Check in was 4pm, got there at 3:40 and was told that my room was not yet ready and that I could come back at 4pm. I went and got gas and had an early dinner and got back at 5pm and was told that my room was still not ready by a girl that was very hard to understand, she did however speak very good spanish to some of the hotel staff, there were four […] people working the front counter and none of them had a clue as to what was going on. Finally a woman (I assume a manager) came in and did a great job of trying to get things done, other customers were also trying to check in with the same problems. I finally got a room and is was great, except it was next to the emergency stairs and people stomped up and down till about 11pm. The heater in the living area never worked and the heater in the bedroom worked when it wanted to. The wi- fi was not strong enought to get service in the room. Lucky for me that they had a cable. To our surprise this hotel was around the corner from our Aunt. It was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was a little slow at the front desk, but we would be back. It was a great place and the price was right.

It's sad, really. Pretty great location & fairly nice accommodations with ONE EXCEPTION: FORGET a restful night's sleep... unless each room on either side of yours is VACANT. The construction of this hotel DID NOT include an adequate sound barrier between rooms. Even if your neighbor's having a simple conversation, you can hear everything... so imagine […] if 3-6 people in the room next to yours is PARTYING into the wee hours. Check in was extremely slow even though there was only one person in front of us in line. But the suite was great. It was a very clean facility. Beware though. Even if you order a smoking room, i dont know why i was even able to, the entire place is non smoking

The hotel, the stay, the price, the hot breakfast bar, most of the staff, and service was great! Overall I would have rated the hotel a 5 howeverI had one mishap. The housekeeping lady decides to just walk in my room, with her key, a hour and a half prior to check out time WITHOUT knocking!!!!!!! And she got an eye full too. I was sooo upset. AC never cooled down enough to get to a comfortable temp in the room. I was up all night sweating.

Sound and conversations are audible through the walls. If you still decide to stay here, bring ear plugs, hope your neighbors do not blast the tube TV or have a party next door, or whisper confidential conversations in your room. The only decent hot food item at breakfast was the cook your own waffles. The rest is microwaved eggs, bacon, and sausage. The other food was okay to get you somewhat satisfied. The hotel was clean, and we were grateful for the complimentary breakfast. Staff was nice. Everything was great, EXCEpT the walls. The walls are so thin that we could hear everything going on in the hall and in the rooms around us. It doesn't matter how nice a hotel is, if you can't get a good night sleep because of all the noise it's not worth it. […] Too bad, because everything else was great Lisez la suite

Nice and quiet hotel ideal for those who want to be in Las Vegas, but not in the Strip. Breakfast in the morning can be a bit hectic, so choose the right time.

good, clean, and convenient hotel but the walls are thin.

VERY clean place to stay. Rooms were up to date, very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast was delicious and lots of "home-like" non-touristy amenities nearby. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again!!

This hotel is wonderful. I have stayed in vegas countless times and I was very pleased with this hotel. The front desk was courteous and checked us in 4 hours before the check in time. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean, the complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious. Its about 5-10 min off the strip. No smoking in the entire hotel. Everything was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly, check in and out went very smoothly. No complaints about our stay at all. Room had microwave and frig, ironing board, coffee, etc. and Hotels.com got us a great rate.

Our stay was great. Nice, new clean room. Excellent hot breakfast. Only negative is that it isn't closer to the freeway. Also, when we arrived at 2am, it took about 10 minutes to find the attendant to check us in, but she was very warm and helpful when she got there.

There are two specific reasons I stay at a hotel. Sleep and shower. When both of these are disturbed it leaves me feeling a bit disgruntled. the shower was broken and the heating/cooling unit had a horrible rattle that kept waking me up all night long. They did move me to a new room the next night but by then I was so tired it was too little too late. […] I won't be staying there again. Lisez la suite

This hotel is in Henderson at the north end of town and about 10 minutes from the south end of the Vegas strip. The hotel looked brand new in November 2010. Very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean. The included breakfast (cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, bacon, sausage, eggs, etc) was pretty decent quality - actually very […] good for a free, self-service breakfast. The hotel was new and the room was pleasant. The breakfast area got a little hectic and crowded on a Saturday morning but the stay was otherwise relaxing. It's a good alternative off the the Vegas strip.

The king size mattress was FANTASTIC!! We had the best nights sleep in a long time.

