Service, confort et propreté impeccables. Piscine agréable. Excellent si vous disposez d'un véhicule pour vous déplacer. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Je vous le recommande fortement, il est très bien placé, pas loin du mall of emirates, et du magasin lulu, tout est à proximité plusieurs magasins d'alimentation, des resto, le kfc et le coin est plutôt animé, un piano bar à 2 minutes. La piscine et le jacuzzi sur le toit sont vraiment à la hauteur de la photo, et mieux encore, barbecue sur le toit et tout le personnel de l'hôtel se met en 4 pour vous faire plaisir et pour vous rendre service. Nous avions une chambre de 80 m2 avec tout le confort qu'on a chez soi, en plus d'une chambre énorme avec un écran lcd accroché sur le mur, une déco super design, un lit big size, c'était au delà de mes espérances, j'ai été agréablement surprise, les chambres sont très propres, le ménages est fait d'une manière pointilleuse digne d'un 4 étoiles, je peux vous assurer que je suis super critique et là je n'ai vraiment rien à dire... je vous conseille le quartier Deira pour le souk à l'or ça vaut vraiment le détour et je vous conseille le safari dans le désert, vous avez "le help desk" vers l'accueil, qui vous propose les différentes attractions à Dubai, vous avez même la possibilité de louer une voiture sans vous déplacer, ils s'occupent de tout, n'oubliez pas d'aller à 'burj Khalifa" c'est gigantesque...

"Great hotel, really friendly staff, great location"
This was our second trip to Dubai, the Al Manzil hotel was AMAZING. Our plane arrived in the early morning, we arrived at our hotel 7 hours prior to standard check in, they gave us a cup of coffee and an hour later we were in our room. We had a burj khalifa room suite - lovely room, spacious, clean. The hotel had several restaurants, we tried the Courtyard […] - middle eastern cuisine - good atmosphere and good quality food. Breakfast was in the the Conservatory - what an excellent spread! We've eaten at several 5 star buffet breakfasts and this was better than most in terms of quality and variety. All the staff were very friendly, especially by the pool and in the buisness centre. At check-out we were even lucky enough to get a complimentary car to the airport. On our first trip to Dubai we stayed at a resort and hardly left it. If you don't need a resort holiday I would highly recommend the Al Manzil - it is so central and convenient - a 5 star experience!! Lisez la suite

"Nice stay at Al Manzil"
Very pleasant stay. Friendly personnel. Everything clean and in order. Walking distance to Dubai Mall with the Dancing Fountains. Do not get confused: We are in downtown Dubai and not in the Old town. "The Old Town" next door was built in 2010!
"Great hotel at a great location"
It is one of the best choices in a very good location. The only thing that can be better is the size of the rooms, but other than that - everything was perfect. The concierge service needs a special mention - they are the greatest and most helpful concierge service I have ever experienced in a hotel.

"Al Manzil Hotel, Dubai - Good hotel, good location"
Staff very friendly and efficient. Good central location, near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Nice rooms with funky integrated bathroom (good for couples only, I would think). Bar and restaurant in courtyard not too bad either. Would definitley recommend.

We stayed 4 days in Dubai and the concierge service at the Al Manzil helped us to make the most of our time there by recommending attractions, calling taxis, advising on opening hours of malls and souks. The hotel has a business center where guests can use computers, print items and even get help with computer or e-reader problems. El Manzil is a top hotel in a great location. Walking distance (during the coll season) to both the Burj and the Dubai Mall, the hotel is centrally located and very luxurious. "Al Manzil = Great value in a great location"
We had a great weekend stay here. The suite was nice and spacious and clean. The veiw of the Burj was spectacular and the staff was simply great. From check-in to drop off at the airport avery member of the staff was friendly, curtious and helpful. I would definately recommend! The service and location of Al Manzil hotel is excellent. A breakfast was great and also a room was very nice. Very suitable hotel to adults but maybe for the family with small children there is no extra services. I can certainly recommend that hotel!

