Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Hollywood ,parking gratuit,connection internet moyenne dans les chambres meme si elle est gratuite,petit dejeuner compris et copieux,un frigo mais pas de coffre fort.Personnel très sympathique le seul bémol c'est que même les chambres non fumeur sentent le tabac froid sinon dans l ensemble séjours agréable pour 2 à 3 nuits maximum,ah oui petite piscine pour se détendre et ça aussi c'est toujours agréable .

Très bon compromis: qualité/prix, emplacement idéal à 1minutes à pied du Kodak Theatre et à la fois dans une rue calme. Jardin sur le toit très bien aménagé, piscine agréable, petit déjeuner délicieux (mention spéciale aux muffin), chambre grande avec cuisine, parking fermé - Bref ravis de notre séjour (4nuits). Les petits bémols: murs fins car vieux bâtiment et penser à demander une chambre sur cour et pas sur rue (c est quand même Hollywood Boulevard dont on parle : y a de la vie!!). C'était très bien!! Vraiment

Hotel classique au niveau des chambres. Parking assez grand. Bon avantage sur le placement à 2 minutes à pied du métro et à 5 minutes en voiture d'Hollywood Signs, des étoiles d'Hollywood Blvd, 15 minutes d'Universal Studios, de Sunset Strip, 30 minutes sans bouchon de Venice Beach et Santa Monica. Méfiance tout de même dans le secteur de l'hotel à la tombée de la nuit mais c'est pas non plus Bagdad...

Hotel rénové, personnel sympas, au bar/restaurant notamment. Mais attention les chambres n'ont aucune vue : la moitié des chambres ont vue sur un mur borgne distant de moins de 1 mètre, l'autre moitié (un peu mieux) sur les fenêtres de l'hotel voisin distantes de 3 mètres.

hotel tendance belle deco dans le hall... par contre dans les chambre c'est moins fun. l'acceuil bien sans plus, le petit dejeuner médiocre pas trop le choix, parking juste a coté de l'hotel pas cher. SINON SEJOUR AGREABLE
"Bien placé au centre ville"
Situé au centre de L.A, accueil sympa, breakfast continental bien, parking surveillé à coté de l'hôtel , 10 dollars par jour ou 18 dollars avec autant de va et vient, nous n'avons payé que 10 dollars par jour alors que l'on a fait des allers et retours. On peut manger pas cher aux alentours, exemple : Iho ou le Pantry.
"Modern Hotel Rooms"
My husband and I were impressed with the extremely modern style of the hotel from the red light in the elevator to the light around the bed frame. It was also conviniently located just blocks away from the Nokia Theater and we were able to walk there instead of drive. We were very happy!

"Additional service fee"
The stay at the O Hotel was okay. The hotel is clean and the service decent. There's no hotel parking, but there is a lot next door, which was convenient. We saw the gym but did not use it. It was well kept with ample equipment. We passed by the continental breakfast, but did drink the bottled water in the room. "Great location, boutique style and good quality"
Enjoyed the great location in downtown, rooms are not huge but certainly adequate. This is a small hotel surrounded by larger buildings, so don't expect a view room. Responsive and friendly service. Very cozy lounge/restaurant for casual gathering. Good value for downtown LA, clean and comfortable. I would definately stay again.

A nice little gem located downtown. Front desk was polite and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Some might say the room was small but I live in a small studio so it wasn't a big deal. Very strong wifi for those of you interested in such things. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and gym.

The room was too small. Because of the small room, the wall mounted TV felt like it was right on top of you which was uncomfortable. Also the blue light on the TV was right in your face. The front desk did not let us know about access to Gold's Gym around the corner from the hotel until we asked on the last day. They also did not make us aware of the $12 service charge daily. "Fine for the price"
I was very pleased with the O Hotel overall. The location is not quite as nice as some other hotels near by, but it was great for me because it is within easy walking distance of the 7st Metro Station. My only complaint is the relatively small selection of TV channels.

We had stayed here before and liked it, so decided to stay again. It is pricier than other downtown hotels, but the price is worth it. The room was spacious and comfortable. Wow! I booked the O Hotel online knowing nothing about it except that it was an affordable place to stay and was very close to the Staples Center - we were attending an event there and wanted to not deal with parking a car or driving...What a surprise and delight it was when we checked in! Chris at the front desk was awesome. He helped me with a problem […] quickly and efficiently AND with a smile. The room was small but very comfortable and our only complaint is that there was just one chair in the room so one of us was forced to sit on the bed which isn't always the best way to sit. The day before we left, another front desk person, Joe, volunteered to print our airline boarding passes since we would be away until well after our initial check -in time would start. "Great location for LA Alive & Staple Center"
This is a comfortable, well-situated hotel for anyone going to see a show at Club Nokia, the Nokia Theater, or the Staple Center - it's walking distance! "O Hotel- Close to Los Angeles downtown attractions"
The O Hotel is conveniently located near Staples Center, LA Live, etc. I lived in Los Angeles and if you have not been to downtown LA recently--its changed dramatically! There is much to do downtown and there are actually people after 5pm! I felt safe walking from LA Live back to the hotel by myself at night on the weekends. There is much more activity […] and night life now, which is great! The O Hotel has a cool vibe, very relaxed without being pretentious. The rooms were newly renovated in a very minimalist decorative style. Some may say the rooms were small, but efficient use of space. I stayed by myself for work and found the room more than what I needed. Staff were friendly. During my stay the much of the equipment in the very small workout room was not functional. The good news is that the hotel provided day passes to the Gold's Gym 3 blocks away, which was a huge facility with everything you'd need to get in a good workout. I recommend working out there even if the hotel fitness equipment is working. A downside of the service was housekeeping often did not get to my room until after 5pm. A downside to the location is that there was a truck that would come every morning around 5am and would beep loudly. Overall, despite these inconveniences I would stay there again. The prices were reasonable (compared to other hotels in the area) and you definitely get your money's worth. Lisez la suite

