Really nice place to stay, very conveniently located for both tourism and business stays Rooms are quite spacious. Furniture is a little old but still very comfortable....

Bon emplacement. Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel près des stations de métro. Beaucoup de restaurants et d'autres commodités (cafés, marché, banques) dans les environs. Chambres très confortables et calmes. Je recommande cet hôtel.

"Attention aux Navettes vers l'hôtel!"
Attente longue à l'aéroport pour avoir une navette de l'hôtel. Il faut apparemment les appeler pour que ça aille plus vite...Une navette d'un autre hôtel Hyatt m'a d'abord pris en charge et m'a emmené vers le mauvais hôtel ...L'hôtel Hyatt sterling n'a pas aidé pour venir me rechercher, j'ai dû repartir à l'aéroport pour reprendre une autre navette. "Tiny omelet"
Real nice place. One of the reasons we picked this Hyatt House was the free breakfast with an omelet station. The omelet was a huge letdown. I didn't know an omelet could be made so small. "Not everything great"
They advertised bathrobes but non in our rooms? The liquid soap was empty and when I tried to ask the housekeeper she spoke no english and waved in the air as if God would help me? Breakfast is a free for all and mass bedlam for the 4 hrs it is open. Good luck .Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Quality Hotel at a good price"

"Extremely Great Value"
Very impressed, especially given what I thought was a low price for a hotel room. The place seems to be very new, I reserved a one-bedroom suite and it was more than plenty of room, the kitchenette was a great have for the room. Everything was very clean, and the staff were extrememly friendly. The amenities were sufficient, there was easy access to […] the highway, and to Dulles airport, and the on-location cafe/bar/breakfast were very good. The only minor issue, for me, was that the gym was rather small - with 2 ellipticals, 3 treadmills, a bike, some dumbells, and one exercise bench, so if you require real workouts, you'll need to find a local gym, or get very creative with the available equipment. "frost bitten"
trying to get picked up from the airport was a nightmare - the van dricer lied to me and the hotel front s\desk did as well - saying that the van was there , the van just left the airport and was on its way back to the airport, and finnally it did show up- and the van driver say -" hey whats up" uh hm not much just been standing in the cold for over […] 30 mins in 30 degree weather-- then when i found out the ride time to the hotel was 8 mins, made me wonder where was that van driver - the whole time i was freezing outside - and of course the front desk manager could care less-- so i wont be staying there again i will be staying at the hyatt place in chantilly - they treat you great and they do haev better rooms Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com

I had the most amazing stay here! Ricardo at the front desk was so warm and welcoming and friendly. He upgraded our room and made our stay unbelievably wonderful. The room was modern, spacious and immaculately clean. The studio was perfect if your traveling with your family due to the full size refrigerator, utensils, pots, pans and stove, etc.... The […] Breakfast was phenomenal. Jennelle, hats off to you for the super amazing omelettes. There was also a VERY friendly woman who worked the evening of 3/2 and the morning of 3/3. She appeared to be the food manager. She was a doll and greeted each person. The breakfast was wonderful and amenities at hotel great. I would come again and HIGHLY reccommend to anyone.
