idéalement situé sur la route menant de new york à cape coad, le springhill de milford constitue une étape agréable .Il dispose de chambres confortables et spacieuses, est situé à proximité de la sortie d'autoroute, ce qui est un avantage.toutefois lors de la réservation, il est préférable de demander une chambre donnant à l'opposé de l'entrée principale, les chambres donnant sur parking pouvant être un peu bruyantes en raison de la circulation.le personnel est très avenant et disponible.le breakfast est tout simplement gargantuesque. une bonne adresse.

très bon hotel, confortable, accueil sympa, resto jusqu'à 22 h, facile à trouver, beaucoup de services et commerces autour, la ville à 10 minutes, la Merritt Parkway à 2 minutes.c'est pratique et agréable, on se sent à l'entrée d'un village.

Très bon Hotel très bon petit déjeuner, mais il est dommage que la porte entrée de la chambre fasse autant de bruit et résonne dans les couloirs..

"This HoJo is a No-No..."
I will admit that I only chose this hotel because it was cheap and because I had stayed at other HoJo's before with satisfactory results. First, I am familiar with this area and did not even know there was a HoJo here but I figured things could have changed since I had been in CT last. Nope. It is just that unremarkable that I never noticed it was there […] before. The man at the front desk when i checked in was pleasant and friendly. I had reserved a two-bed suite with the impression that would give me and the three teenagers I was traveling with more room but he informed me that the suites have full beds, not queen as was shown on the reservation. So i opted for a regular room with two queen beds. The condition of the room was less than pleasant, it was clean-ish but quite outdated and the lampshades were broken and cracked. The carpet was old, worn, and dirty-looking. Also, the toilet seat was broken so every time you sat on it, it pinched you. The teens were less than pleased. The beds were uncomfortable. Housekeeping was nice enough to give us extra towels and supplies whenever we needed them, we did not have regular daily cleaning of the room while we were there (our choice). Overall, it was a place to sleep that was convenient in location... that's it. I would not recommend this hotel or stay again. Lisez la suite

"Howard Johnson in Danbury"
The room that was up on the site was a horrbile room. It seemed like ciggarettes, was very dirty and run down. I had to upgrade to another room. I would never recommended using that room at this hotel. Call and make sure you are booking the correct room before booking the room.

The staff was very friendly and courteous, the hotel need a refresh the walls and the hallways were filthy and stained. The hotel linens Had holes and burn marks and smelled moldy. The bathroom was dingy as well the supplied toiletries were sub par. Based on this experience I would not recommend this hotel to fellow business travelers, but based the […] staff I might consider another Howard Johnson if my first choices are not available. "Bethel Hotel"
The property itself was in pretty good condition for the price but the service was terrible. Staff were unhelpful and pretty useless. My battery died and since I'm not from the area I didn't know who to call. I had my 11 month old son with me and I asked the front desk clerk what I should do and he said "do you have triple A?" I said "no, I don't" he […] said "I don't know then" so I had to figure it out on my own. I know it's not a full service hotel but I just think that is something any decent person should have pitched in and helped with, given the circumstance...basic customer service here. Lisez la suite

This might not have been the nicest hotel I've stayed at, but it was comfortable & very affordable. The staff was excellent & I got my work done.

The lady at the front desk was rude, and so were the rest of the staff. I do not recoment staying there. We got there late at night, and they sold our room to someone else. We had to take a room that we didn't want. We stayed at the hotel only one night instead of three.

"A Place To Sleep Not Much More"
Every night for 3 nights without fail, our key cards would no longer work the door lock, and we had to go to the office to have them reprogrammed. We had 3 people in the room and yet after each housekeeping cleanup the room was left only 2 towels. One night after a long day in New York, when I went to the office to get my key reprogrammed again and […] to get another towel for the family again, the manager asked me 'Well do you need another towel now, can't you wait until the morning?' That was it and we left the next morning; The night time security locks on the outside doors you would normally open with the key card after hours did not work - the doors were wide open all the time. The downstairs hallway windows were left open with just flimsy screens every night because they were too cheap to run the needed AC. In my downstairs room only a regular window lock was there, for a room with an alley with a small hill and trees with easy access. The bed mattresses were old but comfortable and the sheets and towels were always clean. This hotel would be okay for an overnight sleep but that's about it. A family or someone staying for more than a few days should look for other lodging. Their breakfast consisted of 2 tables for seating and 2 cereal dispensers with bread for making toast and coffee, juice and milk - nothing more. Again was okay for a one night sleep only, but don't expect much else. Lisez la suite

We are on a pension SO finding a hotel within budget was great. We got there and the manager was concerned our room would not be big enough and upgraded us F. O. C. Including basic breakfast Toast cereals fruit(andJuice) The hotel was great value for money. It has a Diner oposite with good food at a good price. Henry Winkler (fonz)was there.