I was here for a four night stay with my friend - realized I booked for one bed, asked to get two - was done with no questions asked and were moved within minutes!, housekeepers were so sweet and great, front desk staff was SO HELPFUL!! each and every one of them (day and night shift) - was great because she and I got back late every night and there […] was always someone there! - every cab ride was called for us, every question was answered, they went above and beyond to research what I asked (hot clubs/parties to attend every night, good places to check out etc.) the neighbourhood was great, we walked in and around the area everyday (very close to METRO and staples centre - we were there to see a Clippers game) We did not spend much time (pretty much sleep and get ready) in here as every day we were in LA was very filled and eventful, but when we were in the hotel - we were always happy to be there, Restaurant inside was good and classy as well.. was overall SO IMPRESSED! it is well priced and overall will meet your needs.. Ihop across the street, close to a nice little mall (Macy's/VS) and stores like Ralphs, CVS etc. I am one to always check reviews and I travel ALOT - so take my word when I say this was a great stay!! Great location ! If you need to go to the Staples center. As well 2 blocks from the subway system and a full shopping mall one block from the hotel. This s where I will stay in LA when i go once a year

Stayed here to attend the Grammys this year. Very conveniently located by Staples Center, Convention center, etc. lots of places to eat nearby. The only complaint is that the shower and bathroom are pretty small, but all in good condition. Overall, a very cool place to stay.

"O MY I loved the O hotel"
Convenient to LA live and the staples center but boutique enough to be a world away. And that's what I was looking for. Although small, my room had great amenities. The service and attention of the staff was great. My window actually opened enough to let a nice breeze in (yes, the window opened - that in itself was a treat!) I used the Gold's gym around […] the corner free, had a great business lunch downstairs at the bar/kitchen, and free water, wi-fi and iphone recharger. "Extra $12 fee"
A $12 charge was added to our hotel stay as a convenience charge for water, gym membership and continental breakfast. I did not ask for this charge and only found out about it when I was checking out of the hotel room the next day. I think if they are going to require an additional charge then it should be included in the hotels.com fee or written as […] a side note on the website. The bathroom also had a sliding translucent door allowing other hotel guests to see your shadow on the toilet, which is a little awkward no matter how long you've been married :-) I would not recommend this hotel. "O Hotel - LA"
Great location and staff was lovely. There were free cookies both nights I stayed! The breakfast left something to be desired (just bagels, pastries, and some fruit), but I can't really complain about free food. The rooms were small, but certainly not cramped. I would stay here again (actually I will since I'm coming back in March!)

This hotel, aside of its clean and comfortable facilities, has one thing that makes it VERY different from others: The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They make you feel very welcomed. Definitely will stay again!

The room is small but what a great place. The intimate bar and lobby is wonderful. Great staff and very helpful. Love the lighting in the room! I'd stay there again in a hearbeat. Plus there is a grocery store right around the corner and a great sushi place a few blocks away.

We arrived at the hotel at 5:30pm when check-in was at 3pm. We were asked to wait 10 minutes because "the rooms were not yet ready" as were many other guests. After 30 minutes passed we were finally called and got our room key. After we had left the hotel I found out that they charged my credit card for a one night stay, even though it was prepaid through […] hotels.com. So I was double charged for the one night there. After calling and being put on hold for 20 minutes, they said they would refund the money. I did not receive a refund until 10 days later. Pros: Clean and overall well maintained. Trendy decor was pleasant. Good price for location. Cons: DON'T MAKE YOUR CUSTOMER WORK FOR YOU 1) Service (hint: when a customers phones down to the desk and lets you know the TV guide is missing from the room and they would like a copy the correct response is we will bring one right up NOT pick one up when […] you swing by the front desk next time) 2) Resort fees: These fees drive me nuts. Build them into your price and don't make your customer work by making us add up all the service and resort fees to figure out how much the room total will be. 3) Ask what room you are getting when you book. Do not take a room that faces the back alley-simply find another hotel. There is garbage pickup in the wee hours every day (even weekends). It is very, very loud. I live in a very urban, dense, city. Room and shower are very small and not very clean.Do not let the decoration fool you. I and my wife checked in at 11 PM and hoping to get some sleep and check out at 9 AM. No sleep as the room seems to be inside an engine room. And we woke up with sound of the garbage truck outside at 5 AM. I do not know why they use RED lighting inside the elevatoor. Upon checkout I was presented with an additional charge of $12 for things that were presented as "complimentary" such as the continental breakfast and bottled water in the room. A bit ridiculous.

Just a 3 block walk to the Staples Center - no parking headaches. Good choice of places to eat in walking distance... PLUS quick options IN the hotel. Great boutique hotel. I'd look to stay here again when in town and attending an event at the Staples Center (or any of the surrounding venues).
The hotel was ok. Bathroom not at all convenient for placing cosmetics, etc., on the counter that does not really exist. No facial tissue in the room. Sliding door does not afford very much privacy. Bed very comfortable. Deluxe room is very small. Lighting not so bad after we adjusted to it. Continental breakfast goes until 9:30 but nothing left there […] if you get there after 9 a.m. (Many people came after 9 a.m.) I would only recommend it to those who have activities in the immediate area. Was in town for a show @ Nokia Live. Didn't spend much time in the room but room was very small but nice. Lighting was very dim and low, kinda creepy. Service and staff were great. Nice bar and lounge area. Comfy bed, not the best shower,awkward, a little noisey (although it was New Years eve) and view was a brick wall (although it is downtown LA).
