belle hôtel conviviale et chaleureux belle accueille prix attractif les service sont a la hauteur des attentes un vrai 4 étoiles à refaire surtout en couple et pendant les fêtes.

L'Hotel est très accueillant et raffiné. Le service est à l'écoute du client et chaleureux. Les photos reflètent exactement l'état des lieux et l'espace aquatique (jacuzzi/hammam)et fitness est particulièrement agréable. (la piscine est cependant fermée en hivers car étant en extérieure et non couverte. Bien que l'aéroport soit à proximité aucuns désagréments […] ou gènes (bruits) n'ont été occasionnés. l'hotel est super,je le recommande pour le confort de la chambre, mais la tèlè ne donne que 2chaines en français il faut etre vigilant car lors de ma reservation,celle-ci etait une chambre superieure et j'ai obtenue une chambre standart meme apres reclamation .la reception voulait bien me donner une chambre superieure si je prenais les petits dejeuners(24 […] euros par pers)je trouve abusifs .le parking est de 12 euros pour 24h. Tres bel hôtel seul bémol les hôteliers ne parlent pas forcement le francais ou voire tres peu. Le cadre reste tres agreable, certains tarifs excessifs et pour notre part un certain manque d'information lors de la reservation nous avons du nous rendre à l'accueil à plusieurs reprises pour plus amples renseignements.

nous etions 3 avec un enfant de 6 ans; cet hotel est tres comfortable et agreable a vivre: correctement situe, ensemble de taille modeste agreablement construit, propre , calme ,petit dejeuner cher mais tres complet, et en plus une jolie piscine exterieure (plus jaccuzi ); l accueil est courtois et la prise en compte des enfants tres bonne. j ai juste […] deux details a signaler:nous avons eu tres chaud dans le lit, il s agit peut etre d un defaut du sur matelas ;d autre part a l exterieur de la chambre, sur le seuil de porte fenetre , nous avions des dizaines de megots ...pas terrible lorsqu on est au rez de chaussee. apres avoir connu le sofitel puis le pullman voici une nouvelle surprise le golden tulip j ai ete tres enchante de ce nouveau decort toujour aussi agreable avant de partir en sejour a l etranger juste un petit probleme a la tv pas assez de postes francophone mais je supose que les travaux de renovation y sont pour quelque chose!

Hôtel propre, impeccable, bonne situation géographique vis à vis de l'aéroport. A recommander

A GOLDEN HOTEL FOR A WEEKEND

I was an international traveler which meant my cellphone did not work in Brussels. I arrived at the airport thinking that there would be frequent shuttles to the airport but to my surprise after 9PM one is supposed to call them to get a shuttle. There was no easy way of calling them and I had to borrow cellphone from somebody to call them. Even after […] calling, they said they would pick me up in 5 mins but took about 40 minutes to arrive. This was bad. In contrast, most other hotels had their shuttles picking up regularly at that time from the airport. Their restaurant was supposed to be open till 10:30, but when I tried to get dinner at 10:05, they said it was closed! I had to stay hungry that night. The point of staying in the hotel was to just catch my flight the next morning from Brussels. When I checked in, to my surprise, they told that all the shuttles in the morning to airport were completely booked!! I had to argue with them quite a bit before they agreed to get a taxi for me in the morning and that they would pay for it. This is supposed to be an airport hotel and it was quite surprising to me that they told me they could not take me to the airport. I would never stay there again (in case I ever go to Brussels). best meal and value for the meal I had in Brussells. lovely hotel spacious new and clean. Hard time to get luggage to the room, no elevator or ramp just stairs so a bit of a challenge. friendly staff and really nice facility.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very professional. The restaurant was under construction during our stay, so we ate at the bar where there was a very surly, "put-upon" bartender. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable and very clean. Bed was bit soft. Great "American-style" showers - a welcome respite from the 3 weeks of […] European showers. Hotel van picked us up at Brussels airport as soon as we arrived and returned us to the airport in time for our flight the next morning. I was very pleasantly surprised on how nice this hotel is. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was an added bonus. The hotel staff are very pleasant, polite and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable and it really felt like a "home from home". Would thorougly recommend it.

I don't know why this hotel doesn't have higher reviews. It's a great value for the money--a really lovely, comfortable room with a great bathtub. The Senseo coffeemaker was fun to play with too. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. This was a very pleasant surprise!