This is a nice, newer hotel that is a good value for the money charged. The room was comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful. A good place to stay if you are doing things in Henderson and do not need to be in the middle of things on the Vegas Strip.

We were charched $16.95 per night for newspaper and wireless internet. Also, we needed a roll away bed and front desk forward my call about 4 times, they said they would return my call and they never called me back. The room had no desk, not even a small sofa.

This hotel is well away from the usual chaos of Vegas. It was very clean and quiet and setup more for business travelers than tourists (which was just what I was looking for). If you don't mind being 15 minutes from the strip, this is a great choice.

The hotel was clean and nice. We only stayed one night, but the hotel was perfect for a quick stay. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great. To be honest the hotel far exceeded our expectations.

Very good value hotel, catering more for business types than holiday families, but both are welcomed. We had a room on the forth floor, facing the strip in the distance, and although road noise could be heard it wasn't a particular problem. I did notice the noise from other guests moving about in the room above though, more like what you would hear […] in your own home, rather than what you would expect from the sound proofing of a typical hotel. The room was very clean with all the amenities you could wish for. There is a small gym and the pool was pleasantly warm for mid April, even though the weather could have been better. Be aware of a sign informing you not to swim alone, which my wife found annoying as she had planned to swim whilst I was using the gym, and as there was nobody else planning to use the pool she gave up. The TV in the gym was not working. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely fine, and stood us in good stead for long days out. Hot drinks and iced water are available from the breakfast area throughout the day, as is a basket of oranges and red and green apples. Occasionally plates of cookies appear too! The only complaint about the internet access was that one of the two computers wasn't working whilst we were there, despite having been reported to the reception, so we gave up waiting for the one available machine as there always seemed to be somebody using it. The Sports Bar and Grill just across the car park has reasonable food, and there is also a room service menu in the room,inside a small slim drawer under the dressing table (we didn't notice it until we were checking out.) I would certainly stay here again if I didn't want to be directly on the Vegas Strip, as its is only a short drive away if you wish to visit it, and access is easy to main routes leading elsewhere. There are some small malls a few blocks away, a car is a necessity if staying here. Lisez la suite

This is beautiful hotel. The rooms are awesome. I could go on and on but you get the picture. I will stay there again!

Very good location and overall stay at the hotel except for one little detail. When we got there we checked in and did all the regular stuff need but then when we got into the room we found a pair of used womans underware in the room between the dresser and wall. Overall except for that it was a wonderful stay and wished they could've compustated us […] more then just switching rooms. Lisez la suite

More than I expected clean clean clean and so comfortable. The staff was friendly. Loved having internet access. I will be staying here agan as I have family in Henderson. With a car not that far from the casinos. Again I was very impressed.

The room was comfortable, clean and affordable. They had the standard free buffet with waffles, which we appreciated. The staff was nice and helpful. This hotel was off the strip, which saved us some money, but if you don't have your own transportation, it might not be convenient getting around. Quiet and relaxing.

rooms are comfortable and nice, clean and great for what you pay for but we were waiting for the breakfast buffet to restock many times. They ran out quickly of hot food.

We had a great stay here. Not sure how old this hotel is but is it seems very new. It had modern rooms and furniture with appliances. Breakfast was crowded and it took a bit to replenish the provisions. Very happy with the low room rate; overall a great value!

The service, the cleanliness, and the design of the hotel are very nice. The workout room was okay, though I don't think the machines are maintained frequently; some settings and calibrations were off. The breakfast is good, and the breakfast area was very nice. The guestroom was large and very nice.

The room was comfortable, clean and attractive. A nice variety of foods offered for breakfast. Staff was very friendly. A great place to stay for a reasonable price. Would definitely stay there again.

Great room, great staff, great breakfast.

We staying at the Wingate at the last minute on our way back to CA... it was the cheapest hotel in the Las Vegas area I could find that looked acceptable... it was so much better than that! The rooms were stylish and new, good linens, granite bathroom, fridge, microwave, flat screen tv. The pool was very nice and the front desk guy was a sweetie. Only […] downside was needing to drive to Henderson, but the hotel is surrounded by shopping and restaurants so there is no need to drive far unless you want to gamble. The rooms were larger than normal and well insulated. Outstanding breakfast area with good food.

Hotellet virker nyt. Alt fungerede perfekt. Dejlig rolig område. Kan virkelig anbefales, hvis man ikke vil være midt i centrum.
