Hôtel confortable et très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est cependant très cher.

The room was comfortable, provided adequate space, and was well appointed...all the in-room amenities we would want. We Americans would have liked an ice machine on every floor, but this was not the case (as is typical in almost all European hotels). If there was one flaw that should be easily corrected by management, it was the internet access. Free […] in-room access comes in the form of sign-in credentials that are valid for one hour. One hour! This is silly...we had to keep going to the front desk multiple times a day. How about 24 hours? That's how long we pay to stay in the hotel. But this, overall, is a minor complaint. The neighborhood is very central, but like all busy downtown areas, anywhere in the world, can feature the usual array of panhandlers and pickpockets ("Oh, look, you have some dirt on your coat..." Yeah, right, and I was born yesterday.) But once inside, there are some very serious looking well-dressed men who are clearly the security guys and do a good job of keeping the riff-raff out! Travelled to Warsaw to stay in the Hotel Novotel in the centre of Warsaw with a colleague from work, we opted for a twin room to reduce expenses. Well we were in for the shock of our lives, they did everything from assume we were a couple to keep us waiting the longest ever time for a check-in procedure. We waited while they checked our name, checked […] our name and checked our names again. We were kept waiting by a female member of staff until we sent her by email to her accor hotel email address the confirmation of our booking as they (novotel) didn't have a booking for us. It was nothing short of ridiculous. Plus they don't even have proper cups in their rooms - paper cups... I have no idea why.. they should be plastic like the service they offer. Lisez la suite

Honestly, the first impression of this hotel is not good. We arrived the hotel in the early morning after a long overnight train ride. We certainly look not glamorous or very nice. When we entered the hotel, the 2 male staff just stood there eyeing us and offered no help or direction. We went to the counter and welcomed by a very unfriendly female (Joanna) […] staff. I know the check-in time is 2 pm. But she told us this fact in a rude and unfriendly way. Said if we want to check-in early we have to pay. I might consider this option if you ask politely. She sounded like we were unable to pay that amount of money. I said we would check in later and wanted to stored the luggage. (I had to ask but not offered this option. Bad service here!) Other than the above, other staff we met were friendly and helpful, staff in the restaurant or the one who helped sending luggage to our room. Lisez la suite

Good location, you can see the high building from the railway station. Good breakast, friendly staff. On new year's Eve the hotel bar was not open after ~10 pm. I stayed for one night! Everything was excellent except the restaurant prices which were extremely high!

Excellent location - close to railway station, on bus and tram routes, centre of Warsaw. Rooms are really good and service from front desk was excellent. May10 minute walk to Nowy Swait (upscale shopping district).

This is a great place to stay in Warsaw. The bus from the airport stops right outside and the hotel is within 5 minutes easy walking of the Central Train Station. The hotel is also right across the street from a metro station, and the streetcar stops in front of the hotel also. There is plenty to see and do or find wonderful places to eat within 10 […] minutes in every direction. If you're looking to get a sense of the City, this hotel will give you some fantastic views but beyond that you could be anywhere. This is exactly what i was looking for. Nice big clean rooms. One downside was no wirless access in rooms. Aside from that fantastic. A top notch 4star hotel

A very enjoyable experience.Staff extremely accommodating, reception and housekeeping. Excellent breakfast, hot and cold. Wide variation of choices. Close to everything. Spectacular view, we were on the 28th floor.Loved, loved, loved it.

Good quality hotel close to the centre and train station. The hotel is a short walk to the old town. The hotel is of a very good standard and we were very pleased with our stay. This is a very nice hotel. Great location that is close to everything in the city centre. Not great for parking. Check-in staff never seem to be at the counters when you need them and not really friendly when you do speak with one. Great value nonetheless. good location, close to all public transportation.

