Très bon accueil. Service de chambre excellent, ménage tous les jours. Emplacement de l'hôtel idéal;Sainte Sophie, Mosquée Bleue, Topkapi... Hôtel très sympa situé à quelques minutes de marche de Sainte Sophie, de la Mosquée Bleue, du Palais Topkapi, du Grand Bazar ainsi que du Bazar Egyptien. La gare ferroviaire et l'embarcadère d' Eminonu se trouvent à quelques encablures de là. Dans un quartier animé d'Istanbul, tout proche du tramway et d'une multitude de restaurants, cet hôtel propose […] des chambres propres, confortables, munies de double vitrage, d'un petit réfrigérateur approvisionné chaque jour en eau ( la valeur de 180 cl par personne ) et d'une télé. La salle d'eau est un peu bruyante car munie d'une simple grille d'aération. Si votre chambre donne sur le tramway, prévoir des bouchons d'oreille, d'autant plus que le climatiseur (obligatoire en plein été) est un peu bruyant mais très efficace. Le personnel est discret mais efficace, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié (café, thé, pain, petits croissants, petites brioches, pate à tartiner au chocolat, beurre, confiture, fromage fondu, pastèque, oeufs durs, feta, tomates, olives, fromage à pate cuite, fruits, fromage blanc, céréales ... ). Pas de restaurant mais des plateaux repas peuvent être servis dans la chambre. Zone wifi dans les couloirs des étages et un poste internet à disposition au rez de chaussée (1 lire (1 TL) soit 0,50 euro pour 12 mn de connexion ) Lisez la suite

Don't expect spacious rooms in this part of the town. To make matters worse, the staff service was pathetic. Looks like the staff needs a crash course on 'how to smile' also. While serving coffee at the breakfast, I felt like an unwanted guest. Will never come back. Overall also the hotel has a very gloomy atmosphere.

Good location next to Gulhane Park and Topkapi Palace! 5-15 minutes walking from other exciting places such as Aya Sofya, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and a ferry to the Asian Part. For other neigbourhoods such as Beyoglu, Taksim, Besiktas a taxi is a better option. Taxi is not very expensive! Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was ok.

The room and hotel were more than confortable with a healthy, plentiful breakfast included in the rate. Staff were always obliging and very helpful. Just a 30 metre walk from the tram-stop. Lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk down to the ferry terminals.

This was a lovely friendly and very convenient hotel for visiting all the sights of Istanbul. The dining area was good, plenty of space around the tables. Our room was rather small and no room for a chest of drawers, but we had a wardrobe with shelves, a dressing table with one drawer at the top, and a TV with good reception . The two pillows we asked for were brand new - and soooo comfortable!! The room was always cleaned to a good standard and we had clean towels every day. The small bathroom which was adequate and in good repair was tiled throughout with a stand alone corner shower. It took 15 minutes to walk to Hagia Sophia, 20 to the Grand Bazaar and 20 to the Spice Market. Ask Sati Ummaz at Reception who will be very helpful with anything you need to know. There is a small bar in the foyer for drinks at any time - and lots of complementary mixed nuts! Oh, mustn't forget, turn left out of hotel, up the little hill, left at the top and walk to the corner of the main road for an Irish Bar - brilliant for football and snacks! We loved it! Nice hotel, nice people, excellent price and location. From our window, we could see the back of the Gulhane Park walls. The hotel is near the Gulhane train station, just within the block. In a street with other hotels to which its part of. Front desk was very helpful . Rooms are clean and nice. They have a good breakfast and service. Hotel is walking distance to points of interest. would definitely go back again.

Opholdet var OK. Hotellet var meget let at finde og meget tæt på stoppestedet Gulhane. Tæt på Den Blå Moske til den ene side og havnen med både til den anden side af The Golden Horn og til Asien til den anden side. Grand Bazar og krydderbazaren er også lige i nærheden.