We had 3 night in Hotel Al Manzil, it was our 1st time to Dubai, this is an excellent hotel, in every aspect. Excellent location, you could walk to the Dubai Mall, and the fountain display, highly recommend this The fountain show is from 6pm-11pm every half hour. we watch 3 shows one night they were fantastic. I almost don't want to write this review, because I can't believe the Al Manzil is such a great deal - but I would not have learned that myself without the gracious insight of other hotels.com users. I stayed here for 2 days on my way to East Africa. It was a great place to adjust to the time zone. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. It's right across from the Dubai Mall, you can even walk to the Burj for the At the Top experience, which I highly recommend. The courtyard restaurant served delicious dishes from the surrounding […] regions, though hookah smoking is common so be prepared. They provided me with a secluded "non-smoking" table. Love love loved our stay. All the way from arriving to a refreshing fresh kiwi juice and cool towel, to turn-down service, to our departure, this hotel was fantastic! "A great place to stay"
From check in to check out the whole experience was great. Staff very attentive and Tour desk people most helpful. The NZ/Aussie/Sth Africa bar/restaurant was great and excellent value. Hotel in nice neighbourhood and so close to the Dubai Mall. No problem recommending anyone to stay here.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early (6am) and while we didn't expect it they were able to provide an early check in. The room was very clean and big enough for 2 people. Taxis were always available out the front of the hotel with the Duabi Mall being within a 10min walk where there is plenty of food and shops. What a great hotel! After checking many hotel reviews we thought we would try the Al Manzil and we were very happy with the outcome. The rate we got from hotels.com was good and the hotel itself was a stunning boutique style hotel in a great location-walking distance from the Dubai Mall and close to many stylish cafes of the old town area. The standard […] room was very generous, clean and modern and I liked the fact that the bath was in the middle of the room. It made the room so much more spacious and light. Also the fact that you could swivel the flat screen TV to enable you to watch the shows while having a bubble bath was awesome. It was cool and funky and I loved it. We decided to have dinner at the courtyard and it was beautiful. Full of ambience with the colored lights, greenery of the palm trees and pleasant arabic music playing in the background we chilled and shared a fabulous mezza whilst being enveloped in the wonderful atmosphere. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the free internet in the room was a bonus. They also had free parking which was also an added bonus for us. "Al Manzil in Dubai - Lovely Stay"
The Al Manzil Hotel is located within close walking distance (even for a 6-month pregnant woman in 45 degree temperatures!) to the Dubai Mall, with its cool aquarium/zoo and cinema. It also has the Burj Khalifa (the really really really tall building) within close proximity. The basic room I stayed in was clean, comfortable and unique. Yes, the bathtub […] is in the middle of the room, and the TV rotates so you can watch from the bed or from the tub! The shower and toilet have separate areas behind closed doors. There is a small desk that came complete with free Internet (which can be very costly at other hotels). Nice bed, nice linens, nice pillows. I slept very well. I was there during Ramadan, so I had room service on several occasions - grilled hammour, chicken sandwich, chocolate ice cream, peach smoothie. Each time, it was excellent. Free coffee and tea service, free bottled water, and there is a minimally stocked mini-bar in the room with a fridge. The breakfast was not included with my room price, so I splurged and indulged - it was fine. Made to order omelets, a small buffet, fresh breads, cereals, fruit, french toast and waffles, juices and coffee/tea. Nothing really to complain about, but not an all out experience as I've seen at the Grosvenor House. There are a few restaurants associated with the hotel, but I did not get a chance to try them. All in all I thought it was a great place to stay, especially for the price. My one recommendation would be to include breakfast with the room price. I am returning to Dubai in September 2010, and my husband and I will definitely stay at the Al Manzil! Lisez la suite

The hotel was perfect in every way, extremely clean, wonderful staff who could not do enough to help you. The room was very comfortable, bed large and corfortable also. Pool area immaculately clean and very attractive. Close to Dubai Mall and the world's tallest building. we would definately stay here again.
