Hôtel très agréable ; accueil chaleureux. Vue magnifique sur le golfe de Salerne. Calme et tranquilité bien qu'étant situé en contrebas de la route longeant la côte Amalfitaine.Seul bémol ; l'adresse situe l'hôtel à Ravello, alors que l'établissement est distant de 5 kms du village. Un avantage cependant, l'hôtel n'est qu'à 1 km d'Amalfi. Le trajet est faisable à pied.

Très belle chambre, très propre. Hotel moderne disposant d'une terrasse sur le toit permettant de prendre son petit déjeuner face au Vésuve. Buffet de petit déjeuner copieux. Bien placé, proche de la vieille ville de Naples. Le quartier proche de la gare reste toutefois bruyant jour et nuit et malgré la bonne insonnorisation des fenêtres de notre chambre, nous percevions les bruits de la place Garibaldi.

Très belle chambre et très propre, nous avons été surclassés et avions une belle suite. Personnel attentif et courtois. L'hotel se situe plutôt dans un quartier d'affaire à l'écart des sites touristiques mais il est assez proche de l'aéroport et de la gare.

Hotel très bien tenu, personnel très agréable. La chambre est très correcte et très propre, un petit balcon donne sur la mer ( chambre supérieure ). L'hotel se trouve assez loin de Sorrento mais un système de navette est en place. A notre avis, il vaut mieux disposer d'un moyen de locomotion personnel pour profiter vraiment de cet hotel et des environs qui sont vraiment extraordinaires.

Situation
Hotel Piazza Bellini se trouve à Naples (Centre historique), à proximité des sites suivants : Université de Naples II, Museo Archeologico Nazionale et Santa Chiara. Les sites Duomo et Chartreuse Saint-Martin se trouvent également à proximité.
Caractéristiques de l'établissement
Un petit déjeuner gratuit est servi chaque matin. Outre un personnel multilingue et un service d'étage (horaires limités), Hotel Piazza Bellini inclut un service d'arrivée express. L'accès gratuit à Internet haut débit avec ou sans fil est disponible dans les espaces communs. C’est un hôtel tout neuf , moderne et très agréable . Les chambres sont claires , et ont tout le confort ( literie impeccable, coffre , TV , mini bar …) . De plus , en ayant une chambre coté cour , nous avons bénéficié d’un calme parfait ( ce qui est rare en Italie ! ) . Le quartier est plutôt sympa, avec des restaus à proximité et c'est un quartier […] sûr ( Naples ‘craint’ moins que Paris ! ) … Le métro est proche , compter 15 à 20 mn pour aller au port ou à la gare à pied . Le petit déjeuner est correct , sans plus, car il manque peut être un peu de variété dans les mets . Point négatif : je deplore le manque d’accessoires dans la sdb ( pas de kleenex , shampoing et savon limités , pas de verre , aucune étagère ) . "entièrement rénové"
Cet hotel a été une découverte il y a 3 ans. Il est désormais entièrement rénové et agrandi. Installé dans un beau bâtiment ancien, avec une jolie cour intérieur, les chambres sont modernes, calmes et bien équipées. L'hotel est très bien placé. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans être exceptionnel.

Nous avons apprécié le confort du chauffage en cette demi saison où tous les jours n'étaient pas très chauds. "Nice enough hotel. Just didn't enjoy Naples"
Hotel was a bit querky. Rooms were clean and functional. Not somewhere you would want to just hang out but downstairs area was pleasant. Breakfast was basic. Hotel and immediate area seemed safe but found Naples very seedy. Markets and street traders everywhere. Surprisingly food in Naples was disappointing. I was traveling alone and wanted a neighborhood that was safe. Hotel Bellini though a bit more expense was worth the peace of mind. I had heard horror stories about the train station area, and was only staying in Naples to catch an early morning flight the next day. This place is a metro stop plus a several block walk, but it is central to almost anything […] you want to see in Naples. The hotel is new/modern, clean, very comfortable and offered a vey nice breakfast. My only complaint is that none of the computers were working. Neighbourhood was filthy dirty, piles of rubish in the streets, graffitti on the walls, creepy back alleyways leading to the hotel. TV was tiny with no English channels, no Tea/coffee makig facility, breakfast was very basic. Staff helpful butoverall not worth the cost per night.

We spennt several weeks travelling around Europe, balancing hotel costs with other expenses and this hotel was the best of the trip. Venice is a maze of alleyways and our hotel seemed initially distant from the maiin canal with all our luggage but we realized quickly that 1-2 bridge crossings and short walking distance from the ferry terminal was easyl. […] Add to the good location so many good-great reastaurants, laudromat, and San Marco within 5 min walk it was a great locatoin for us. The area is safe and well lit and the rooms were amazing. Mosaic tile designes running from floor to ceiling. Service was great and they spoke English fairly well. Breakfast was good. A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Naples. The home of Pizza, a number of superb pizza restaurants within 250 yards of the Hotel. Specifically Sorbillo and Di Mataeo (a further 100 yards along the same road), both amazing pizza's and so cheap - 2 pizza's 2 beers less than eur 15.00 - Di Mateo was though our favourite.

Location of this hotel is within walking distance of all major city sights. The reception staff were all extremely helpful with any of our queries. Because the hotel is in two buildings connected with a covered walkway our room necessitated a lift to 2nd floor and stairs back to the 1st floor. Buffet breakfast selection was adequate. It was good to […] have free access to internet on any of the 3 computers in main lobby. Only negative would be there was not a large covered common sitting area. Very nice hotel just a couple of blocks to the museum. Beautiful gated (& locked) courtyard. You must be buzzed in to enter at any time of day. Our room was on the 5th floor with a lovely view of the castle area. Very comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Lots of storage. Very good breakfast. The Cafe Letterario on the Piazza Bellini across the street […] very nice for coffee, lunch or just a glass of wine. You don't even have to leave the neighborhood for the best sights. Modern facilities with courtyard that provides an oasis from the streets of historic Naples....Naples is well worth visiting. We saw some beautiful sites and the buildings surrounding are exceptionally interesting.
Hotel has interesting layout. Had to take taxi from train station since it's a long walk through a very dirty and sketchy part of the city. Rooms had a weird odour. Mini bar way too expensive. Breakfast food was good. Employees at front desk and kitchen were pleasant and helpful. Three computers in lobby came in handy.

"Fantastic hotel in a dreary shuttered part of town"
This was an incredibly well done remodel and although modern isn't my taste, it was super nice with expensive touches and comfortable to stay at. The staff is very helpful. We did feel uncomfortable with the neighborhood. The other buildings are mostly shuttered and darkened with dirt and debris on the sidewalks. We saw homeless men. Stayed at the Piazza Bellini for 3 nights on our first trip to Naples. Its location is perfect in the old section of the city. Once you get over the grafetti and the garbage of Naples you will find it to be charming and not dangerous at all. I selected this hotel as it was close to the Archeological Museum - 5 minute walk and also close to find a meal. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel for the money that I paid. The staff were courteous and helpful. I was a solo traveller and I felt very safe staying here.

The Hotel staff were very friendly, spoke good english and did excellent work at genuine hospitality! The hotel is very nice. It is very difficult to reach the hotel as the traffic in Napoli is chaotic and everything is difficult to find. This is a very stark and minimalist hotel--a confusing rabbit warren of uncarpeted floors and bare rooms that require both stairs and elevators to get to--weird, but not unpleasant.