블루모스크, 아야소피아, 그랜드바자르, 보스포러스 모두 가까운곳에 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리에 있구요~ 앞에 레스토랑이나 기념품 가게도 많아서 안전하게 다닐 수 있는 위치에요. 물론 트램역에서 50미터도 안되는 거리에 있어서 공항에서 트램으로 다닐 수 있구요, 호텔음식도 멋지게 나오고 관리자라 체크인을 일찍 해 줘서 다행히 이른 시간에 도착했는데도 편하게 씻고 돌아다닐 수 있었습니다. 한가지 아쉬운건 제 방 창문앞이 벽으로 막혀 있어서 경치를 볼 수 없었다는 점이네요. 이점만 빼면 깨끗하고 친절하고 잘 갖춰진 그리고 가격도 좋은 호텔이라고 평 하고 싶습니다.

Wir konnten unser Zimmer bereis gegen 10:30 Uhr beziehen (offiziell erst ab 12:00 Uhr). Das erste Doppelzimmer war allerdings sehr klein, eher ein EInzelzimmer mit Doppelbett. Nach unserer Reklamation am nächsten Morgen erhielten wir sofort ein tolles Doppelzimmer in der obersten Etage mit Blick über Istanbul. Beide Zimmer waren sehr sauber. In beiden […] Bädern gab es allerdings einen merkwürdigen Geruch. Nachdem wir den Abfluss vor der Dusche mit einem feuchten Papiertuch abdeckten, war der Geruch verschwunden (vermutlich Sanitärentlüftungsproblem). Das Papiertuch wurde auch vom Zimmerservice nicht entfernt, da das Geruchsproblem wohl bekannt war. Das Frühstück war ok., wir haben nur einmal 2 Minuten warten müssen. Das Doppelzimmer war sauber, Handtuchwechsel taeglich. Der winzige Kleiderschrank für 2 Personen unzureichend. Frühstück war in Ordnung, es wurde staendig aufgefüllt. Besonders erwaehnenswert war die fußlaeufige Naehe zum Topkapi Palast, Sultanahmetplatz mit Blauer Moschee und Hagia Sofia, Hafen, Faehrhafen und großem Basar. Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, und können es für eine Städtereise weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war zwar recht klein - aber wer will in so einer tollen Stadt schon stundenlang im Hotelzimmer hocken. Alles sauber und sehr ordentlich, kein Luxus, aber solide.

Das kleine, familiäre Hotel liegt an der Trambahnstation Gülhane und somit sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten alle zu Fuss zu erreichen. In der unmittelbaren Nähe jede Menge Restaurants und Bars. Im Partnerhotel (gleich gegenüber ) ein herrlicher Hamam , den man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollte. Das Hotel Olimpiyat ist supersauber, der Roomboy war spitzenklasse, […] während des Frühstücks wurde alles ganz diskret und sauber erledigt. Sogar die Duschtücher, die wir nochmal benutzen wollten, und deshalb nicht auf den Boden gelegt haben, wurden täglich gewechselt. Die Betten waren gut, das Zimmer klein, aber zum Schlafen völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstück war superspitzenklasse. Wir reisen immer nur in 3 Sterne Hotels, aber so etwas tolles hatten wir noch nie. An jedem Tisch war alles aufgedeckt, so dass man sich den Weg zum Buffet sparen konnte. Es gab Kaffee, Tee, Milch , O- Saft , Wurst, Käse , Oliven, Schafskäse , Honig, Marmelade, Butter , Streichkäse und sogar Nutella. Frisches Brot , Simit, Kuchen, Gebäck und auch Müsli war reichlich vorhanden. Also wirklich nichts zu kritisieren. Die Gäste waren gemischt, Einheimische, junge Pärchen, Russische Gäste , einfach bunt gemischt. Das Hotel bietet auch nen Transfer zu den Flughäfen an, sehr günstig, einfach mal nachfragen, ansonsten zahlt man für die Tram und Metro 3,50 Lire zum Atatürk Havalimani. Also, wenn wir nochmal nach Istanbul kommen- und das ist ziemlich sicher- dann auf jeden Fall wieder ins Olimpiyat Hotel. Danke Schön Lisez la suite
