Cet hôtel est un peu cher mais au moins il n'y a pas de déception à l'arrivée. Il est plutôt bien situé : à coté des transports. Les chambres sont agréables mais il n'y a pas de vue spectaculaire par la fenêtre. Le personnel est attentif.

Le Orchard Garden Park est un hôtel très confortable, tranquille et très propre en plus d'être écolo. En plus, c'est tout près de Union square et Chinatown. Les services de transport en commun sont accessible à courte distance. Notre séjour de 7 nuits fut très agréable et nous y retournerions n'importe quel temps. Il y a tellement de choses à faire […] à San Francisco que nous quittions vers 7h le matin pour y revenir en soirée. Nous avions l'impression d'être seul dans l'hôtel tellement c'était silencieux et dans les ascenseurs, nous n'avons pratiquement jamais rencontré de gens. Nice hotel, friendly staff, quiet location, comfortable room. If not for the toe nail and dead bug on the carpet when I walked in the room, I would have rated the cleanliness higher. Suggest the rooms are vacuumed when guests check out of the hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location good for all the sights. Very close to Chinatown. Had booked a king double but we were told on arrival that they had all been sold and we were given a twin room which had two double beds. Room very comfortable and staff very helpful. Would certainly return.

The hotel was in an ideal location, at the entrance to Chinatown and very close to shopping at all the upscale stores and Union Square. We had a double/double on the street side. I had read reports that the street-side rooms were quite noisy, but we didn't have a problem sleeping, even though we were there on the weekend. The only extraordinary noise […] was a garbage truck early one morning. The room was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable. The one small criticism I have is that they should have instructions in the room as to how to use the DVD player. The hotel was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The location is quite good, though it's still a bit of a walk to Market Street. I didn't eat in the vicinity of the hotel, but it looked like there were quite a few places to get food nearby.

I had a generally great stay at Orchard Garden! Two issues I took with the place though: First, there was one woman at the desk who was rude both when I called to see if my room was ready for check-in and when I requested an extra half an hour for checkout due to a meeting that ran until the designated noon checkout time. She treated me like a child […] and was highly unpleasant. Second, the room was pretty small. Fine for one person, but quite cramped for two. Those aside, the rest of the staff was extremely accommodating and the room was clean and fresh. The location cannot be beat - a door down from Chinatown, great shopping, and a 10 minute walk to Washington Square Park. I'd stay again, especially if I didn't have to valet my car for $40/night! Easy to find, next door to gate into China Town. I was given choice of quiet room on 3rd floor or near the elevator. I would have preferred a higher floor, but took the quiet room. It was quiet. The room was too small for 2 people. Had to practically turn sideways to walk between bed and dresser. Nice pleasing renovation. We loved this hotel. It's convenient to everything downtown, the staff are extremely helpful (they kept our bags after checkout until our shuttle pick up time), and the bedding is so comfortable. Anytime we go back to SF we'll stay there!

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bedding is scrumptious and calm-inducing. The location can't be beat-near Union Square, Belden Place, Chinatown and Powell St. cablecar. Even my extremely picky 19-year-old son liked it and he doesn't like anything.

Everyone was very nice, friendly and professional. The bed was wonderful! I have two comments; the coffee maker and coffee in the room is dismal. I was unable to figure out how to work the machine and the coffee was weak and terrible. Coffee machines are typically relatively easy to operate. The 2nd comment is that the newspaper was at the front desk, […] not outside the door. However, because the coffee was so bad, I found myself going over to Starbuck's every morning and picking up the paper on the way back upstairs. Overall, however, a very pleasant experience. I liked the free WiFi. My bed was really very comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I never tried the food as there was too much choce on the doorstep. My only gripe was that the dressing gowns are made of two ply material do they were prone to lots of static.

We stayed here before a football game. The street is extremely congested and only a small space to pull in front of the hotel if its not full they don't have parking at the hotel they use a third party parking service expect 30-40 minutes if you try to.get your car out. When we left it took 2 hours to get our car because they lost our car we ended up […] being so late to our football game we missed the first quarter. Rooms are decent and clean but the location outside is dirty and several transients hanging around out side. I would not recommend this place the intercontinental is much nicer has in house valet that doesn't cost 45 dollars a day and they are much more friendly Lisez la suite

We wished we could have opened the windows. SF has a nice climate, especially in October, and this is supposed to be a green hotel. We also wished we could have turned off the AC without turning off every light. Other than that, it was great.
