Very Friendly staff and a great continental breakfast

We were very unhappy with the experience and will not stay there again.The downtown HoJo is a much better run hotel.

Great hotel was clean except hall ways. pool area clean but nothing to do for kids.

We were satisfied with our stay for the following reasons.The hotel is located near shopping,(within walking distance). We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The complimentary breakfast was more than a continental breakfast and there was also a complimentary evening meal on weekdays. The C'Mon Inn in Grand Forks is a great place to stay. You are close to shopping and restaurants. The hot tubs are a real nice feature to the hotel as well, after a long and hard day of shopping.

Great location on 32nd Ave in Grand Forks. Fun atmosphere with the wooden ceiling decor, the Koi fish pond, all the hot tubs, and then the swimming. The pillows and bed are fantastic. Staff is friendly. Nice large TV in the room along with microwave and mini fridge which is great. However, for adjoining rooms the walls/door are unfortunately paper thin […] with voices and TV even on low clearly audible in the other room which can make it difficult to get to sleep. Had never stayed at the C'mon Inn before but had heard great things about it. Really enjoyed the courtyard area, the continental breakfast and the new option of "happy hour" being served from 5-7pm during the week. Upon arriving to our room, the temp was at 72F. After adjusting the temp and waiting numerous hours, the temp was increasing instead of […] decreasing. The front desk staff was willing to give us a different room after requesting a change. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the many stores that we enjoy shopping at. Would definately stay here again...but only when getting a discount again. Enjoyed our visit. We arrived on Sunday and stayed until Tuesday. Very quiet during the week. Beds were super comfortable and happy hour was quite good.

The C'mon Inn is close to all the major shopping centres in Grand Forks. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They were right on top of one of the few complaints we had, (which was out of their control) a group of hotel guests didn't see a problem with letting their children play mini hockey, (nets, sticks, pucks flying, screaming) out in the main […] hallway, early morning. The hotel was great, but there was a hockey team staying at the same time. Kids were running around quite loud until 11:00, and up very loud at 6:30. I don't know if the hotel was quite prepared for this group, as the breakfast area was a disaster in the morning - there were no spoons, all of the garbages were overflowing, and the hotel guests had to […] make more coffee. We had reserved a king bed room, but when we got to our room it had 2 queen beds in it. We went to the front desk and they promptly gave us a king room, at a much nicer location in the building, not beside the furnace room where the first one was. When we checked out, the attendant noticed that our room had been messed up so we got a really nice discount. […] We would have come back anyways, but now we definitely will. It's a beautiful place, really nice set-up with the courtyard and hot tubs. I especially like it that I don't have to sit in the pool area with everybody else kids screaming and playing in the pool, and can still sit in the hot-tubs. (We don't have little kids anymore) The carpeting in the halls are quite dirty--needs major cleaning or better yet, replacing. It didn't seem like business was lacking so they should be able to afford it. All in all, we had a good time and enjoyed the stay. Lisez la suite

This is a very nice clean hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We gathered our families for a reunion and all stayed at this facility over Christmas and it worked out very well with time in the pool and the central common area as a meeting spot. We would definitely choose this hotel again for all its' amenities and overall comfort and convenience.

Booked the jacuzzi suite, beautiful room very comfortable, only thing that would of made it better would be to have an inside room "next time". Love the common area and hot tubs, so relaxing. Close to all shopping, so leave the hubby in the room with the big tv and remote and off you go, everyone's happy. What could be better?

The staff was friendly and prompt, the hotel quiet and clean, the room very comfortable and cozy, the next best thing to home. Loved the complementary appitizers they put out at night, delicious breakfast in the morning with waffles but do be there early the food goes quick and they do clean up right on time! RESERVATIONS MADE ON LINE FOR ONE ROOM WITH HOT TUB & BALCONY, OFFERED ROOM WITHOUT MY REQUEST, COMPLAINED ABOUT THE RESERVATION, GOT ANOTHER ROOM WITH BALCONY ONLY,OVER PAID, ASKING OTHER GUESTS ABOUT THEIR COST OF STAY, PAID ALMOST HALF OF MY COST. DISAPPOINTED WITH THE COST OVER ALL.

We are from the Twin Cities, MN so we know nice places to stay but when we head in that direction we love C'Mon in Grand Forks.

i have nothing bad to say about our stay here at all. our room was clean,the beds were so comfy and the staff was really nice. we have stayed here before and will always come back.

