my stay was very quiet, but I do dislike the lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was good and the staff person was very attentive-constanting cleaning tables, checking on the food. The only complaint I had was the shower/bathtub was so high from the level of the food that I would almost trip getting out and the shower head leaked and was […] not very strong or for a very tall person. Our stay was ok. But the lady in the morning, Kelly was rude when I asked why I got charged twice. She told me that she couldn't call anyone to fix it until Monday because it was thanksgiving. So now 3 days later.... I still do not have the money back in my account from being charged twice. And I still have a problem with her 'not being able to call […] someone' on thanksgiving. However she did pull her phone out in front of me, lean on the counter and text someone. I don't think I would be upset if she was kind and helpful about it, but she wasn't she was just flat out RUDE. Lisez la suite

Our family spent 3 nights recently, and couldn't have been happier. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and up-to-date-- felt like a new hotel. Service was friendly, breakfast was good... we were all completely satisfied with our stay. Next time we're in town we will certainly book here again.

There were clothes from a previous guest in the closet, food from a previous guest in the fridge, the non smoking room smelled like smoke. I'll never stay at this hotel again.

Just needed to stay over night for a wedding. Everything was beautiful in the hotel... Until we went into our non-smoking room on the 2nd floor. The moment we opened the door there was a very strong cigarette and funk smell. We went down the front desk and requested a different room but all the doubles were occupied. The clerk said he can spray it and […] were thinking, "its just one night". We left for dinner. We came back and the smell was still there. My sinuses started swelling and I couldn't breathe. For some reason I could not get used to the smell. I didn't get any sleep that night. Wasn't sure if the person who stayed before us smoked in the room or if its because the whole first floor is smoking and it just rose to the 2nd floor. Either way my family and I were very uncomfortable. Everything else was great. I'm just sensitive to smells. Lisez la suite

I tend to trust the chain motels/hotels when traveling for work to places I am unfamiliar with so I chose this brand because I was happy when I stayed with them in Ardmore, OK. I know the ownership/management makes a difference, but I didn't realize how much. The location is good, right at a major intersection, but the noise from the road is very loud […] and made it difficult to sleep. The front desk clerk had difficulty with my check in, even though I provided her with my confirmation number, and it took about 30-minutes to get checked in. The room was okay. Nothing special. It seemed clean. There was no lid to the toilet. That might not sound like much, but with a small bathroom, its just awkward. For cleanliness, you need to be able to close the lid with flushing. Also, the towel rack hangs right above the toilet. My coworker said the washcloths kept falling off the rack into the toilet in her room. I had a near miss when I dropped my brush. The TV made a continuous buzzing sound when it was turned off. The guests in the room above mine seemed to be running sprints 27/7 across the ceiling. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but they kept me up until almost midnight and started again and 4 AM. The breakfast service was from 6 AM - 9 AM. There were no fruit choices or yogurt, or anything remotely healthy for that matter. It appeared that the spread of donuts, cereal, sausage patties, biscuits, and gravy were put out at 6 AM and left until 9 AM, then put away and put back out the next day. Nothing seemed to be replenished or freshened up. I used the "make your own" waffle machine each morning because at least I knew that would be somewhat "fresh". I had breakfast at about 7:30 each morning and by that time everything seemed to be pretty gross. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and fitness facility, however the filter system in the pool didn't seem to be working. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER REFER ANYBODY TO THIS HOTEL. Front Desk Employee was more concerned with her show on TV, which is what she said when I checked in. Employee didn't know how to check people in and how to do her job. I had to raise my voice & demand that she call a manager for assistance. Had to do this for 30 minutes before […] she called her manager. Turns out she didn't know how to check somebody in. Employee blamed me for her not know how to do her job. The walls and floors were thin. Room looked like it had extra furnishings that somebody had laying around. Made reservation here to utilize business center for internet access. Was needing to check weather in another state, Employee tells me when I get there that they don't have internet access in the business center. Told employee that I stayed here for the fact they advertised they had it. Told employee she would need to get on internet & check for me. She stated that the whole building didn't have internet access. It was cut off completely. It was 45 minutes from the time I checked in to when I got to my room at 1:00am. Lisez la suite

The TV was old and did not work properly, and the room smelled musty upon entrance although it seemed very clean The staff was very friendly letting me get breakfast at 0530 even though it officially starts at 0600

Easy to find. Great parking. There is a large supermarket next door. The breakfast is standard but what one would expect. No iPod docking stations in the rooms. It was quiet and clean. The pool is fabulous and indoor as well. The staff were helpful. I will use it again and again.

Good price for this hotel. Great staff - very helpful. The only bad thing - breakfast (we rather went to a restaurant).
