NOUS AVONS APPRECIE L'ACCUEIL, LE CADRE, LA SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE A L'ANGLE DE LA 10EME AV. ET DE LA 42EME RUE, LA TERRASSE, LES REPAS, LA CHAMBRE FONCTIONNELLE ET TJS TRES PROPRE, LA PETITE CUISINE COMMUNE A CHAQUE ETAGE, LA DISPONIBILITE DU PERSONNEL; NOUS LE RECOMMANDONS SANS HESITATIONS

Hôtel très bien situé à deux pas du terminal de bus - metro (bus direct pour newark airport) et pas loin de Time square. Chambres petites mais suffisantes et très propres. Rue calme. Très bons petits déjeuners à l'américaine. Personnel très aimable. En résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

le service de chambre est passé tous les jours sauf lorsqu'on estimé que la chambre étais propre, alors nous mettions sur la porte le fagnon" Ne pas deranger" et le service ne passé pas!!!!L'ensemble du personelle tres souriant et agréable!!!la salle du petit dejeuneé est un peu petite, mais il y a possibilité d'emporter le petit déj dans sa chambre!Sachez toutefois, que les parois des chambres ne sont pas tres épaise et que les pleures et caprices de vos enfants peuvent etres entendues par les chambres mitoyenne!Enfin, la distance entre l'hotel et la station de trains qui mene vers new york , est a prendre en compte! En effet compter 20 min a pieds pour aller jusqu'a JOURNAL SQUARE, beaucoup moins si vous y aller en bus....mais prennez en compte le prix de chaque trajet et le temps pour ce rendre dans la grande ville...Avant le depart chercher bien comment vous rendre de new york penn station jusqu'a journal square car selon l'heure ou vous arrivé, se reperer dans new york deviens difficile!Globalement,cette expérience dans cet hotel a pour notre part étais agreable, pour la qualité des prestations offerte et son prix!

"Nice, had one issue"
The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I have no complaint except that there was some kind of breakfast included with the room. The hotel is connected to another hotel, a Hilton. They share some facilities--for instance the room service menu is for the Hilton restaurant. In any case, when we went downstairs in the morning looking for […] breakfast, we followed the signs pointing to "restaurant" and ended up at the Hilton restaurant serving a breakfast buffet. It seemed a bit nicer than I would have expected, but not that much nicer, so we went ahead and ate there, only to discover it was in fact not the right place, and we had to pay for breakfast. I didn't mind that much, and the food was good, but I think the hotel should make the location of the correct breakfast more clear, and probably should explain that there are two onsite options. Great as Usual! We stay there for several days every other month. Great Location and Great Amenities attached to the Hilton.

Wow! The road to get back to the hotel was a mess! Looked as if no one had even attempted to clear snow & ice. Parking lots for businesses on the hotel road and clear lots, but not the hotel. Upon arrival asked front desk for shovel to clear a spot to park. No attempt or offer by hotel personnel to clear a spot for guest to park. Wrappers from candy […] on floor of room upon our arrival. "comfort with a touch of class"
The rooms were modern, extremely comfy, and clean. I think if the hallways were carpet the entire feel of the hotel would improve, but it was a great place to stay overall and I would stay again for sure!

My husband and I spent the weekend here to attend a weekend long conference across the street. For the very reasonable price, the room was IMMACULATE, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the surrounding neighborhood was beautiful as well as central to restaurants and shopping centers. "Definitely a good choice"
We had a very nice time, the room was awesome, free wifi was awesome, super convenient location to grocery stores, shopping malls, movie theaters, etc- only possible complaint is that there was no mini-fridge (or microwave).

Excellent and very friendly service. I brought my pet and was very pleased with the pet-friendly attitude of the hotel and its employees. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of the furniture and bedding in the rooms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel location was right off the highway, easy to get to and very kid friendly. Breakfast was not what I expected and needs some improvements (hard boiled egs were cold, scrambled eggs were unpalatable) but overall is what was expected from a hot and cold breakfast at a hotel. "Great Hotel"
All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was terrific for my two young girls. The only downside is that there are no bathrooms or changing rooms near the pool. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was more spacious then others i have been in the only disappointment i had was when i was told i would have to rent a microwave and a fridge ive never had to do that before . ever. besides that the room was restocked well and the people were helpful .

There was an odor in the room upon arrival. We found out it was from painting being done on the upper floor. Getting to the hotel was a little confusing since it's basically attached to the Hilton. The signage could be a little better. All in all the stay was nice.

All of the staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfast offered choices in hot an cold dishes and were quite good. With it's location very close to a major highway it made travel very easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent value. One quip, the pool area was very small and the water was too hot, like a bath tube. There was no changing room at the pool area which I found strange, and kind of weird because you having walk through the lobby of the Hilton in your wet bathing suit.

We are being relocated to NJ and have used this hotel several times to visit the area and explore. The surrounding area is quiet, the hotel staff is always friendly, and this is a great property. There's a Hilton next door that always seems to be busier, but we love the Hampton.

First of all, I want to comment on few things I read about this hotel - 1. Some says hotel not easy to find, that is not true, my old navigation put us right in front of the hotel. 2. About the breakfast, they actually have different food each day, unlike other hotels that serve same food all the time. This hotel is very clean and everything as expected, […] I have stayed in many 4 - 5 stars hotel, but I have never seen their Linen comforter before, very nice and again clean, bathroom is clean.
