport, he said the fare was $24. Not a big deal, but annoying all the same. The hotel is not exactly "conviently situated near the airport." The hotel doesn't have "airport transportation (surcharge)" rather they will call a taxi for you. The cost of a taxi from or to the airport is between 25 and 30 Euros, but the desk says it will be 18 Euros. If someone needs a hotel close to the airport, they should consider the cost of […] a taxi, 50 Euros additional, and might save time by booking into a more expensive airport hotel that will end up costing less. The hotel only had smoking rooms available when I checked in and I really wasn't pleased with the smell of the room for the night. Lisez la suite

Overall a very solid hotel with great service. A pleasant surprise was the small downstairs restaurant. It's food had a middle eastern focus and was excellent for a road warrior. Staff went overboard to please. Rooms where clean and comfortable. Restaurant was nice and cozy. Food was awesome.

A nice hotel not too far from the airport. Good price for the service/quality.
