Hôtel récent, propre, chambre avec frigo et micro-onde, wifi, petit déj gratuit correct, un peu léger parce qu'il faut demander à la fille de la réception de recharger donc ya pas de mexicaine qui s'en occupe comme ailleurs. Situé sur l'avenue principale donc facile à trouver et calme car Lompoc c'est tout petit. Aucun problème.

"Comfortable but Outdated"
You may think you are walking back in time when you enter the yellowing flowered wall papered room. Ours had one chair by the window next to a table that seemed to be missing a second chair. No coffee maker, no refrigerator, old tv and the room attendant was late to work so no coffee room service in the morning. I thought I was paying full price on […] Hotels.com and they hit me for an additional 35$ at check out for ?? Taxes, room fees, parking? not sure. This was an awesome get-away!! Like being in Demark without having to leave the U.S. Spacious room with great courtyard view. Walking distance to downtown, mission, etc. Great European breakfast, served from 7-11a.m. with delicious Danish pastries, fresh cut fruit, hot hard boiled eggs, cheese, ham, etc. served in the dining room. The Petersen Village Inn is a slice of Old-World charm right in the heart of the Danish tribute town of Solvang. Quiet and cozy, the hotel has a great way of taking you back to a slower way of life. It doesn't matter that the TVs are old tube units or that there is no coffee maker in the room. This is about detaching from the fast-paced lives we live […] in the outside world and forcing ourselves to take a breath, to reconnect with what really matters. My future bride and I spent just one night here this time around, but it was a perfect getaway spot. The staff was cordial and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and served by the most attentive servers I've seen in years. How often do you say that about modern service? "I will never forget this romantic get away"
I was excited when I saw how great my room looked.I was impressed with the greeting we got from Adam and April who were at the front desk they were awesome. The young men that brought us coffee to our room were friendly and courteous . We ate at the restaurant on site one night and it was phenomenal as was the service. "Beautiful Hotel"

The hotel is very quaint and cute with a small feel appeal. The subtle differences such as a hard key versus the normal coded cards for your room, the beverage and ice service to your room, and the views make it very appealing. My wife and I do an annual half-marathon in Solvang every year and we always stay at the Peterson Village Inn. The rooms are extremely nice. Nicer than what they actually charge!
