Belle grande chambre spacieuse et propre. Nous fûmes gatés avec le petit déjeuner au lit.. À quelques minutes de marche des chutes et de Clifton Hill. Nous recommandons cet hotel sans hésitation. Rapport qualité prix hors paire.

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have stayed in this hotel and we were very satisfied both times. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast is an added bonus!

Went here one night to have a little get away and when I went to the reception desk, the manager was so nice and bumped us to a newer room. They are in the process of renovations and upgrading their rooms. RESTAURANT WAS AMAZING. CLOSE TO SIGHTS AND CASINO. ROOM WAS WONDERFUL. WOULD COME BACK!!! SURROUNDING AREA WAS RUN DOWN BUT YOU CAN WALK TO EVERYTHING PLUS THE INN IS WORTH STAYING IN. THE DOWNTOWN IS SO COMMERCIALIZED. THIS WAS VERY RELAXING, CLEAN AND SERVICE WAS GREAT

The Sterling Inn is a beautiful boutique close to everything! My boyfriend and I prefer to stay at the Sterling Inn because its a gorgeous hotel that is close to everything. front desk staff could of been more helpful and room was not clean evan when waiting for room till 4 and parking lot was empty?

good great is the room small inn bad rooms need better sound proofing and bigger tv ugly no more boil eggs gross man we had our honeymoon there and was planning an extra night but family came up wife needed to be wiith family. would we return yes but no boil eggs gross.

Fantastic and beautiful inn and restaurant. Very short drive to Niagara on the Lake and yet it is less expensive than inns located in Niagara on the Lake. People were very friendly and helpful. Food was phenomenal. Inn was perfect!!

Within walking distance to the falls, casino and restaurants. No view of the falls but we expected that. The room was HUGE! The Inn was quiet and clean. I would stay there again!

My Husband and I stayed for 2 nights. It was a beautiuful room with a fireplace and a steam jet shower. It was clean, quiet and extremely relaxing! We will definitely stay here again. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has so much character, every room is a little different. I've stayed twice and would stay again. The location isn't bad either, it is within walking distance of everything. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was great.

First class all the way.

This is the second year my boyfriend and I have stayed at Sterling Inn & Spa. We love it there! The staff is very friendly and helpful...the rooms are fantastic and we had an incredible weekend. Thank you to the staff at Sterling for making our stay special...see you next year!

Negatives were that there was no view from the hotel. Positives were that the rooms were large, clean, modern, and close to downtown core. Restaurant on property was great, and the spa services were ok.

An absolute treasure to niagra falls !!!

The inn is beautiful, loved the old factory/loft feel with hardwood floors and open concept. Stayed in a deluxe room which was huge. Breakfast in bed is a really nice touch. We had the steam shower room which I really enjoyed. The complimentary toiletries smelled awesome. Staff were helpful and friendly. What a gem of a hotel! We had an amazing room in a hotel that could succeed in New York. Awesome destination for couples.

We had a wonderful time at the Sterling. Rooms were beautifully rustic and comfortable, complimentary breakfast was brought up every morning to the room, all attendants and services were polite and helpful. Although the room was a bit pricey, it was worth the wonderful getaway. About a 5 minute walk away from Clifton Hill, and a short street away from […] Victoria Avenue. the shower was good, room was okay, bed was not clean, worst thing i would say is the location, its like in the ghetto

The hotel was awesome. from the 2 person whirlpool tub and the large rain fall shower to the huge bed. this is a must stay.

Amazing !!!

The hotel was clean and quiet during our stay. The bed was VERY comfortable. The interior decor is modern and slick...reminds me of some boutique hotels in downtown Toronto. The complimentary cookies placed on the bed and complimentary in room continental breakfast were nice touches that adds to the highend feel of this hotel. Really lucked out when we found the Sterling Inn on Hotels.com. The service was outstanding, the suite clean and classy, and elegant touches like the breakfast tray delivered daily the his and hers robes, and the two person whirlpool tub made us feel very pampered. Would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Niagara Falls Canada.

Overall our stay here was positive except for the room we were in (219). It must have been located right under the hotel's heating and air conditioning system. There was a constant roar all night long (we were there 3 nights). The floor and under the furniture needed dusting also. On the positive side, it is within walking distance to most of the sights […] and many good restaurants nearby. The restaurant in the hotel was our best meal in Niagara Falls. The room was specious, the first shock was to see the king size duvet cover wrinkle and the seems open in several areas, the two spa white gowns where folded properly but... wet. and cold. We complain at the front desk, when we return the duvet cover was changed. The restaurant and bar, very nice. The entrance at the hotel is not inviting. It was a little hard to find as the street wasn't marked but other than that the place was probably the nicest in town. Unfortunately that isn't saying much as it's like a Branson Missouri without the theme music shows and after you see the falls you wonder why you would ever stay longer than 5 minutes. My girlfriend and I stayed there a single night and enjoyed the amazing room to the very end of our stay. I checked in with a warm greeting and a cookies on our bed. The room was surprisingly larger than i expected. Pretty much what the photo showed. Loved the rainforest shower head along with the triple wall shower heads. Fireplace was a romantic touch, […] even though it was electric. Jacuzzi was amazing after a long day. The bed might have been a bit hard for me, but my girlfriend loved it. Thought the towels were a bit rough on the skin too. Breakfast showed up at our door exactly on time and was pretty decent. Nothing fancy, but very well put together. Close to pretty much everything. When you read about 15 min walk, thats to the falls. Clifton Hill is about a 5 min walk. Definitely a place to check out. Lisez la suite

My girlfriend and I are going away every labour day weekend, this stay was amazing room was incredible huge bed, very clean, bigger than some peoples apartments, it is about a 10 minute walk right to the falls, 5 minute walk from downtown, however 15 mins minimum from fallsview casino. That's ok we are not gamblers, totally recommend this hotel to couples […] looking for a getaway, the deluxe room is a must! Lisez la suite

The room was beautiful very comfortable. as well as the hotel itself. definitely recommend this hotel to anybody else.

Very impressed with this hotel. Probably nicest one around on a modest budget. Room was excellent...shower was marvelous. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean inside and outside our room...common areas, parking lot, etc. Surrounding area was not the nicest...but very close to everything on Clifton Hill. Then again if this hotel were near the other fancy […] hotels it would probably cost alot more. Minor hiccup with the breakfasts provided each morning...hard boiled eggs were difficult to peel which resulted in my wife throwing hers out both mornings we were there...she just got too frustrated...in addition second mornings tea water was luke warm. We went there over the weekend and found that the shower glass was not properly cleaned. AG restaurant closed at 9:30 p.m there is no room service available after that time. On the order breakfast order the hotel offers "The traditional house eggs", we finally got a boiled egg and called to order an omelette which they weren't able to offer as the chef […] was not in the kitchen. Just one-two blocks from the insanity of Clifton Hill, this hotel is an oasis of quiet. The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

We loved this hotel. We were kindly given an upgraded room with jacuzzi tub and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was was in walking distance to Clifton Hills and the Falls. As well, the U.S. border was only 5 minutes away. We would definitely go back to the Sterling Inn and Spa ... in fact we plan to go back in October. I think it`s the best […] hotel around. We loved our stay here! The room was very spacious and beautiful! The shower was really nice! It was in a great location! We will definitely be going back!

I stayed at the Sterling Inn for my honeymoon and couldn't have been happier. The room was large with a great bathroom and the location was great - about a block and a half from Clifton Hill.
