Hôtel confortable ayant un rapport qualité-prix intéressant et un emplacement agréable. Chambres spacieuses mais actuellement très bruyant de par la construction d'un immeuble à proximité .

Hotel un peu a l'ecart des grands centres commerciaux, mais dans un cadre tres agreable. A proximite, l on peut trouver , l ambassade de France et les bureaux de la compagnie aerienne Emirates. L hotel est tres agreable, au meme niveau que peninsula, shangri la , dusit . En general , le rapport qualite prix pour cet hotel est le meilleur de manille pour un 5 etoiles phillipins ( avec dusit thani). Si vous voulez etre a proximite des mall, choisissez Dusit. Si cela ne vous derange pas d etre en dehors, mandarin est un tres bon choix

"You get what you pay for."
There is nothing wrong with this hotel, however it is an old building, with old infrastructure. Old TV's, refrigerator that barely worked, AC that shuts off when you leave the room, making the room hot when you return. The bed was a little stiff as well. However, it is quite affordable which is why I choose it, the neighborhood is a little rough as […] well, but I expected as much. If you want to stay in Manila for around $50-60 USD, this is not a bad option. Their food was good, the staff was very friendly, and the location was close to the bay, and Rizal Park. Okay. Over-priced. My main objection was "two narrow single beds" and not one nice large double bed. The stained wood floors were very nice. The room was impeccably clean. The neighbourhood is not good. Ermita is rough, so you have to know which direction to go. Robinson mall is near, which is useful. The Manila bay is also near. This was my first night in Manila. The street in front is a little chaotic so watch your bags. Hotel security was great about scooping everything up and moving me inside. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. My wife thought the buffet was aveage, I enjoyed it. My wife suggests more employees to serve guests at the buffet, Thehotel is close to the U.S. Embassy. Excellent stay at the Lotus.. We always stay there when we go to Manila.. The Hotel is very clean and the staff is fantastic... They are always very friendly and ALWAYS willing to help with anything... I HIGHLY recommend a stay at the Lotus... The hotel is fine for the price which included a buffet breakfast. Aircon a little noisy but you get used to it. Rooms are small but clean. Great new Jacuzzi. the hotel reception area was good .l .The room was half the size of a similar room in other hotels in Manila of this price range .The fridge was well stocked ,but i used the local shops as they were cheaper.The cable TV had a good choice although full of American,and Asian Tv >they advertised free wi-fi which did not work after 8 pm until i left in […] the morning .I thought breakfast was included in the price (as advertised) but the receptionist shuffled through some papers behind the desk and announced ` No breakfast`.There are some nice looking hotels nearby in this area .I will try them next time .PS Air -con was a bit noisy. You get good value in the three star economy category, don't expect luxury as you aren't paying for that class. Staff was friendly, I was a little dissapointed when they tried charging me too much for phone calls but they followed up promptly on my complaint. Fast Wifi for this hotel category. Neighbourhood is quite poor and there is some red light, […] so perhaps not ideal for families. They have good live music places like the cowboy grill among others. Otherwise for live music try Greenbelt restaurants like Nuvo or Spicy Fingers. You don't pay entrance fee, only for food. Many restaurants in the nearby Robinson Mall, which is a very good mall, although the best is Greenbelt in Makati. The Market Cafe in Hyatt is very good for higher class buffett style. The hotel itself was a older hotel that is renovated, in the lobby area is noticeable and overall the staff was expediant with room service/services and correct with requests. "Good hotel in a not so hot location"
The hotel is located in the Ermita district of Manila and is in walking distance to the US Embassy. The hotel itself is nice and solid in its use. The rooms were clean and functional, european in size and style.. Excellent hot water shower. The beds are (of course) asian style, firm mattress on a flat board box (no box spring). The staff were very […] accomodating to meet the needs I had. The complimentary breakfast buffet, simple and good with a dish or two for European tastes in breakfast. The food in the Hotel Restaurant has a good variety of food with the benefit of being available for room service at no additional charge. It was not listed in the hotel description but the Lotus Garden does offer car services for airport drop off (for P600) and for travel to other destination within Luzon island. All car services have to be prearranged with 24 hour advanced notice. For fun, take a taxi to the Mall of Asia. Tons of shops, lots of restaurants and best of all, you can walk along scenic Manila Bay. Overall the Lotus Garden is a good solid basic hotel for what they charge.
