"15 minutes out of the center of Albany"
We had one of the jacuzzi suites. Cleanliness was fine. Overall it was excellent stay. We took the city bus to the Albany Times Union center to see a Bruce Springsteen concert. The bus stop was one block from the hotel so it was wonderful not having to deal with traffic or parking, etc. Well worth the cost.

"Coccas Wolf is Noisy"
The price and location are good. The room we stayed in needs a new mattress - this one felt like sharing a hammock. The walls must be paper thin because we could hear traffic, a 2 am argument, and everything the couple next door thought they were doing privately!

Excellently located right off the Northway and on Wolf Rd. The Jacuzzi suite was well priced via Hotels.com and the room was nicely decorated. It was comfortable overall upon check-in, but in the bright morning light it became apparent the cleaners were less than through. Honestly the room was ok at best. As we walked in, it had a feeling of nice, cozy, clean, and comfortable. For the most part it didn't live up to all these things. As we went to get into the Jacuzzi we noticed that there was hair and dirt in and around the Jacuzzi. Also when we turned the jets on we noticed little brown seeds floating in the water. […] At first we thought that it was feces, but then as i picked it up it smelled like sap from a tree. How it got into the jets I don’t know. Next as we went to bed, both my wife and I did not sleep well on the mattress. It was a king size bed and the frame seemed to be broken as the bed had a tilt to it. I tossed and turned all night and kept trying to get comfortable. Also for a nonsmoking room our blankets had burn holes in them. In conclusion if the Jacuzzi was clean and the bed didn't have a hump on one end and tilted, the room would have been great. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on the conditions that I experienced. I would like to think that not all the rooms are like this but afterall the hotel is only a two star. "Jacuzzi suite"
Wife and I stayed in the jacuzzi suite for 2 nights. Hotel was easily accessible from I-87. The room was large and clean, extremely comfortable king bed. Jacuzzi tub was very nice. If I had to mention cons I would say the bathroom was a little small, but functional (wouldn't change at expense of living room and bedroom size) and TV was outdated. The jacuzzi room was AMAZING. Highly recommend it . Very nice, clean and friendly hotel. Lots of plants and pictures in the room. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. LOVED IT!!!!

Stayed here while on business. Never again! Room was so small, dark and dingy it was depressing. Staff was uninspired and uncaring. Guess you get what you pay for...

For what I paid & what I needed, this was a decent place. The room was a non-smoking room, but there was a lingering smoke smell in the room. "Coccas Inn - A Great Experience"
My girlfriend and I were straight out looking for a hotel last minute at 9pm on a Saturday Night (we booked another hotel in advance, arrived and our room had been overbooked). I contacted hotels.com and booked the jacuzzi suite at the Cocca Inn. We arrived and the desk person advised us that our suite was not available in non-smoking and she would […] upgrade us to the executive suite for free so we didn't have to smell smoke. "A place to sleep"
Good location close to shoping, airport, and interstate. Rooms very simple, but clean. Looks like a lot of blue color workers stay there. Worth the money and comfortable.

We booked a room for one night and didn't plan on staying in the room too long. Good thing. The room was the petit room, and that pretty much sums it up! The bathroom was very small, not too mention that while in the shower, I had to duck my head. The carpet was laid down, but didn't meet up with the walls. "Close to Great Shopping at Airport"
The regular rooms are very small, and ours had a musty smell, but the windows opened so it aired out quickly. Mattress was older but was ok. At least Non-smoking room did not smeill like a smoking room (as was the case with another place I'd stayed); A/C unit could stand a filter change or cleaning (smelled musty). But overall decent place to stay.

On first getting to the hotel, it looked like a poor choice. However, it turned out to be clean, well-managed, and sufficient for my needs. It is not glitzy at all; however, meets standards of needed services, cleanliness, and very helpful staff. I'd go there again with no worries.

"Coccas hotel in Albany, NY old and not a value"
When I got to the hotel it was late and I was tired. I checked in and went directly to my room and when I opened the door I was in the smallest hotel room that I had ever been in in my life. As I said I was tired and decided to deal with it in the morning. When I woke up I went to the office and inquired as to the possibility of changing accommodations […] and was met with a puzzled look form the lady behind the desk. She asked what was wrong with the room I had and I preceded to tell her that it was too small, dirty stained old carpet, sub-standard bathroom facilities, cable that did not work, etc, etc, etc. Her response was "they're all about the same honey" . I was beside myself and told her that this place does not look like the photos on-line and I walked out. The stay was very good even though it was night stop over -- the rooms were clean / water supply and everything was good and the simple breakfast was nice too. For the price it is a deal !! -- will recommend to all -- the location of hotel from Thruway I90 is just 2 minutes off the thru way -- good deal.

When our plans fell through on the day of my reservation, I called to down-grade to the Petit Exterior Queen. Convenient location for me because it was literally right next to 87 on ramps. Continental breakfast was dry cereal, belgium waffle-machine, english muffins, variety of muffins, juices, milk, and fruit. The only negative comments I would have is the inconvenience of no left-hand turn onto Wolf Rd from the parking lot (It can be easily overcome by cutting through the mall's parking lot though) and the traffic noise. The room I had in this hotel was the smallest I have ever had anywhere, however it was clean, in a great location, the price was good and the staff both the night I checked in and the next day were simply excellent in providing me with customer service - for this I gave then an overall rating of 5. Their workout room is available 7x24, was provided […] with an extended check out so I could continue getting some work done then they allowed me to use their lobby area for hours to finish up which provided me with good wi-fi service and coffee. Just before leaving I was provided with 4 free Lake Champlaine Ferry passes that the staff were not using in which the savings was more then the cost of my hotel room here, so far I have used 2 of the 4 passes and will use the remaining two within the week. The room itself was smaller than I anticipated which was a little disappointing, but overall it was clean and neat. Thankfully there was an opportunity to order food in and we took advantage of a local pizza parlors "special" which arrived timely and piping hot, even on New Year's Eve!
