SUPER clean, good free breakfast, walk to the mall-literally it is in the same lot. Pool was nice and has good hours, lobby comfy. Stay on first floor as main door is only entrance. Friendly, helpful staff. pretty good beds but do get lumpy as they are a decent but not great memory foam of some sort. We decided to stay ion Hagerstown on our ski trip to Whitetail. The room has plenty of space to spread our wet clothes out to dry overnight. Room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and breakfast was nice. Indoor pool is small, but the jacuzzi felt really nice after a day of skiing.

Continental breakfast could be improved with trays to take food back to room, additional toaster (line waiting for toaster), bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits, more fruit selection. Stayed for a Homecoming weekend with my three college roommates. This hotel is within walking distance of a nice mall and a 5 minute drive to the outlets. Front desk clerk was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and gave us coupons for the outlets! Hotel was clean and well kept. Room was very clean. Two queen beds & lounge area with a loveseat and two […] chairs gave the four of us some extra room to spread out and chat. Breakfast had a very nice selection of items. We had been on the road for 10 hours, tired, and hungry. So it was a welcomed surprise when we arrived. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The queen suite was great, and the beds were so comfortable! There were also many restaurants near by.

This was a very comfortable and family-friendly hotel! The room was spacious for all five of us and we loved the complimentary fresh-baked cookies in the evening! The breakfast was nice too but wished there was more of a protein(Eggs or sausage) but it was still a good breakfast. Would stay again if in the area!

One of the main things that we are looking for when we travel as a family is an indoor pool/hot tub. The pool was nice - the hot tub was not initially working, but we found that someone had hit the emergency stop button. It worked fine after that. The hotel was nice and clean, and in a good area. Overall, fine, but be aware that noise from the freeway right next door will be intense - even all night. If you'd like something quiet, make sure it's on the parking-lot side of the hotel. Even the overly-noisy-all-by-itself HVAC unit couldn't block the road noise... Also: rooms are suites, but still pretty small.

This was a nice place to stay. I was pleased by the price, the cleanliness (this is a new hotel), the staff, and the pool area. I was slightly disappointed in the breakfast selection, but I didn't stay here for that. Otherwise, I can safely say this was a good choice for us.

My husband is a cancer patient. When we checked into the room it was late on the 4th. When we awoke the next morning we found the bathroom barely cleaned, black mold in the bathroom, though the rest of the room was clean. For a family of 5 kids, on a ski trip to Whitetail, this was a good resting stop. The pool provided after hours entertainment, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was adequate, the valley mall was convenient. If you're a light sleeper, take ear plugs, since the location right on the road can get loud.

Had a flawless experience staying at the Springhill Suites in Hagerstown. Staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was ready a bit early and clean. Beds are fabulously comfortable, no noise issues from hall traffic, breakfast coffee was hot, strong and plentiful.

The hotel is conviently located next to the interstate. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Flat panel TV, but no HD channels. The breakfast was free, but it was lousy. The only thing worth eating were the muffins.

All was wonderful for a weekend getaway with my wife. The free breakfast was "off the hook" (good). The hotel is well located for shooping and dinning. The sitting space in the suit was arranged well. I would recommend selling wine, beer, and drinks in the hotel.

Very nice, new hotel right next to a mall. Good facilities, although there is not a restaurant on the premises (there is one at a Marriott-owned hotel next door). The rooms are called "suites", although the living/sitting area is not really separate from the bedroom, which makes it difficult if one person wishes to stay up and watch TV while the other […] one wants to sleep. The rate was a bit steep, we thought, compared to the other hotels in the immediate area--not sure the newness and good facilities were worth the extra money. Perhaps, there should be a time limit where children and teenagers should not be in the pool after 8pm, so that adults have a chance to swim before the pool closes at 11pm. 2. The fee charged upon check in for incidentals takes too long to be refunded back to card. My suggestion is to pay the incidental in cash, so that you get it refunded upon check out. 3. We were taking our daughter to visit U of Pitt and selected it due to it's convenience and shuttle service to the university. The staff from check in to the car valet's were outstanding. We were looking for a place to watch bball games in the NCAA tournament and the car valet was very helpful in directing us to a great sports bar with excellent food […] and atmosphere. The front desk staff was very helpful with any question that we had. We also took advantage of the FREE shuttle service to visit Pitt, so much better than attempting to drive and park there. This place was decent. The room was a tad warm with the heat off, considering it's February, I'm not sure why. The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. Every person I met greeted me and asked if I needed anything. The hotel was very busy and you were still able to get a good nights sleep, I even observede the hotel staff walking the halls at night. I will definitely stay again!

This "suite" was the same size as most hotel rooms. It was cramped, poorly designed and the tv could not be viewed from either the couch or the bed. We booked the suite so that I could work late into the night while my husband slept but as it was so open, he could not sleep if I had the light on. The hotel was clean, the breakfast selection was good […] although we had to ask for tea bags. The fitness room was rather sparce and small but fortunately, no one else wanted to use it at the same time. All the equipment was on the new side and well maintained. Nice hotel. Very clean. Nice included breakfast buffet with decent coffee. Also well stocked pantry at front desk with frozen dinners for rooms with microwaves as well as alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and snacks. Easy on-off route 81. Would definately stay there again.

This was really quite a nice hotel. Very comfortable and close to the mall if you need to do any shopping. The hotel was clean, the breakfast good, and the building was quiet. I would use this hotel again without reservation.
