"Not the best experience"
I have stayed at this hotel four times now. The first two times were wonderful. The third time, the ventilation fan in the bathroom quit working and the wireless network was spotty. This last time, I had experienced several problems trying to learn details concerning the different types of rooms they have. In addition, I had problems getting additional […] pillows and a comforter for the pull out bed. In addition, the wireless was still spotty. On the plus side, they have an excellent breakfast and a friendly staff. The rooms are nice and cleaned very well. I'm disappointed however as they advertise a 100% guarantee and on my last two visits they did not honor it. Lisez la suite

All the people working were so friendly we all enjoyed our stay there and we will, come back, we have been to hotels and the employes were not even nice.Yours were so nice and liked to sit and visit we loved it.Thanks for having friendly people there.

The hotel is so easy to access from I-80. It's not far from downtown Omaha. Breakfast was great as well.

Great hotel. We have started there a number of times and every time it has been top notch. The original room we got this time was a little too small for us (2 adults and 3 kids) so the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite for a minimal charge. Definitely a great hotel. Thanks Hampton Inn...see you next time!!!
"New Year's Eve Hotel Stay With Grandchildren"
We surprise our grandchildren with an overnight stay for New Year's Eve. The hotel staff was wonderful as was the clenliness and comfort of the hotel. All of us had a good breakfast in the morning and then the kids went for another swim before checking out. The only complaint we had was the Chlorine level in the pool and the Hot Tub. It was so high […] that our kids and most of the people in the pool are were coughing really bad from the chlorine gas in the air. We finally propped open the outside door to let some fresh air in and notified the front desk that we had done so. After most of the other swimmers had left, we turned off the whirlpool and that helped a lot! Not having all of the air bubbles releasing chlorine into the air was much better. The level seemed better in the morning. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definately stay again. Lisez la suite
"Awesome Awesome Awesome"
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and we have never been disappointed! The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We reccomend this hotel to everyone we know that's headed through the Omaha area and will continue to stay here for many years to come.
Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and overall quiet. The location is somewhat "middle of nowhere" with development coming. Everything is a drive...no outside sidewalks to go for a stroll etc.

"The Best Hampton Inn"
This possibly is the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. Clean, Friendly service, great rooms.

"New hotel, great location to I80"
This hotel fit exactly what we were looking for as we were on a cross country drive: close to the interstate, new and clean hotel, and great service. Our only complaint is how loud it was - sound really traveled from the people above us. However, it worked great and we'd recommend it.

The service was great. They upgraded me to a Suite at no charge. It was clean and quiet. Very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay there again!

"Wonderfull hotel"
We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. The front desk was very helpful in helping us find a movie theater we were to meet family at. Good breakfast: fruit, bagels etc. buiscuts and gravey one morning and eggs and french toast sticks the other. Pool and whirlpool were nice. Hotel is only couple years old. "Luxurious"
Everything about the hotel spelled class! The entrance, the rooms, the view from the room! Breakfast was wonderful and best of all was the accomodating and friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool as well. Don't change a thing!
