Service was great. Maid service great. Neighbors were noisy and thin walls and slamming doors were annoying. Not sure how the a/c worked. Sometimes 73 was freezing, other times roasting. Great value for the price, however.

Short stay but very pleased with service, cleanliness, and area. Will definitely return to this hotel when I am back in this area.

I stayed there for a recent wedding. The hotel staff was wonderful! Thanks to them, I was able to spend more time AT the wedding, instead of dealing with details and rooms. The room itself was very nice - however, the junior suite is two rooms separated by the bath, but not by a door. Just in case you were planning privacy from the bedroom. Room was great; perfectly clean, everything in order, nice design, pleasing colors. No complaints at all. Breakfast was so-so. I thought it a bit pricey for a limited breakfast buffet cooked to mass-order.

Our stay was nice, however; was a little dissapointed that a roll away cot was an additional $20 per night. Our bed was very uncomfortable as it was broken on one side. The area and overall cleanliness were good.

Very enjoyable stay however I noticed after my 3rd day of stay housekeeping never emptied the ice bucket or kept all types of sugar for the room coffee replenished.

I was in Dallas to visit my girlfriend for St. Patrick's Day. As usual, the room was very clean and comfortable. Room service was even great when my girlfriend needed a toothbrush at one o'clock in the morning. However, the only gripe I have is with housekeeping. It isn't a major gripe, but they didn't make the bed while we were there. They did leave […] fresh towels though. All in all, it's a minor gripe, but I thought I would mention it. Nice getaway with my wife.our stay was great. Not tons to do right by the hotel but easy access to anywhere in the area. Very clean and comfortable and the price was well worth the short drive to surrounding events.

This hotel was not only clean and comfortable; but, the staff at the front desk and in the dining room were so very nice. I loved the Snickerdoodle cookies at the front desk ! Breakfast was very good as well.

I had to book a hotel on short notice due to a death in the family. It was very easy to find and book a room on Hotel.com. The hotel was just as it appeared on the site. It was a wonderful experience considering the circumstances for the trip.

The hotel was excellent! When you walk thru the front doors, you're greeted by nice music and the sound of a waterfall in the lobby. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs and the lady at the front desk was very polite. After arriving in my room, (I had a non-smoking King) I noticed how nice everything looked. It was clean and the bed was extremely […] comfortable. This was my first time in this part of Texas, and the location was great to me. The mall was literally down the street and there was a Wal*Mart about a mile or two down the road. All in all, it was a great stay and definitely worth the price. Great place! I have stayed at this location several times. Was almost perfect as usual with the exception of one small incident. Due to a large Banquet function being booked, we had been informed that the usual bartender for the restaurant area was not working. No biggie....... I have worked and manage hotels, it happens. The issue was with the young […] lady covering the shift. When we sat down she asked us what we would like to drink, at which point we told her, she said ok, and walk over to the bar. She eventually returned, 15 minutes later. It took 15 minutes, not due to business volume, but her infatuation with one chatty/flirty customer at the bar. I get it......... its customer service, but come on. When she arrived back at our table, she placed our drinks on the table, and informed us that she did not have the correct ingredients to make our drinks but made us something we would enjoy? She quickly walked away. I requested vodka tonic, but received gin on the rocks. I hate gin. My girlfriend requested a dirty martini, but received olive juice and tequila. As mentioned, she quickly walked away, so we did not have the opportunity to notify her. She actually disappeared for approx 15 minutes. She had to deliver food to the room, so her being gone for 15 minutes this time was understandable. Hotel was low in occ., so of course you will want to cross-utilize your staff. When we finally flagged her down we let her know, at which point she informed us that she had limited options in making drinks due to the bulk of the alcohol inventory being used at the functions. Its possible........ok I will give you that, but how about letting me know prior to making the drinks. All in all this did not ruin my night, we thanked her for her effort, and left. As previously mentioned, I have worked and or managed hotels, so I know things happen. As such my girlfriend and I got a chuckle out of it later. Very nice and clean. A place to take ur family

My only grip was that they didn't offer a continental breakfast free of charge.I thought it was mentioned on their web page. The fee was $10

I am a very picky person when it comes to staying somewhere away from home. The Hilton Garden Inn in Lewisville, TX was not only the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, the location was great, and the room rate was unbelievable! VERY pleased with my stay and will DEFINITELY stay there again the next time that I need to stay in the Dallas area.

Great location right off the freeway. Conveniently down the freeway from the boat party we attended so perfect. Close to dining and shopping and not too far from downtown Dallas. Would recommend this hotel. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Got this hotel on 4th of July weekend for a decent rate and it was a wonderful vacation there. The location was great for me because we had friends in Coppell and Carrollton that was easily accessible from here. It was a wonderful place to stay and from the minute we checked in the staff was world class. This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful with all of our needs giving us advice on places to eat, visit, and see. Will recommend to anyone going to this area.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. I was somewhat disappointed when we got there and the hotel was not actually within "walking distance" to the shopping and eating areas. We specifically chose this hotel for that reason because I knew that the kids and I were going to without transportation for a portion of the day. It all worked out though. […] The beds were VERY comfortable! There is even a knob on the beds to adjust the firmness! The pool is nice and the great thing about the way the hotel is positioned is that around 3-4 pm the sun gets behind the hotel and thus creating shade for the entire pool area so its not too hot!!!!! That was a huge plus because I have very small children. My only last dissappointment was that there was no "free breakfast" if you've done your research right then you probably already know that but j just completely overlooked that. The front desk was very friendly upon check in and during my visit. During my check in I had spilt water in my car and they offered a me a regular towel. It was a great way to start the visit knowing I would be in good hands.

The hotel is still new and nice and local. The adjustable king bed is nice amenity and overall nice room. Nice and quiet for our parent date night. Only issue is the front desk folk didn't appear too happy that we booked via hotel.com vs direct booking, but no big deal to us. Convenient location close to shopping and eating. Also close to 35 and 121 so it was easy to get to places. Nice and clean...except the pool. It was weird that even though the hotel was in very good condition, the pool was not very clean.

Pleasantly surprised at the service here. The hotel has an updated look, maybe it's new, I don't know, but it was beautiful. Also very clean. Lynn at the front desk was especially inviting and pleasant. She even asked if she could send up milk and cookies to my boys in the evening. How sweet, right? We used the pool briefly, but the temps were dropping […] so it was too cool to stay long. It was well kept as was the surrounding area. Our room was clean and had the usual features, all in working order. The great thing about this hotel is it's proximity to a large shopping area. We ordered pizza and had it delivered to our room (I asked the hotel if it was ok and they said, "Yes! People do it all the time") I would definitely stay here again when in the area. Lisez la suite

As a busuness traveler I stay in a lot of hotels. My girlfriend and I spent the week end here and everything was no less than perfect. The beds are out of this world and we could have laid in it all day. Good staff, good breakfast, good hot tub, good everything!!!

We were very happy with the Hilton Garden Inn in Lewisville. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, especially Amanda at the front desk. The breakfast was outstanding and was included with the package I bought at Hotels.com. My daughter was Graduating from Parker Chiropractic School. We all needed a place to stay that was close to graduation, clean, quiet and enjoyable. Not knowing if her twin brother was going to make it, they staff supplied us with a roll-away for him at no charge. Thank you, I will return when traveling back to that area.
