"hotel grand trafalgar Londres : plein centre"
"hotel the grand at trafalgar"
"The Grand at Trafalgar Square"
"The grand hotel at trafalgar square Londres"
"THE GRAND - LONDRES"
Excellent emplacement Accueil totalement inexistant Décoration un peu ringarde
"Feels like YMCA"
For a 4-star that feels like YMCA, it's far too expensive. Service is bad, bathroom functional but has that clinical hospital feel. Great location though.

"J'y retournerai"
"Great location and great hotel service"
Hotel was very well maintained, the staff were very helpful, great hotel amenities and situated at a great place in London town. Very close to the Underground.
Loved the stay. Would have liked better breakfast options. Liked the laundry and bottled water features, and of course, the location couldn't be beat.
"Right in the middle of it all."
The Trafalgar Grand was an excellent place to stay for my get-out-of-town Easter holiday. It has a fantastic location in the middle of all the museums, theatre, shopping and exploring you could want. Hotel staff was great. Attentive but hands off. The one thing that happened which led me to rate Service as a 4 and not a 5 was that the host brought my […] bill for breakfast very soon after i received my food which kind of gave me a funny feeling. Everything else was perfect, though. The do-it- yourself water bottles was a nice touch, too. I'll DEFINITELY stay here again the next time I'm in London. Lisez la suite
"Location, location, location"
Queen-size bedroom was not massive, but not tiny - a good business room standard, with a window that actually opened if you wanted real air. There are plenty of similar, but cheaper options e.g. along the South Bank, but if you really want or need to be on the West End doorstep, this is a good choice.

"Great Location - Great Energy"
This hotel was located in the heart of the action, easy to get to all the big sites within walking distance. The staff was great, very helpful and fun.
"Good central location"
This hotel is just off Trafalgar square and well located for all main attractions. The frontage and lobby are impressive but the rooms, while very clean are just typical hotel rooms. Breakfast had a good selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, cereals, yoghurts and breads and also "full English" We had the very unpleasant experience of being stuck between […] floors in the lift for about 45 minutes one evening. We were very disappointed in the way the incident was handled. Although the alarm rang for the whole of the time we were stuck, the staff did not contact us to ask if we were ok or if there was any body in need of assistance or elderly. We eventually managed to shout to tell them how many were in the lift. and ask them to call the emergency services. After about 45minutes a lift engineer arrived and managed to open the doors. There were no staff there to check we were ok and the man on duty at the reception desk actually laughed when we walked by and said "are you the ones that have been stuck in the lift?" We asked to see the manager who said that the lift was overloaded, which we disputed. He promised that someone would speak to us the next day. When they didn't, I spoke to the duty manager who agreed to refund our bar bill for the drinks we'd had after being stuck, and gave us vouchers for breakfast for both days of our stay. We were reasonably satisfied eventually but feel that lessons need to be learned from this and we're not all together confident that they will be. Lisez la suite
"The Grand at Trafalgar - great location"
Really great hotel - so convenient and nicely furnished. The bar downstairs is nice for a drink too. Really liked the water and ice dispenser and extra comforts provided. Only criticism was the air con was not very effective so it was a bit hot. Otherwise, perfect!
"..there's a 'but'.."
We (6 friends) stayed in The Grand for 3 days, (for 2 of us for the 2nd time) and were overall satisfied HOWEVER we were really disappointed about the new breakfast formula which is really not worth of a hotel of this level. There are now 2 formulas with an important price difference but at the end on the buffet the difference is not significant. The […] cheapest solution of "French breakfast" is really a poor breakfast and with the "higher" formula you just have one kind of cheese and ham, some fruits, musli and yogurt in addition! to get eggs etc you have to order them and pay extra! even in the low-cost chain hotels in France you have this whole! I do not understand hotel's policy to act like this especially that last year the breakfast was a normal one with a correct buffet. Also, the lack of safe in the room was annoying, bar closes at 12pm on Saturday evening and room service closes at 10pm.... So despite the fact that the rooms are nice and clean, we will unfortunately not return there even though the situation of the hotel is perfect to explore London! Lisez la suite
"The Grand - Trafalgar"
Excellent location - breakfast not included but plenty of places within walking distance to buy breakfast. Nearby Piccadily, St James Park, walking distance to Soho, Mayfair, oxford street etc Reception service was a bit mediocre when asking advice on where to go etc, and the pillows, for our taste were way to big
"iPod docking station!!!"
I enjoyed staying this hotel only because it has iPod docking station. You can hear your own music with the fantastic feeling just like you are at home. However, bathroom is not so good.... And the quilt is really uncomfortable.. Heavy and not soft.... Actually I didn't sleep well...Security system is quite good.

