Hotel tout a fait correct. Personnel serviable. Chambre correcte. Bémol : nous avions une chambre communicante, l'insonorisation avec la chambre voisine n'était donc pas top (on entendait la TV). La proopreté de la chambre n'était pas nickel nickel au début (baignoire et drap du lit supplémentaire). A part cela très bien situé.

Nous avons fortement été impressionnés par cet hotel. Ayant reservé la chambre sur internet avec un prix par nuit très bas, nous ne nous attendions pas à avoir une telle surprise. Hotel à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville (certes dur à trouver la nuit). Personnel d'accueil sympa (on nous precise les endroits à voir à Leeds). Chambre tout comfort, fonctionelle […]  ( fer à repasser, seche cheveux, bouilloire) et une baignoire! (oui ça surprend lorsqu'on est habitué aux douches). Bon rapport qualité prix. Ne pas oublier de mettre le signe "dont disturb" avant de se coucher car risque de surprise à 7H30 le lendemain! Lisez la suite

Only real complaint I have is the old fashioned tv in the room. A modern hotel like this you would exspect better, other than that every thing was great.

Excellant hotel in Leeds very clean and in a quiet location but still only 5 minutes walks from centre, will stay there again.

Nice hotel, quiet comfortable and clean with good prices...

As expected but awkward to get to by taxi from the rail station or anywhere else because of the one way System in Leeds (but thats not the Hotels fault) Clean, tidy & hotel staff wery friendly & accomodating. I would stay again & recomend to others.

Happy to recommend Bewleys. I will book again next trip, free wi-fi works great all over and paying a parking fee is worth it as lasts from checkin to an hour after checkout. Easy walk to City Hub just be warned its busy roads on route!

We had a fabulous time when we stayed at Bewleys in Leeds, it met all our requirements and we would definately stay their again

Have stayed here a few times and always been happy with the hotel. Great place to stay at a reasonable price.

We stayed at a very busy time with lots of young people partying. This did not disturb us at all so were pleased about that. The only thing I could criticise was the breakfast orange juice as it was like water.

Convinient location for some good real ale pubs. Only one towel was in the room for the two people. This was rectified despite it being two in the morning when it was realised. The furniture in the communal areas is tired, but a nice ambience in the bar never-the less. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good.

We were over for a Leeds United game, it was fine coming back in from Elland Road as the bus stops right out side and this his heading towards the city centre which is convenient, however we ended up getting taxis back to the hotel a few times. but other than that, fab hotel nice staff and the room was lovely :)

I was very dissapointed with the service at this hotel. Firstly, I had requested a non smoking room when I booked wo months ago. I was given a smoking room and was told they couldn't change it to a non smoking room. Secondly, I discovered on the night of arrival that there were no towels in the bathroom. I called reception and let them know and they […] assured me that they would sort it. It took three further calls the following morning before housekeeping eventually brought towels to the room. We'd booked a 2 night stay with our 3 year old to do Christmas shopping.The staff were helpful,rooms clean and very quiet.Breakfast was very good value for money + complimentary for my son.Location is good but seems a bit too far out when you're trailing back with dozens of shopping bags! Overall a nice experience.

Seemed a long way in a cab from the station but actually only 10 mins walk maximum. Excellent price for very good quality. We were 3 friends on a shopping trip and got a family room with 3 beds. The room was a little tight with the sofa bed out but all very comfy. The hotel seems new so everything is new - bathroom, carpets, towels, bedding. The bar […] was lovely for a late night, relaxed drink. Prices for drinks were correct. Would definitely go back. This hotel was really nice and roomy, clean and woarm and close to all the attractions. The staff were able to advise us on everything that we asked. the only problem was the room only had 1 towel and 1 hand towel for 2 people and i asked twice for a second set of towels but house keeping never turned.

