Front desk clark was not very helpful for my request of updating my room, not enough hospitality in treating customer

Clean hotel, pleasant room, easy location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The breakfast was plentiful, with tons of options. The food was a bit "institutional", but with make-your-own waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, there were plenty of options without resorting to the rubbery eggs and lukewarm bacon. The pool and fitness center were […] closed "for renovation" as of Dec 23, 2011 with no indication of when they would reopen. clean, professsionl, it was great all around

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We availed ourselves of the continental breakfast which was delicious. The only problem was that the pool's heater was not working, so my grandchild could not use the pool. This was the deciding factor in booking this hotel, so we were a bit diasappointed.

I have stayed at this motel before, it is clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast is great! Also you can get yourself tea, coffee, hot chocolate at any time and they have wonderful warm cookies in the late afternoon.

We would definitely stay there again! Service was great, room comfortable.

The Hampton Inn GreenField was clean, inviting, and had a nice pool & atmosphere. Free coffee 24/7 was also a plus!

This hotel was very easy to find and very well situated. There were plenty of places to eat in the local vacinity - some right on the doorstep. It was also across the road from a convenience store and pharmacy - also a chinese reatuarant/take away. The room was very comfortable for 3 adults and was very clean. Parking was safe and large. The room was very clean and comfortable, The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. There was a family restaurant just across the parking lot which was very convenient. The Hotel desk offered a dinner suggestion for a Pub/Restaurant in town which we enjoyed and provided a discount coupon for 20% off the dinner. Easy access from I91,but it's easy to miss the entrance behind the 99 Restaurant. The hotel could use a bigger sign. We had some trouble with the toilet. There was air in the plumbing, and it would spit up at you when you flushed. We informed the front desk on our way out to dinner and the problem was mostly resolved when we returned. We stayed five nights at this hotel, as part of our family trip and visits to colleges. The hotel was very good. Swimming pool was good entertainment for our 5 year old. The breakfasts had variety. The "99" restaurant next door was excellent. We enjoyed using the open fields down the road at the local community college. This Hampton had one if the best breakfast selections for hotels visited in the last 5 years. In addition, staff was gracious, kind and made our stay pleasant.

the hotel is very clean and staff are all friendly. Breakfast is good and there is plenty of food, including hot breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no vent in the bathroom. If you are alone it would be fine. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

一泊しましたが、デジタルカメラを部屋に忘れたままチェックアウトしてしまいました。数時間後に気がついたので戻って確認しましたが、ないと言われました。気になったので部屋まで見せてもらいましたが既に掃除をしてあり、探しても見当たりませんでした。おそらく掃除のかたが持って行ってしまったのだろうと思いますが、その日はたまたま枕銭を急いでいたため忘れてしまい、そのためだったのかもしれません。とても残念です。
