Les atouts de l'hotel: un emplacement parfait pour du tourisme, juste à côté de la gare Termini, chambre assez spacieuse et terrasse sur le toit de l'hotel. Les déceptions: le jaccuzzi n'est pas en service même quand il fait 27°C et est minuscule (2 pers maxi), le service bar à la terrasse est décevant (aucun choix et très cher pour ce que c'est). Pour Rome, bon rapport qualité prix même si pour un 4 étoiles, on pourrait attendre plus (c'est davantage un 3 étoiles)

Le séjour a été très agréable, pour des chambres modernes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, et le personnel très serviable. L'hotel est bien situé à proximité du métro.

L'hotel est plutot bien place a cote de Termini et a proximite du metro A et B, donc access direct au Colisé ou au Vatican. L'hotel n'est pas de premiere jeunesse mais reste confortable. Les chambres ne sont pas tres grandes mais restent habitables. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage car trop tot dans la saison. Niveau bruit ca reste acceptable, la rue n'est pas trop passante. Le petit dejeuner est de moyen, le cafe n'est pas tres italien mais ca reste acceptable. Pour le prix de la chambre, ca reste une bonne adresse.

Nous gardons une très bonne impression de ce séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillies. L'hotel est bien placé, pas très loin du centre ville et des transports en commun. Cadre très agréable.

Séjour avril 2012 avec bébé de 1,5 ans (suite avec 1 chambre). Chambre propre et confortable, design intéressant. Hôtel et quartier très calmes, chambres en retrait de la rue et jardin très agréable à l'ombre des arbres. Chambre assez sombre, qui nécessitait d'allumer la lumière même le jour, donc plutôt un hôtel pour un séjour estival. Wifi gratuit, mais connexion assez lente. Petit déjeuner très bon, même si l'on peut regretter le manque de plats chauds. Quelques améliorations possibles: le personnel ne nous a parlé que du métro, à 10-15min de marche, alors qu'il existe d'autres solutions notamment le bus 628 au coin de la rue qui dessert plusieurs points touristiques très intéressants. De manière générale le personnel offre peu d'informations touristiques. L'emplacement n'est pas le plus central, mais c'est le prix à payer pour le calme. Prévoir entre 1/2h et 1h de temps d'approche total pour le centre touristique. Attention cet hôtel est catégorisé comme appart hôtel mais nous l'avons trouvé plutôt mal adapté à cet usage: pas de four ou de micro-onde, très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, meubles pas toujours pratiques, etc. C'est une cuisine d'appoint pour des clients qui mangeront la plupart de leurs repas en ville. C'est pourquoi nous ne le recommandons pas forcément pour des familles, même si les enfants seront très bien reçus et que le personnel est très sympathique, attentif et serviable. Globalement l'impression générale reste très positive et agréable.
Situation
Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport se trouve à Fiumicino (Aéroport de Fiumicino), près de l'aéroport et non loin des sites suivants : Parco Leonardo et Fiera di Roma. Les sites Ostia Antica et Castello di Giulio II se trouvent également à proximité.

This hotel was very convienient for our morning flight from Rome. It saved a lot of stress, knowing we were a 5 minute shuttle bus away.The bed was the most comfortable in our 12 nights holiday!

"No Brainer"
Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Quite modern decor and the bed was super comfortable. Great rate for the convenience of being by the airport. Hotel shuttle to the airport was very good as well. The bar staff created a sense of superb service and the food was very good as well.

If you have to stay near the airport, you can't beat this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and included all of the amenities one could ask for. Being next to the airport, forget a view, but the room and hotel could not have been more comfortable. Great Hotel, right at the airport. The most comfortable beds I had in a hotel in a long time. The staff was excellent and the overall stay was fantastic. I recommend this hotel and would definately stay again. Convenient when you have an early morning flight
We appreciated that a shuttle was arranged to come for us at 4:30AM the following morning to get us to the airport terminal in time for our flight. Not only was the shuttle provided but also a boxed breakfast!

We picked this hotel since the other Hilton that is connected to the airport wasn't available. Our flight arrived at around 9pm--too late to drag our 2 children into Rome city center. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good and the hotel shuttle was free. "Close to airport"
The Hotel is convenient for the airport with a shuttle service running every 30 minutes. There is nothing around the hotel so is best use as a 'transit' hotel. Hotel is new, staff are friendly and rooms are clean and modern.

This room was beautiful, the bed was awesome, there was a heated towel rack in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was amazing and we were treated with exceptional service. As another reviewer wrote be sure to get dropped off at terminal 5 if you are flying to the US or it is a real hassle at the airport in Rome.

This is far the best experience we've had, even compared to the closer and more expensive Fiumicino Hilton. Pick up at airport was great. Smooth check in and accommodated everything I wanted. Location and shuttle for the early morning flight 6:45am was fantastic. When I checked in I had my HHonors card in my suitcase and was encouraged to get it andregister the number. This hotel was a stark but welcome contrast to our old world European hotel in the center of Rome. The modern and clean design, very large room and well equipped and roomy bathroom made our one night stay comfortable. We spent our last night in Italia here because of its proximity to the airport. Due to location, there was no view - so convenience won out over pleasant surroundings. We were put in the "annex" Garden Inn, a 10 minute bus ride from the Airport. Food is Expensive, $46 USD for 2 Hamburgers, Coffee at Bar is $3 Euro a cup. Free Breeakfast is mega-buffet and very good. All you can […] eat. When flying out to USA be sure courtesy buss drops you at Terminal 5, only Terminal used for US and Israel flyers. Otherwise the driver will drop you at the other terminal, and you will have to wait 30 min for another bus and lug all your stuff to Terminal 5, wasting a lot of time. The Italian Bus Drivers know Americans are supposed to go to Terminal 5, but they do not volunteer any info whatsoever. You have to figure it out on your own. Can be a real hassle if you don't know about it. The hotel itself is very very clean & nice. The annex is just way out of the way, and not connected to the airport by a moving walkway...as advertised. Only the main Hilton Gardens is connected to the airport by the walkway. It was an excellent location and the conditions of hotel and room were spectacular. They have a complimentary shuttle that picks up passengers from the airport to the hotel every 30 minutes. All you need to do to get to Rome is take a city bus or train and your in the magnificent city. I would definitely stay there again.

A top-rate hotel; gorgeous rooms; great shuttle service to airport; a tad $$ but good value for the money. Front desk bobbled some communications (our travelling companions got lost in their system) but it all worked out fine. Recommended without hesitation. The food is excellent and the wait staff is as professional as in any restaurant I visited in Venice or anywhere else. Totally unexpected at a Garden Inn. There are NO amenities nearby to the hotel, so you can either eat there or take the shuttle bus to the bigger Hilton for a formal sitdown dinner. You don't stay at either of these hotels if you have destinations you want to visit other than the check-in gate at the airport.
