Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water for multiple showers. Very affordable Dunkin Donuts next door Would recommend.

Motel is old but clean and well maintained.

I had a little high expectation as per the charges and customer rating on hotels.com. The hotel is located at good location.

I had the worst time ever, the rooms are so old and so unclean, there were nothing in it except the bed ,the tiles and carpet were rotten and the pool that was supposed to be heated was icecold , the breakfast was a couple of split muffins ONLY and across from that place was another hotel that was less expensive and definetly much much better place […] to stay with spacious rooms and an indoor poor and a real clean and comfy reception and a real intercontinental breakfast Lisez la suite

We originally were checked into room 18 of the motel. The first thing I noticed was that our door was very old compared to 3/4 of the others and the screen was popped out of the frame. When we opened the door we found that the room was very very outdated and small. There was a creepy old picture on the wall and 1 ancient lamp which is all that there […] was to light the room. There was no air con in this room and it was really hot. The bathroom was starting to mold and then we saw that the slide lock on the door was broken. So we went to the front desk to ask if there were any better rooms. The front desk staff was super nice and moved us to room 12 (corner room). The door was newer and the windows were in a bit better shape. This room was larger and even had a small round table with chairs at it. The bathroom was cleaner looking too. This room also had air con and no creapy old fashion pictures or old lamps. There were lights above each bed which added some much needed light to the room. Very helpful staff. Pool was wonderful. Air conditioner was VERY loud. Close to food; free bus pass to Falls etc. was a nice bonus. Beds were a little hard, but clean, as was room and bathroom. Refrigerator was helpful; coffee in the lobby was very welcome. We got the back corner away from the road but I could see how people closer might think it was […] noisy. It was acceptable. Overall not bad. They charged me an extra $40 because there were 4 of us even though I had mentioned in the booking with Hotels.com that there were 4 people and was charged accordingly.

If you are looking for something cheap... then this is it. Conveniently located 5 min from the airport. The place it is old though, so don't think you are getting anything fancy. Smelled old too. The only complain that I have is that it had 4-5 flies inside the room, it took us a while to get rid of them, not sure where they came from. On the other […] hand, customer service was OUTSTANDING our plane arrived late and we got there around 1am. This is an older motel that is about 5 miles from the falls. We had a king size bed, microwave and refrigerator in our room. For the price it was a good deal. It has a small pool that is well maintained. We were given free trolley tickets when we arrived so we didn't not have to pay for parking at the falls. It would be easy to nitpick about little […] things but I have stayed in worse hotels and paid more money. Overall it was a nice, clean motel that served our needs. Lisez la suite

Based on cost per night, it is not good hotel to stay. I do noyt think recemend to any of our friends.

I don't know how they managed to fit 2 double beds in that room but they did. One unlucky person will be stuck to the wall.

This was described as quaint, circa 60s motel. And the bath fixtures were cute. But. The room was very small and crowded. The sheets were too small for the bed. The towels were thin and rough. Clean, friendly staff...

This motel is a great price and in a great location. It is a quick drive to Niagra Falls, or you can even take a shuttle from the motel for free. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. An old fashioned motor coach hotel. The rooms were clean but dated. They were also way to small for two full beds. We are a family of four and we could not walk around without stepping on one another. One of the beds is over in a corner so you have to crawl over the bed in order to get to the other side. Older motel--no room 13. Quiet, clean, good mattress, mini fridge & wireless internet. No room darkening blinds or blow dryer. Breakfast was coffee and pastries. Pool looked nice, but flight was late so didn't use.

VERY clean and owners were quite helpful. The nicest family owned motel ive stayed in. Close to attractions with free daily trolley service on the hr.

We arrived late and left early. Hotel was pleasantly clean. The only gripe was when we went to go get ice for our cooler they only allowed us to get a ziplock bag of ice! Also the continental breakfast was stale.

Family run older motel, but it was exactly what we needed. It was clean, the owners were very helpful, and the location was very convenient to everything we did. We enjoyed the nostalgic feel of the place.

Motel has a nice pool in the middle court. Wifi worked in the parking lot area but not fully in our room. A/C worked nicely during the tail end of this Heat Wave. Motel close to Fashion Outlets but a little far from the falls

Hotel management was so accommodating and they did their best to make us comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also good.

I can't understand why this motel isn't rated higher than a two star - it is extremely comfortable, clean and has all you need for a short stay. The breakfast of pastries and donuts and coffee is enough to start the day, and the free shuttle bus to the Falls is a bonus (Falls are a good 5 miles away). The pool is lovely and clean, the owners are extremely helpful and friendly. I notice that some reviewers have had trouble with certain booking agents but I found no trouble with booking ahead with hotel.com. We'd be hard pressed to find accommodation this good at these prices near such a famous attraction in England! I recommend it without reservation - we met Canadians who had visited many times because they found it such good value with friendly staff. Lisez la suite

The lady she work in the front desk is very nice and helpful.

About a 10 minutes drive to the Falls. Very clean and well kept. A little date, though. Perfect place if you want to spend your days out and come home to a good night's sleep. Front desk was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again if we ever re-visit the area.

Stayed for the weekend. Room was clean, pool was clean. Didn't have coffee or donuts cause we just went down the street about 2 min car drive to a Tim Hortons. Walking distance to Target and small drive to Outlet Mall. the hotel was OK. It is not far away from the Niagara Falls, and there are many restaurants nearby. Although not perfect, this is what I would expect for the price and location.

This motel is small and clean. The rooms are what you expect of a motel that has been around Niagara Falls for awhile. Very dated hotel. The rooms smells like mold and they are moist. Everything seems dirty, but that might just be because of the dated and worn-out interior. Booked three nights, but left after the first night - even though there was no refund. Only plus is the owners - they were quite nice. Would never stay there again and do not recommend.