For an older hotel, the staff did a good job keeping it clean and in good shape. Love all the hot tubs and swimming pool. Good location, but it was sad to see a few beggars across the street.

Location of this Inn was great. Close to shopping centers and resturants. Room was great, although the rooms intrior needs to be worked on. Loved the lobby and all the whirl pool. Breakfast buffet was good but, It would have been nice to have omletts instead of cold hard boiled eggs.

The hotel in Grand Forks was excellent. The staff was very friendly and most helpfull. The hotel is close to the big shopping malls and box stores. The choice of eating places is close at hand and varied. I would recommend this hotel to all who ask.

This is our number choice for hotel for our road trips to Grand Forks. Great location, comfortable beds, love the courtyard and pool. Awesome continental breakfast. Friendy staff.

We were very happy with our choice of hotel. We decided to treat ourselves and stay in one of the jacuzzi suites. It had been a couple of years since we stayed there and the upgrades and changes that have been made were a great surprise. The suite was perfect and allowed for a great play area for our child. I felt right at home. Our only complaint was […] that the front desk staff seemed slightly rude at check in. Seemed like we were bothering them. Overall we had a great stay and ejoyed every minute. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is awesome. The beds were VERY comfortable and I Honestly love this chain of hotels. The reason the rating was so low, was our room was not clean. There was a bar of soap in the shower with hair on it which is pretty gross. I went down to the front desk to complain and the man I talked to said he would go up […] and clean it himself, I told him there was no rush, because we weren't going to be back until around 10 that evening. We got back to our room around 11 and it was not done. I went down and complained again, to a different lady and she told me he already cleaned it, but then said she would come up and clean the shower herself then told someone else behind the desk that she wasn't leaving anytime soon because now she had to go clean a room. It made me feel bad like I shouldn't complain about a dirty shower. When I checked out they asked me how my stay was so I told them it was ok, except for the dirtiness of my room and the lady ( a different one) looked at the computer and said yeah I see you had some problems. That was it. I wasn't even looking for a discount or anything all I wanted was some sort of apology and I did not receive that. I will stay at this chain again, but not at the one in Grand Forks. The courtyard was great as my husband and I needed to read and write some papers. The breakfast and sandwiches at supper were fantastic.

We are frequent visitors to Grand Forks and have previously stayed at C'mon Inns many years ago. This is our second visit isn 2 months and I can not say enough about the hotel and the staff. On our first visit Kelly the front desk person went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We then booked in July and once again recieved fantastic service […] and the rooms are so comfortable. Everything from the great TV's, the beds and bedding to the appetizers and breakfast made our stay a great mini vacation... Thank you Lisez la suite

Ok for families, Kids running around day and night. Couples should look elsewhere.

We had an excellent stay at the C'mon Inn in Grand Forks Nd. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and also seemed to be scent free, which is great for my wife as she is very sensitive to perfumed cleaners. Thank You for a wonderful stay

On the second day of our visit, hotel had pipe crack and it did not water anymore. Staffs were not able to tell exactly how long it will take to fix it. It seems that they tried to fix it themselves, instead of bringing qualified plumber. They offered me to wait for a few hours without water. I was not able to wait with little child and pregnant wife. […] As an alternative they offered to move to the sister hotel, without specifying what kind of room we will get there (I paid for the most expensive room in C’mon Inn). Since we did not like this alternative as well, we left home. I realize that nobody can predict pipe’s damage. However, our vacation was ruined. Lisez la suite

We were a little disappointed that the rooms could of been a little cleaner. I don't think the vaccuming was done the 3 days we were there. The beds were also kind of thrown together each day otherwise the stay was great.

Our family loved this place! Comfortable rooms with a big TV, nice beds and a hot tub to enjoy all to yourself right outside your room! The price was right and we will definitely stay at this hotel or another C'mon Inn in another state.

Service was great, the evening appetizers and continental breakfast were a plus! The most comfortable beds ever! We will be back!

We had a quick easy check-in, room was lovely & like I usually do, I took the spread off the bed then discovered only one sheet very wrinkled, mattress pad very wrinkled and blanket dirty. I called front desk and she immediately came up with clean sheets and new blanket and apologized for that matter. The rest of our stay was great and the staff very […] helpful and friendly. This is the first time that we have stayed at the C'mon Inn in Grand Forks and we will definitely stay there again....and this time bring the kids! The room was big, clean and comfortable, but my favorite was the abundance of hot tubs. Can't wait to book here again soon!