Even though the hotel is old = be used a lot it's excellent value for the money. Only - comes from restaurant opening hours for eating. Kitchen closes at 10pm which is far too early specially when you arrive late and also they told that room service closes at 10pm which is different that in their hotel intro on web. Parking was expensive.

This is a strange hotel - it has all the surface veneer of a 3-4 star hotel, but underneath its really a 1-2 star experience. The good: Clean, comfortable, great hotel bar area, has a car park, great value, 10 mins walk from city centre bars and restaurants. The bad: Slightly bumbling reception service, terrible canteen style breakfast, door bouncer […] required for late night returns of dressed up stags and hens. The ugly: The room next to us had several very noisy young people in it who were making loads of noise, trying to open other peoples hotel rooms until 4 or 5 am. the window was broke in our room, we got a heater but with the weather it didn't help, i was freezing during the night and came home ill, i am still recovering.

Large groups of drunks - ! great if you like to have your breakfast with people in their PJ's! Rough is not the word! Some rude reception staff - also maid asking when she can get in the room and are you going to be long!! NOT GOOD Room ok though!

Caution, this hotel through the week is mainly for business people but at the weekends turns into a major Stag/Hen hotel and it shows with fighting rowdy thugs in the bar and in our room a smell of stale urine, that said its fine for the price and the staff are nice enough

Bewleys Hotel Leeds from the moment of book in staff did not seem to know what was going on the receiptionist did not check that the booking was through Hotel.com therefore no need for a ctredit card swipe other guests who arrived before me had to wait and get more annoyed. Thebar meals where mixed up and one persons was totally forgotten (of course […] had to be my wife) We will consider using the venue again Lisez la suite

CLEAN HOTEL,FRIENDLY STAFF AND FREE WIFI IN ALL BEDROOM,S.I DID'NT FIND A FAULT WITH THIS HOTEL.I WOULD STAY AGAIN.

The hotel had no air con in the rooms,which for a relativley new hotel was surprising. We stayed for three nights when it was very warm outside, the rooms were stifling hot, with no air con the windows had to be left open and then all we could hear was the traffic from one of the main roads into Leeds. The shower curtain was filthy with blood on it, […] one day the room was not made up. There is a car park but this is charged at £8.00 per night. Overall a very disappointing experience, breakfast was not a very pleasant experience and was poor value for money. Lisez la suite

Love this hotel and have stayed here a few times. Some of the rooms are starting to tire a bit but overall it's a great stay close to central Leeds with great restaurant and free wifi. They forgot my 4.30am alarm clock though, good job I wasn't relying on them for it! They weren't very apologetic about it.

A real mix of pretty good and really rather poor. I thought the sat nav had taken us to the wrong place - felt like the other end of the world although I suspect it wasn't that far to walk to civilisation. Reception staff were pretty poor and tried to charge us on two separate occasions for the room which we had prepaid. The hotel restaurant however […] was a pleasant surprise but the corridors and the room itself stank of cigarette smoke which given the place must be non smoking highlighted some very poor management. Reasonable location and worth considering if you can get a good price. PS Why change towels daily (and then forget to provide 2 towels for a twin room?). No need to change towels if hung up.

the hotel was nice but it was just a little out of the city centre.

Requested a non smoking room was given a smoking room which got changed, Got charged twice for the room which then got refunded, The bed also had bugs got bitten all over, A friend came to see me at the hotel for a few minutes but was not allowed in as it was just after 11 at night, Overall poor hotel and very noisey at night.

I stayed at this hotel on a saturday night, upon checking in there was lots of stag and hen parties in reception also checking in. I did think we would get no sleep but as I requested a quiet room I checked at reception to make sure, which it was a peaceful nights sleep. It is a nice hotel in an area that is full of new buildings. Close enough to the city center for a good walk and far enough to be quiet. Very close to Leeds station.

Stayed here a few times now. Food always decent and rooms comfortable. They have added a "Gym" which is just a small room on the 6th floor with a couple of running machines and a bike, it suited me at the time.