We were extremely pleased with the excellent service, very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, I had forgotten our adapter/power outage converter in the previous we stayed in and the front desk personnel was very helpful and loaned us one for use during our stay. We TRULY appreciated this because this allowed us to keep in contact with our son who […] was back in Canada. The hotel is very well located. It is modern and very clean. The only complaint I would have is that I personally did not like the pillows. They were too thick and the spare ones in the closet were too small. This, however, would not prevent me from staying there again and if it had really bothered me, I would have asked housekeeping if they had different ones. We always try to stay in a Novotel because we find they meet our every need. I must say this one in particular was EXCELLENT. We were truly impressed by the personnel. Lisez la suite

I would recommend this hotel to any traveller visiting Poland. It's got the best location in the city in terms of getting in from the airport (the #175 bus from the airport stops exactly in front of the hotel) or central train station (an easy 5 minute walk). The hotel is close to great eating and shopping and the room price was fantastic. I booked […] 13 rooms in the hotel over the period of a month for myself, my Study Abroad students, and 2 colleagues. The Novotel Centrum is right near the Central Train Station which is attached to a wonderful mall with shopping and excellent food choices. There is a main bus stop directily in fornt of the hotel that brings you right from the airport (Bus #175), and a metro station is located directly across the street. The only things that surprised us about the […] hotel were the lack of vending machines and ice on the floors, and the harder than average pillows. The hotel was clean, quiet, well run and the staff were friendly. It was in easy walking distance to the shops, bars, clubs and museums. I would stay again and recommend it. If there were any negatives it would be the breakfast as it wasn't the best, but adequate and the bar prices are on the high side, but to be expected as it is a hotel.

The room is clean and organized. And the free wired internet is good. It lies at the very heart of Warsaw, no matter you want to go to Old Town (20 mins), or Central Station (10 mins), it is just nearby. The Coffee Machine in the restaurant is quite interesting...

Comfortable hotel. Bed is OK. Not much variety of English-language channels on TV. Reception is slow but friendly.

I stayed for 2 1/2 weeks at the Novotel Centrum, and it was perfect. It was a five minute walk from the hotel to the Metro, and I was able to find a different place to eat every night I was there. I would highly recommend it!

Friendly staff, very clean, made for a comfortable stay. Great value for money. Ideal location for someone who deosn't know the city and doesn't want to use taxis to get everywhere.

The hotel is in central location, just 10 minutes walking distance from Warsaw's Central Railway station. It is surrounded by ATMs, cafes and great restaurants. The room is decent size and clean. Front desk staff speak fluent English and are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is the best we have ever experienced with a huge variety. What a beautifully decorated, immaculately clean hotel! The style was contemporary with bright colors - magentas, purples, oranges, greens. The rooms were very comfortable; we had 2, one for our 3 children, ages 17-23, and one for us. The staff was very helpful and even facilitated a tour for us at 5:30 pm. We had 1 night in Warsaw, less than 16 hours, […] and we were able to have a 4 hour private tour. Lovely, safe area, with good restaurants. Loved the gift shop at Novotel too!. Recommend highly! Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was great to get to stations and other transportation. Computers in the lobby were a plus. Staff promptly delivered items to room.Breakfast the first day was the best but the second day they put us in a smaller breakfast room with a large group (100+)of elderly Jewish tourists who seemed to yell more than talk […] with less food selection. Hotel had absolutely no sound proofing. Could here the wind blowing in the duct work in the hallway. We were on the 15th floor but were constantly woken by the drunks and prostitutes yelling in the area behind the hotel at street level. Lisez la suite

We chose this hotel last minute with Hotels.com, because of the 4 star rating and location. Staff was very cold and direct,not very personable, but did make an adjustment to our room situation. We had asked for a quiet room location and was placed direct on the round-a-bout in center of Warsaw, but after a request to be moved, the staff did change our […] location. This is centrally located hotel with easy access to the airport. Ideal for the business traveller.

Good design lobby, the receptionists are polite. But the manger is not so nice.

Very spotless and clean! Always meet everything I need while I say.

The former well known "Forum Hotel" in the heart of Warsaw nicely renovated, great view. Breakfast bit pricey for what it offers but there are lots of restaurants around.

Comfortable room and bed, perfect location in the center of the city, great stay for great money

Good location next to the Central trains, buses, other transportations and many shopping stores and food. Easy to walk all over even to visit the musuems, and many other attractive places. Very clean and safe hotel.
