Après un accueil sympathique, nous avons découvert une chambre spacieuse. L’hôtel est bien situé (à 3 min de la puerta real) et l'arret de navette pour l’aéroport se trouve juste devant l'entrée. Petit bémol sur le bruit : malgré le fait que notre chambre donnait sur l’arrière de l’hôtel, nous avons eu beaucoup de bruit (surtout des éboueurs qui passent tous les soirs à minuit). De plus, nous avons été réveillé tous les jours par le bruit fait par le personnel d'entretien de l’hôtel.

Très bonne impression. Un hôtel très bien tenu, proche de tous les monuments, dans un quartier animé. Bref très bon emplacement. Seul bémol y aller en voiture n'est pas très aisé. L'hotel est situé dans les ruelles et les sens uniques ne facilitent pas l'approche.

Tres bel hotel situe au pied de la station. Tres bel Spa. La Junior suite est tres grande. Le restaurant de l'hotel est vraiment pas bon....dommage.

Tres bon, sauf qu il y a ambiguïté sur la piscine intérieure,qui est un Spa hors de prix. Les enfants faisaient la tete... Rien de grave.

"Superbes prestations, mais un peu excentré"
L'hotel est parfait, rien à redire, prestations haut de gamme. Mais il est très excentré et si on veut éviter de se perdre en voiture dans Grenade, il faut prendre le bus (ce qui n'est pas insurmontable non plus). Hôtel assez luxueux mais situé à l'écart du centre ville. Service globalement soigné, sauf une déception pour le dernier soir où la chambre a été omise d'être faite et que vous avez la désagréable surprise en arrivant tard à l’hôtel de retrouver la chambre dans le même état que vous l'avez laissée le matin. Bel accueil, beaux équipements, belle situation (un bus à 30 mètres pour aller au centre de Grenade et éviter les galères en voiture). Rapport qualité prix très statisfaisant.

Grand hôtel moderne de très bon standing dans tous les domaines, pour un prix très raisonnable. Le buffet de petit déjeuner en particulier est du meilleur niveau, varié et bon. Le seul point faible est sa situation. L'environnement est déplaisant (style HLM de banlieue) et il faut impérativement avoir sa voiture pour aller dans Grenade. L'apellation […] " de la Alhambra" est fallacieuse car l'hôtel est assez éloigné de cet endroit merveilleux. Il est aussi dommage que la piscine soit à l'ombre dès 5H00 du soir, ce qui tempère le plaisir qu'on a à s'y rendre. Bel Hôtel récent mais un peu trop exentré du centre ville et situé dans une sans commerces. Dommage car l'hôtel est très agréable et les chambres confortables.

Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Suite familiale très belle, avec terrasse. Chambre très propre et confortable, buffet du petit déjeûner de très bonne qualité. Hôtel bien situé (un bus pour le centre passe très régulièrement en bas de l'hôtel).
Hôtel excentré mais un bus emmène au centre en 10mns. Belles prestations. Qualité de l'accueil et des conseils.

Les bains arabes sont tres bien (20€) l'hotel se trouve sur le chemin vers l'alhambra. Un peu écarté du centre mais a 10 minutes en bus; prenez le bus ... et laissez la voiture sinon galère assurée. l'arret de bus et a 20 metres de l'hotel. et il passe toutes les 10 minutes. il vous arretera en plein centre ville :)

"Hotel moderne"
Hôtel moderne et confortable. Très bon accueil. Assez éloigné du centre de Grenade (au moins 30 min à pied) mais une ligne de bus passe juste devant l'hôtel (en été en tout cas). Pas très proche de l'alhambra : il faut prévoir une bonne petite marche (toute en montée!) pour y arriver.

We stayed here over the Easter weekend with two toddlers (aged 2 and 3). The hotel is very smart and chic, with a spacious underground car park (€9 per day). Our room was very large with two rooms and a balcony. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. There was an outdoor pool, which we didn't have a chance to use. The pool was un-heated, […] so was probably too cold for the time of year anyway. Forget about driving into Granada! We took a taxi one day to visit a friend who lived in the city and it took ages due to the one way system. Basically, the streets are too narrow to accommodate cars. Everything was perfect. Hotel was very clean and maintained. Hotel stuff like decoration, beds etc. was very new. it is very close to Alhambra historical place.
Close to L'Alhambra if you are driving, A bit deserted in the surroundings, looking out to a abandoned building. Nice minimalistic design. Nice Entrance, efficient workers. Can use a large LCD TV though and reception of some channels and phone reception in the room can be scattered and poor.

