L'hôtel est bien placé dans le sens où il est dans une toute petite rue très calme mais pour autant à 5 minutes à pied de St Marc. Il est bien tenu, très propre, et le personnel agréable et très serviable. Pour ce qui est des points négatifs : grosse déception car, malgré un satellite, il n'y a que 2 malheureuses chaînes en français (et nous avons cherché […] un bon moment parmi les 500 chaînes!). Il ne faut donc pas compter finir sa journée de marche et d'exploration de Venise devant un bon film à la télé. De plus, le wi-fi est payant. Cet hôtel est proche des lieux touristiques de Venise. A qq minutes de la station Accademia du vaporetto, donc proche de tous les lieux touristiques. Petit dejeuner très complet sous forme de buffet, très copieux. Personnel attentionné et très agréable;

Très bon hôtel, à 2 minutes à pied de la place St Marc. Cadre charmant et personnel à l'écoute.

The hotel location was very good. It was within walking distance to St. Mark's square. I liked the bedroom itself. However, I didn't like the molds in the bathroom. Although the bathroom was clean, I was not comfortable using the bathroom seeing some molds in the shower area. I hope they could renovate the bathroom area.

San Marco is the area to be for Tourists. The hotel is about 10 min walk from the vaporetto stop in Plaza San Marco. The streets and Alleys have no order so technically you will get lost for sure trying to find Any hotel. Hotel Dei Dragomanni is a very nice, clean, friendly and well run hotel. First off, if you haven't been to Venice, all hotels are hard to find. Most are in little back streets off of winding streets. This hotel is no different. It is a nice hotel and nice staff. VERY SATISFIED WITH MY STAY. HOTELS IN VENICE ARE USUALLY VERY EXPENSIVE AND NOT THAT MODERNIZED. THIS WAS EXCELLENT

Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel and good location. Nothing to complain about except for the 5€/hr fee for the wireless.

The hotel was not as near to San Marco as I was led to believe. The breakfast was meager for a four star hotel. They also charged the most for use of the internet.

We had a very hard time finding the hotel. The address was wrong and the hotel did not have any large sign with the name (on the front door a small 8x6 inches plaque with the name was all we found)

Location: Good that it was in a quite and off the beat track. However a little far. Room: Spacious, airy and with good light. Can`t fault it. Breakfast: Only available in the room. Great for the first morning but not so pleasing afterwards. Price: A little pricey giving the location. But the room and bathroom were brilliant.

The staff were all nice and the rooms very good. Finding the hotel was a challenge since it was tucked down a narrow lane that wasn't used much. If you arrive by Traghettto to San Marco with lots of luggage do yourself a favour and pay the Eu50 for a water taxi. Much cheaper than physiotherapy afterwards.

Only problem we had was the water wouldnt drain in the shower and the whole bath tub would be full when we showered. But we loved the TV speakers being in the bathroom so we could listen to music.

The hotel was very pleasant and met my 3 criteria: easy to find, easy to get to sightseeing locations, and great breakfast. We arrived by train and followed the directions found on their website-took the ferry to the Giglio stop. (We learned the hard way not to take a water taxi--RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE.) It's an easy walk to St. Mark's Square and also […] the Academia bridge. You can use the ferry to get to any other points of interest. The hotel arranged a gondola ride-$130 for 4 of us for an hour--I think that was a pretty good price. Lisez la suite

The hotel room was luxurious and beautifully decorated. The bed and the bathroom were superb. A very nice continental breakfast buffet was also included. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located about a 10 minute walk to the San Maro square. Water taxi is only a few yards away, located at the end of the alley. No hot water for shower in the evening. Crap customer service - no update on resolution of issue - no apology. Doors SLAMMING around the hotel are a bit of a put of, but nothing major to be honest. Hotel is in a quiet area and the bed is pretty comfy. Hotel environment and decor is good.

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed. The rooms for beautiful--good size, with all the fabulous amenities to be expected. I would rate a high 4 star. The only reason not a 5 star, is the location is not as nice as others---but, truly close proximity to everything. The breakfast was first rate.

This a small but very pretty hotel in Venice. It is very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't have a view from our room but the room was nicely appointed. This hotel has a lot going for it. Perhaps a bit pricey but still good value. The only small criticism is that it is a bit difficult to find down a narrow lane and the directions given could be more clear. The staff were very helpful and the food was ok Highly recommended.

Hotel Dei Dragomanni is a little gem of a European hotel tucked away only 10 minutes from St. Mark's Squate in Venice, Italy. It is very, very clean. Rooms are not large by American standards but are quite adequate. Bathroom is spotless and kept clean. The porter, Junior, works hard to make your stay comfortable. He greets the water taxi, helps unload […] luggage and transports them about 20 years to the Hotel. When we return from a short walk, the luggage was safely awaiting our arrival in our room, The entire staff was competent with English. The breakfast was quite an excellent spread of cheese, meats, eggs, fruits, rolls, mike, coffee and hot tea. And it is available until 10:30 a.m. or even later. Great little hotel. I cant rate my stay highly enough. Staff were very helpful and friendly, my room was large and comprised a good size queen bed, and most importantly, it was centrally located which allowed me to walk around the major attractions (and get lost at times). I would highly recommend.

Gorgeous interior design, very stylish, high end. Room was a touch small but very adequate and the bathroom was large. It felt luxurious. You can't beat the location, only two canal bridges from a vaporetta stop, inbetween the Accademia and St. Mark's Square. This hotel is hard to find and feels like it is in a back alley... not convenient. The pictures are misleading; rooms are old, pillows are spongy, and bed is rock hard. The idea of customer service and satisfaction is totally lost on the management of the Dei Dragomanni.

Hotel was tough to find and a bit of a hike by public transport. If you stay there either get off ferry at L'Accademie or take a water taxi...three sets of bridges from San Marco. Very nice and happy staff, breakfast was ok.

This was one of three hotels we stayed at in Italy, and it was by far the best! Great for a romantic getaway, they offer lots of cute additional extras with the room. The staff is amazing, very friendly, very helpful, they all speak great english. They went the extra mile for us a few times. The room was absolutely beautiful! Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Zimmer haben alles, was man braucht und sind einem 4*-Standard (Venedig) anmgemessen. Herrvorragend die ruhige und sehr zentrale Lage! Frühstück ist solide - nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med närhet till det mesta. Mycket trevlig personal, rent och snyggt. Känsla av att bo i ett palats, dock lite svårt att hitta. Bra hjälp att boka gondolfärd, båttaxi, bordsreservering. Högsta betyg från både oss vuxna som barn.
