la situation de l'hotel est exceptionnelle, en plein centre de la vieille ville! le rapport qualité-prix est bon. éviter les chambres au premier étage situées au dessus du restau : très bruyantes! petit déjeuner: café infecte! dommage.

I felt lucky to have booked this hotel... It's a 5 minute walk to the main square and under 15 minutes walk to Kazimierz. I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The location is just great-extremly close to Rynek and the station, very helpful staff, Great shower, comfi bed, tea/coffee maker. The hotel could be refurbished- warmer more welcoming colours.

this hotel is in an excellent location for getting around krakow and on a few minutes walk from the main square. however it is clean and the staff are helpful the rooms and hotel are quite basic e.g there is no mini-bar, hairdryer in the rooms such items you expect to find in most hotels these days. also the charged me for one breakfast which is a total […] rip off considering you could hav two evening meals out for the same price and the breakfast is really nothing special. Amazing Location, great price. The only issue I had was parking, the garage is not made for anything larger then smart car.

This hotel was a clean comfortable hotel int the old town at a favourable price.

Although I was a solo traveller, I was given a large room on the sixth floor with a double bed and a single bed. The room overlooked the “Planty” and was quiet. The room and bedding were clean. There was free bottled water in the room as well as tea/coffee making facilities. The room was pleasantly cool in spite of 30°C outside. TV had only Polish […] and French channels when I tried it. Myself and my wife have just returned from a 3 night break in Krakow staying at the Campanile Cracovie. The reception area is welcoming, spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We were given room 520 and made our way via the lift to the 5th floor. The room is very spacious with a (very comfortable) king size bed. The wardrobe and storage […] space was adequate for a few days and the bathroom plenty big enough. The room and bathroom were spotless and had maid service daily. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are provided, (a welcome touch), all rooms have air conditioning, (although not adjustable). The weather was beautiful at an average of 28/30 degrees C, and therefore had the large fully opening window, wide open. The room overlooked the side street off the “Planty” and was quite noisy in the mornings with the daily deliveries, bin lorries and the practice of the students playing their musical instruments in the adjacent music collage across the street, if the window was closed it was silent. Would we stay there again????, YES, most definitely, for the price and location you can't go wrong. Overall, Excellent, apart from the noise first thing in the mornings. Het is een mooi en goed hotel, zeker als je het vergelijkt met de prijs per nacht. Het is een kwartier wandelen of 5 minuten met de tram naar het centrum. Wij hebben alles gelopen, want je loopt over een leuke boulevard met veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Het hotel heeft drie parkeerplaatsen dus je moet wel geluk hebben om een plekje te hebben.

Vi var 2 venninder på tur til Krakow for første gang og valgte Campanile Cracovie ut fra beliggenheten. Hotellet ligger svært sentralt bare minutter fra jernbanetorget, torget, Maria kirken og det jødiske kvarteret. Rommene var enkle men rene og komfortable, lite støy og veldig behagelig personale. Reiser vi tilbake blir det uten tvil hotel Campanile […] Cracovie vi bor på igjen. Lisez la suite

Hyggelig hotel, sentralt i Krakow sentrum. Pene omgivelser, hyggelig betjening, god frokost. Et godt sted å tilbringe hyggelige dager i en flott by.

Et meget bra hotel med bra beliggenhet kort gangavstand til sentum ,torget og handlegatene. Stort og pent hotelrom med flott bad og med hjelpsomt personal. God service. Et Hotel jeg vil bruke neste gang også. Kan anbefales

Meget bra beliggenhet - nært til alle severdigheter - meget bra romkvalitet og hyggelig personale - tilpasset hele tiden våre ønsker på en meget tilfredsstillende måte - kan absolutt anbefales

Bra beliggenhet i gamle byen i Krakow, ellers ikke så mye bra å si om dette hotellet. Gammelt og nedslitt uten noen som helst sjarm, interiøret minnet om et internat på en gammel folkehøyskole. Vi ble først tildelt et handikapprom som et dobbeltrom, rommet luktet tåfis, det fantes ingen såpe eller håndklær. Innepå rommet var det en låst dør på den ene […] veggen som måtte åpnes med nøkkel, uvisst hva som var på andre siden og hvem som kunne låse seg inn. Vi ble tildelt et nytt vanlig dobbeltrom rom etter å ha sagt fra i resepsjonen at vi ikke var fonøyde. Det nye rommet var også nitrist og badet kjipt men det luktet ihvertfall ikke tåfis. Merkelig personale som brukte lang tid og var ikke spesielt imøtekommende. Veldig lytt ut i gangen, våknet hver gang noen gikk inn eller ut fra et av naborommene. Kan ikke si noe om frokosten som ble tilbudt mot tillegg i prisen for det turte vi oss ikke på tatt i betraktning standarden på resten av hotellet. Parkering i garasjen på hotellet mot gebyr.