"Expensive Dining"
We ate in the hotel twice, but do not have breakfast there as you can walk half a block and eat in numerous pubs, essentially the same breakfast, for 1/3 the price. Also, at the Japanese restaurant my meal (vegetarian) was, vegetable tempura, very under cooked and fiberously chewy. The waitress actually thanked us for being polite and smiling as it […] is that damned snooty. Lisez la suite
"The Grand at Trafalgar - convenient for business"
Appreciate the complementary internet, self-serve check in and out. Not luxurious by any means, but clean and convenient.
"Fabulous location"
The hotel is marvelously located next to the National Gallery (for me) and the shopping center of Covent Garden (for my children). There is a large selection of very good restaurant nearby. It was a very happy experience.
"Good, clean hotel, handy for Traf Sq and Cov Gdn"
Handy for an overnight stay. Good clean room, reasonable size. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there are options nearby. Could do with more than two small lifts.
"Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location"
We booked The Grand at the last minute without knowing too much about it. We were so pleased to find it's location just off Trafalgar Square and right in the heart of theatre land. The hotel was Grand and on each floor made available plastic bottles which can be filled with filtered water - lovely touch. Another lovely touch was a cupboard on each floor […] with extra towels, pillows, etc. We had a fantastic stay and would love to go back to spend more time there. Lisez la suite
"Grand at Trafalgar Square"
The plus point was the position of the hotel. There were virtually no facilities, a very odd small reception area, the bar was always closed when we returned from the theatre and after dinner and finally, the rooms were very poorly appointed for a 4 star hotel. No slippers, dressing gowns, spoons for tea, biscuits, for example. A fill your own system […] applied up the corridor. I was told I could not have or pay for fresh milk. The above spoiled it for us. "Very Nice Hotel"
Everything about the hotel was superb Small Tip. If you want a lay in, put the Privacy sign up at the front of the door, I didnt see it on the back of the door, and the housekeeper just let them self in, whilst I was still asleep!!
"Good location - working wi-fi would have been ide"
Top location and good rooms. However, wi-fi was not working (stayed at third floor) even after complaining twice. Apart from location this was one of the reasons for selecting this hotel. The guest service said that this should be fixed (by "rebooting" the system); however no changes. So, no wi-fi for three days; I had to use the nearby cafees for work...... […] Also both printers were not working on the first floor and no staff to help out. Lisez la suite

"Nice hotel, awesome location."
Brilliant location, awesome hotel, staff not as friendly as they could be. Breakfast closed at 11am on a Sunday? Way to early...
Hotel was very good, room was very comfortable with good facilities. The only problem we had was that we received a smoking room upon arrival, despite requesting a non-smoking room. The staff were very helpful and moved us to a non-smoking room the next day while we were out, but it did spoil our trip a little. The hotel's location is excellent, it's […] almost on Trafalgar square, so the National Gallery and the West end theatres are a short walk away. We chose this hotel because we wanted a comfortable place to stay that was close to the centre of town and it was ideal in that respect. Lisez la suite

"Grand Hotel, Trafalgar Square"
If you go to London then The Grand in Trafalgar Square is a perfect place to stay. Its central, clean and the service is fantastic. My daughter and I arrived at 7 a.m. after a long flight from Australia and the staff very kindly allocated us a room from 11 a.m. which was much earlier than we expected. We popped up the road for brekky then had a look […] around before going back to check in. The bathroom was clean and modern and the bed was to die for. Would definitely stay there again. "Great modern hotel in perfect central location"
We stayed for just one night whilst visiting London. The service was excellent, hotel had a lot of charactor while being very modern. I particularly liked the efforts to being 'green' (re-usable drinking bottles, etc). We had the smallest type of room which was fine, which wasnt overlooking the street, so no street noise which was nice. We didnt eat […] in the hotel. Excellent location too, would stay again Lisez la suite
"Great Location"
I was very pleased with this hotel's location and the quality and cleanliness. I was there for New Year's celebrations, and this hotel is in the perfect location, very close to The Thames and situated very close to Leicester Square and other places of interst. The only gripe i have is that for the amount of money i paid, i would have liked a little […] mopre friendliness from the staff. Not even a smile, or a good wish on New Years eve. Cleaning staff were friendly and very professional. Very very disappointed with staff at front desk and door. Maybe because i am not a foreigner...they seemed to be freindly towards others....Maybe it's just me???? Lisez la suite
"Close to all sights and very comfortable."
The location was outstanding; close to everything and the hotel service was excellent. The room was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the free wi-fi. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
"Central location and good price."
Excellent location. Reasonable Price. Comfortable Room. Didn't eat or drink in the bar, but it looked very Grand. Could not fault.
"The Grand Trafalgar Square - great for tourism"
Excellent situation for tourism. Room small but functional. Comfortable but little insulation from the corridor, no noise from the other rooms.
"Two Americans in London"
The Grand is a convenient hotel in the heart of London. Walking distance to the Hop on Hop Off bus, shops, the National Gallery and more. The pricing is a bit high, but so is everything else in London for an American. The room was a bit small, but offered all the comforts one might need..
"Best Location for a London stay!"
The hotel is almost overlooking Trafalgar Square. Walk one direction to see Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, etc. and walk to other direction for Covent Garden, theatres, Picadilly Square, etc. Tube stations are at each end of the block if you don't want to walk. Free bottles of filtered water. Nice sized room, and very comfortable […] bed! Lisez la suite
"Excellent location"
We were really pleased with this hotel on many levels and we would definitely stay here again. Our room was ready when we arrived even though we were early, at best we had hoped to leave the luggage. The room was modern and clean and a decent size for such a central location. We asked for an iron and board and it was delivered to our room within minutes […] and stayed with us for the duration of our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly and should be highly commended. They were happy to help with directions and even printed off a route for us to help us get around. The location is excellent and we were able to walk to all of what we needed with the exception of the train station which was a very short tube ride away. The hotels reception area accommodates Boyd's Bar which is very smart and has friendly staff. The bar prices were typical of the area and standard of premises so whilst not being as cheap as a pub, they were definitely not rip off prices. The only tiny criticism I have is that the tea making facilities were a bit mean. Enough milk for one cup each (if you don't mind it strong). I would imagine that they would have sent up more if asked but sometimes it would just be nice if there was more than required rather than less. Would definitely use this hotel again, in face I've already looked at room prices for a stay early next year. Lisez la suite
