The hotel and staff are lovely, the rooms are very reasonable for such a high standard. The only complaint I have is that it was 85 degrees and we were told the aircon worked on a first come first served basis per floor and therefore there wasnt enough to go around (they can only cater to half a floor at a time). We were offered a room swap but it didnt […] work there either. it seems a little strange, We went back a few days later and our next room was lucky enough to have aircon, perhaps because we checked in early and had to keep it on at all times for fear of losing it. very odd. like I say lovely hotel, fab breakfast and staff just a strange situation with the aircon! I don't have any complains. Room was great as was the service. Shoe polisher in the corridor is a nice touch. Walking distance from bus route 175 which goes to the airport. Free Internet Wifi everywere. They offer breakfast and cheaper continental brekfast which i didnt take. There is nice little polish bakery cafe on Baracka and Nowogorodzka st like […] 3 minute walk, they have great cofee, creps and sanwitches for less than half the price and open early. Lisez la suite

Just a 15-minute walk from the main train station, this hotel had most major amentieis, was very clean with extremely helpful staff. About a 30-minute walk from the city center -- but an interesting walk. Small shop for snacks and drinks just across the street. A great deal in a national capital. We'd certainly stay here again.

The Mercure itself is perfectly comfortable with a professional staff/ service [for example, arranging a taxi to the airport etc.] No surprises, spacious rooms that could be in any city. Stayed in a very spacious room (handicap-accessible room, though I did not request it). Bathroom clean and with large (curtainless) shower area (no tub of course) that is the norm in some European hotels. Two window exposures. Saw a couple of other rooms of friends, which were a lot smaller. Bed very comfortable. Did not take the breakfast buffet, which […] seemed a bit steep for the daily rate, but was told it was very good. About a 5 minute walk to the main avenues with lots of shops. Also very close to the bus stop for the 175 bus that goes to Chopin Airport for less than $2.00. Overall an excellent stay. Lisez la suite

First trip to Warsaw and lucky to find Mercure. A great hotel. No downside for English speaking traveler. Also, Warsaw is a great city.

My trip to Warsaw was part of a layover with my air carrier. I was only there for a short time and wanted to see the city. The Mercure is always located in the city center. It was wonderfully located. However, just as in Bologna, when I was originally given a non-smoking room, and it was on a non-smoking floor, it still smelled like a smoking room. […] Why the cleaning staff doesn't notify the management of this problem is beyond me. The front desk staff was very quick to rectify the problem and provide me with another fresher room. Additionally, their restaurant recommendations were spot on. Lisez la suite

Close to the train station, fantastic service in reception, lovely room with great decor and everything is within a 15 minute walk in a huge city. I cannot fault it at all!

Folks at check-in were very friendly and accomodating, room was very spacious and had a very *interesting* shower (I believe only in rooms with king sized bed), and was walking distance from the central train station (though a little bit far to walk if you have lots of luggage). We spent 4 nights during Easter at the Mercure Grand and we were almost alone-or at least that is the way it felt since we were only 2 to 3 tables for breakfast and we never met anyone in the lobby or elsewhere. The room was very nice: modern and elegant with a big bathroom (although the towels were on the small side and the accessories just the basic […] shampoo, liquid and solid soap). A big plus was the free internet and the coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was supposed to have been nice: except that since there were so few of us (I presume that this was the reason): they ran out of dark bread and one day there were no eggs and the same 3 pieces of herring we had left one day was put back on the table the next day and so were all the other things we had not eaten. Very friendly, clean, and modern. Close to all city attractions. Good restaurant and bar, friendly staff, helpful receptionists. WLAN internet, they should upgrade to Wi-Fi. Good deal hotel, handicapped accesible.

Located close to Warsaw central train station (Centralna) - 10 minutes of walk or 5 minutes of taxi to the hotel. Watch out those overcharging taxis - a lousy impression of Poland, otherwise a fine, great state. The hotel itself appears to be going through a renovation - quite glitzy and luxurious here and there. A strange shower room - almost like […] a tiny tunnel in which you cannot control the shower curtain. The curtain is outside the shower room. A nice, somewhat luxurious family-friendly hotel. Hotel is located in the centre within easy walking distance of the major attractions, and close to the major transport hubs. I would stay here again.

Mercure grand oli siisti ja mukava hotelli erittäin hyvällä paikalla. Ainoa miinus erittäin kovasta patjasta sängyssä. Huone oli sopivan tilava. Meille lomamatkalaisille kerroshoitaja koputteli liian aikaisin ovelle n. klo 8 - 9 aikoihin joka aamu. Mutta yleensä ottaen erittäin tyytyväinen, aamupala oli runsas ja monipuolinen.

Очень хороший отель, отличная подземная парковка, правда платная. Очень большие удобные номера, имеется все необходимое. Отель расположен в центре Варшавы. Завтраки (шведский стол) за дополнительную плату, но очень качественные и большой ассортимент на все вкусы.

Muy recomendable. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. Está situado a cinco minutos de la estación central. Impecablemente limpio, cómodo. Los empleados muy atentos y con ganas de facilitar las cosas.

Kjempefint hotell til en rimelig pris for 2 personer i 3 netter. Rolig, men likevel veldig sentralt beliggende kun 7-8 min gåtur fra sentrum og sentralbanestasjonen (Tog). God service og roomservice. Internet (ikke trådløst) med grei hastighet på rommet.

Hotellissa erittäin ystävällinen ja osaava henkilökunta, todella siistiä ja huone jonka saimme vain muutaman tunnin varoajalla, oli upea! Sopii kokeilla muidenkin lemmenparien, sängystäkin ( 180 cm ) näkymä lasiseinän läpi suihkuun.... "kihloihin Varsovassa"

Rigtigt godt beliggende hotel, lige midt i Warszawa. Priserne er meget rimeligt taget i betragtning at der er tale om et luksushotel, som virker helt nyrenoveret. Servicen var OK og værelset var meget fint og rent.

Mycket prisvärd hotell med proffsigt och vänlig bemötande. Hotellets rum var av hög kvaltitet och smakfullt och smart inreda. Frukost matsal och frukost av mycket god kvalitte. Gång avstånd ( 1,5-2 km) till centrum och små restauranger omkring om man så önskar.

Meget god service, med hyggelig betjening og fine fasiliteter. Godt utgangspunkt for shopping, turist attraksjoner og byens vakre parker. Få med Chopin konsert i Lazienki parken hver søndag, fem minutter fra hotellet.

Veldig sentralt. Helt ny renovering - moderne, med glitrende rom. Vi hadde 2 netter sammen med foreldre, alle ble imponert over standard i forhold til kostnad. God parkeringsmulighet - men 60 zl pr døgn om jeg ikke husker feil.
