Book three rooms at your Richmond, IN location. The first night was great, the young man in training went over and beyond to welcome my daughter and I. However, the young lady Marlende (believe that's the correct spelling of her name) SHE's the reason I didn't book Hampton Inn in Atlanta for following 3 nights. Instead I stayed at the Fairfield Marriott. […] Not only was she lazy but very disrespectful to myself and elderly father. Please talk to her about how she treats your guest. We were in town for a funeral and I forgot to add a note to my reservation that we would be arriving early. When we got there at 12 the room was not ready and we had to be at the viewing by 3:00. The front desk and the staff did everything they could so that we were in the room by 1:30 and our our way by 2:30. The Front Desk and likely the Hotel Manager need to be trained in customer service skills. I asked for a late check out and was rebuffed by the front desk clerk. I understand late check out is based on availability but the parking lot wasn't even 1/2 full and I arrived late. Based on the clerks attitude he is either a jerk or simply can't handle the […] public. I can't believe he gets away with that behavior. BTW; The carpet in my room was dirty with dark stains. We had a suite and it was very roomy and comfortable. The breakfast each day had a wide selection to choose from and very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed a week as we were visiting family in the area and it was great for us.

It took a very long time at the front desk to get waited on, at about 9pm. We almost left, but had already paid for room. Other than that everything was ok.

The rooms were nice, the bed was comfortable, and the evenings' freshed baked cookies and coffee were a special touch. My wife had a sewing project with three young nieces and the staff allowed her to use the unreserved meeting room at no charge. We were happy and will continue to stay there during future visits.

Convenient location, nice clean room, comfy beds. Staff very nice, offered us hot cookies upon arrival. Hotel locks front after 10 p.m., great for safety. Nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend and/or stay there again.

We spent one night at the Hampton in Richmond IN while traveling. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The people at the registration desk were friendly and helpful. Nice pool. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Clean, inviting, and comfortable. There was plenty of staff to take care of our needs. The hotel looks new and updated. Our bed and bedding was comfortable.The breakfast was great. The pool was warm and clean. The hotel is quiet and we slept great. All amenities met or exceeded our expectations.

Made revs via Hotels.com and got a little better price. Very easy access from highway. Check in was simple & quick. We always stop in Richmond to rest up before continuing on to Indy to visit family. What can I say ? After a long and scenic drive, we arrived in Richmond, Indiana in the afternoon. The hotel is lovely, with beautiful bookcases, fireplace and flat screen TV in the main area. We signed in, took the elevator to our room, and were so happy to see the beautifully made up room - and yes, it DOES make a difference to women everywhere who […] want to "escape the stresses of everyday Life". The beds were wonderful, comfortable, and the whole room had a sense of beauty and serenity. Staff was out of this world helpful, cheery, informative and always ready to lend a hand with hints on the best places to buy antiques, to where to get a great pizza. Would I stay again....ABSOLUTELY ! Opps, and I didn't mention the wonderful, hot breakfasts served daily, with a great assortment of fruits....I loved it, I would recommend it without hesitation....I can't wait for the next girlie antique shopping trip! My complaints are pretty trivial -- the sheets were scratchy and they shut down breakfast at 10. There's also a roller rink right behind the hotel which can sometimes be noisy. But the staff is very pleasant and friendly, the facilities are quite nice (indoor pool and a decent exercise room), and the rooms -- both suites and smaller rooms -- are comfortable. […] I've stayed in the family suite (pull out bed, mini fridge, microwave, kitchenette sink) and the regular rooms. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I wish every hotel was as accomodating at this one. It was very clean and comfortable too.