Well situated on the road from Granada to Sierra Nevada. Breakfast reasonably nice but hot food was lukewarm at best. Fresh friuit was lovely. terribly modern and clean cut hotel. The Hotel Macia de la Alhambra in Granada is very comfortable with a friendly, extremely helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was great with both hot and cold selections. Although it requires a 1.20 euro bus ride into the city center (bus stop right outside hotel) this was not inconvenient and we chose this hotel for it's convenient location near the […] autovia. A short bus ride into the city center left us centrally located to the sights while the hotel itself left us with an extremely easy off - easy on access to the Madrid - Gibraltar autovia. I was very dis-satisfied with the customer service of this hotel. It is about a 15 minute busride out of town. One of the reasons I booked it was for it's free shuttle. When we arrived, I was informed that they have discontinued the shuttle and we had to take public buses back and forth at additional expense, time, and discomfort (when traveling with […] luggage). Then, we checked into our tiny room, which was very hot and uncomfortable. The tiny window would only open a few inches, and the a/c wouldn't come on. When we told hotel services about this, we were informed that the a/c had been turned off for the season. We were told that if we wanted our window to open further, we would have to call maintance every time to have someone sent up to open it. We finally transferred to a room with a patio and sliding door which opened fully. But instead of accommodating us, we were charged an extra 10 euros a night, and pressured to make a quick decision. I felt like this hotel was full of false advertising (a/c and shuttle) and were big on nickel and dimeing us to heavily. I would not recommend it. Lisez la suite

Well-maintained hotel, excellent breakfast, very close to al-Hambra (2 minutes drive) and not far away from downtown. Take a bus for 1.2 euro for 10 minutes ride or taxi for 7 euro. Big rooms and the bathroom modern and wide. Highly recommended unless you want to stay in the busy and crowded city.

The hotel is really nice and the service was amazing, though sometimes there was only 1 person at the front desk who spoke, so if they were busy it just took a little longer. We were only staying 1 night, in order to see the Alhambra the next day. The bathrooms were great and the beds were comfortable. I think it was just our room, but the heat would […] not turn off and it was warm even though the thermostat was set to cool. So, we had to open a window to keep the room a reasonable temperature. Also, while in the grand scheme of Granada, it is relatively close to the Alhambra, it is not quite within walking distance - the front desk recommended a taxi. If that's really important to you, you may want something a bit closer. As for getting around town, there is a city bus (#33) that stops about 50 meters from the hotel and is really easy to travel to the Cathedral and other areas of Granada. Lisez la suite

Excellent, modern hotel. Close to autovia with easy bus access to centre of Granada. Close to Alhambra palace and near the ski slopes too. Hotel was quiet, staff were very helpful. "Nice hotel - location bad"
Stayed at this hotel so I could be close to Granada main attraction. Only problem is that it's a 30 euros cab fare to get there from the airport. Upon arrival the guy behind the desk said "just take the number 33 bus next time" which would have only cost 1.20 euro from the town centre and it's a 3 euro bus from The airport to the city centre. All this […] showed have been explained on the website to make it convent for customers coming from the airport who have to rely on public transport. The hotel is clean, cheap and does the job. "Unexpected Surprise"
We booked this hotel after much deliberation. The Navigation system doesn't work for this hotel. It is the one on the Rotonda, but the GPS won't have it listed. The hotel says all the GPS devices get it wrong, so we weren't alone. The hotel staff was Superb, I give them a 5. The Hotel was clean and new and very nice spacious rooms. The location was […] good if you had a car, but the GPS leaves a lot to be desired, which made the getting back to the Hotel interesting at first, but quite easy after we learned the way. "Pros and cons of Hotel macia Real del Alhambra"
Hotel Macia Real del Alhambra is quite the find. I went there cause of reviews here on Hotel.com. It is clean, comfy with a pool and lovely lounge area. The food at the bar is pretty good, never tried the restaurant except for breakfast (which is extensive and varied). The huge bonus is the Arabic Baths...a must for anyone interested in a little pampering. […] Very reasonable and very professional. The only downsides are 1) that the hotel is a little out of town, but the bus is right outside the hotel and very frequent. You can buy a CrediBus card for 2 euros and top it up with credit, this is the cheapest way to travel. Bus stops at 11 so after that it is taxis only. 2) the pool is kinda small and when the hotel is full it gets very busy. 3) almost no tv in English, so if that's your way to relax, bring your computer. 4) wifi was on the fritz when I was there. This is a beautiful hotel, very sleek and modern. Although the hotel is a bit out of the main part of town, it is 1/2 block away from 2 bus stops ( one takes you directly to the center of town and the other to the Alhambra) so the location is quieter than staying in the center of the city. It was a perfect location for us. We even caught the bus in […] front of our hotel to go directly to the bus station for the next leg of our trip. There is a lovely pool and a spa and a trendy bar. We did not try the spa, but the entire hotel was very classy. The hotel staff was helpful and did not laugh at our feeble Spanish. The only complaint I had was the impossibility of getting on the internet. They said there was wireless internet in the room, and so there was - at 6:00 am in the morning! The hotel must not have enough bandwith for everyone who wants to use it, because I was frustrated beyond belief at the difficulties trying to get to the internet. During most of the day it was nearly impossible, but early in the morning when no one else was using it, I had no problem. I recommend this hotel highly, unless you need to use the internet.