Very nice hotel, clean, well mantained and very comfortable. It has a free 10 min shuttle to the (BRU) airport leaving every 30 minutes. Remember to make a reservation because sometimes it´s crowded.

They tried to charge me an extra 250.00 eu at check-out because they said houskeeping said the room smelt like smoke. I ordered a non-smoking room because we don't smoke. We did'nt payment of course.

Booked at the last minute due to flight cancellation and couldn't have been happier. Don't let the name fool you if you have never used this hotel. Great staff, room, food, etc... I look forward to staying there again while on business in Brussels.

This place was wonderful. I needed a place to spend 36 hours at the end of a long European visit. I stopped off at a grocery store before going to the hotel and then basically holed up in my room for 36 hours. The room was VERY comfortable. The bed was great. The bathroom was big and bright. The place was very clean! There was free WiFi for my laptop […] and a nice little workout facility (stationary bike, elliptical trainer). There was a nice little pool. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport and I think (but I didn't use it) a shuttle to a few central places in downtown Brussels. The one drawback was the neighborhood--there was basically nothing there, just a few other airport hotels. This wasn't a problem for me, but I suppose it might seem a bit boring to others. We booked 2 "Superior" (You need to check the dictionary definition of superior Golden Tulip!) rooms but unfortunately these are their basic rooms which all come with double beds despite us booking two twin rooms (and confirming our request by email). We had to argue our case with reception to get one twin room at no extra cost. The hotel itself is […] comfortable but spoilt by it's surroundings. This hotel is wedged in by other hotels and a busy road. The building is soundproofed for the planes flying over but this did not seem to stop the noise of a skip being filled outside our window and traffic from the nearby road. Everything is very expensive, basic breakfast (coffee & croissents start at 22 euros each), car park 14 euros per night, etc. the 'free' fridge contents comprise of 2 bottles of water!). The swimming pool had algae on the sides and jagged edges in the jacuzzi from a missing cover. Sorry this report is so negative but having stayed at several better hotels at much lower cost in the past few days the Golden Tulip was a let down and very poor value for money. Lisez la suite

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and it was my last stay of a month long journey through Europe. Upon my arrival to the hotel, I was planning to freshen up then venture out to explore some of the sites. After checking into my room, I couldn't believe how luxurious it was. The bathroom was so nicely designed it looked as though […] it could have been showcased in a design magazine. The bed looked so comfortable and inviting with it's down comforter and plush pillows that the moment I sank my weary body into it, I felt as though it wrapped itself around me and embraced me like a big comforting hug and wouldn't let me go. Needless to say, I never made it out to explore the town. Instead, I slept for about eleven hours straight. This was one of the most comfortable inviting rooms in which I have ever stayed. In addition, the hotel staff was polite, courteous and very helpful. I will definately make it a point to return to this hotel in the future. I had a 11-hour layover coming from Vienna. I waited until a few days prior to book a room and after seeing some negative reviews of cheaper hotels, decided on this one. They have a hotel shuttle that runs all night and the driver arrived 10 minutes after calling. This is a very nice hotel. It is very clean and the room was very comfortable and well furnished. The bed was VERY nice. We slept very well in this hotel. The hotel is very close to the airport, but it is far away from the city center and there is very little near the hotel. Thankfully there is a free shuttle service and a train station not far away. […] I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has been traveling for a long time and just needs a place to relax before flying overseas back home. I was allocated a room in the rear upstairs extension, I was directed to the stairs with luggage and no offer of assistance.. Service, food and the restaurant was very poor, the bar was ok but often left unattended, room was good and free wifi and bottled water nice touch.. shame you no option apart from the hotel restaurant.

No room service when restaurant is open forcing guest to eat in the restaurant and there is nothing around the hotel as Airport Hotel.

We stayed here our last night in Europe before returning to the USA. The room was the most comfortable we had during our entire stay. Real mattresses & very clean. Booked online deal via hotel.com and smooth check-in/check-out process at the desk! They have a wonderfully large breakfast buffett--but not for our budget at this point in our vacation--a […] little to pricey for us. We choose to sleep in before catching the shuttle to the airport. bestilte hotellet i god tid. skulle fra Rygge til chaleiroa videre til Carcassonne. lite viste jeg at hotellet lå 70 km fra min flyplass. vi trodde Bryssel airport hotell var i nærheten av min flyplass. tok tid før jeg skjønte at vi hadde bommet!!! Trett etter doble vakter før avreise ble det en kort vissit før jeg måtte ta drosje tidl. om morgenen.
